    I book 2 flights for ****** for $962 on 1/12/25. I was told that they would not deduct the money from my account until the airline confirmed my flight. The money was deducted on 1/14/25 but I never received any confirmation number for my flight. I called the phone number in my email confirmation from Hot Flight Deals "Best Airfare" on 3/11/25 about my confirmation number and was told that my flight had been cancelled. The company did not contact me and I would not have known about the cancellation if I had not called them. They gave me no explanation for why my tickets were cancelled and I was told that I had not been contacted by Hot Flight Deals because my agent was on bereavement leave. I asked about my refund and was told that it was being processed. I called back again on 4/8/25 because I had not received my refund and was told that it had been processed on 3/24/25 and to give it a few more days. I called again on 4/22/25 because I had not received my refund (after 42 days) and was told I would receive an email from their billing department in the next 48 hours to determine the issue with the refund. I did not receive an email. I called again on 4/25/25 was told my refund was sent and I should receive it next 48 hours. I asked to speak with billing department but they said the billing department did not take calls. I called again on 4/29/25 because i had still not receive my refund and once again was told I would receive an email from the billing department in 20 minutes. I have not received this email yet. I have left a message on their website contact and tried chatting on their email site but did not receive any help. The chat response was to check with my bank.

    The is the worst website to ever book a flight. My daughter found this page and found flights for cheap ($102 per ticket there was 4 of them) to FLL. I received an email saying to contact them asap as this flight was over sold and her seats were not available. The new cost was over $1100.They would cancel my flight for $35 per ticket, I refused. I wanted to speak to a supervisor, they refused. I was told to contact *****************, at **************, its the Delta customer service line. They lied.After I told them I was done playing games, they needed to refund all of my money immediately, they magically found a supervisor, then kept us on hold for 30 minutes. I just called my credit card company and canceled the payment (they didnt have a record of ********** learned, if sounds to good to be true.....it probably is.

    Sadly my airfare booked in sept. By ****** was to to guaranteed comfort plus seats. I saw the tickets were main cabin but was assured that in Jan they can get the comfort plus seats. I have talked to ****** ****** **** I, and lastly ******. This has been from 2/.1, last call tonight 4/2 , as our flight is in 2 days. They were able to book comfort plus for return trip, but not flights down, and was told they tried. I was guaranteed comfort plus, I would not recommend this company as I spent at least 6 hours phone time over months. They were dishonest about the ticket I purchased. I cant tell you how many times I was told I will call you back in two hours or I will send you an email personally when the comfort seats are assigned. None of those things happen thank you.

    Not sure how they have a rating of 3.7 rating as my experience is very similar to all the one star ratings and reviews. I just got my e-mail finding me well but "regret to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances, Airline has cancelled your reservation . We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. They have issued a future credit of 498.00 usd which can be used upto one year from today." After contacting Bestairfares.com customer service multiple times I never got any e-tickets and Jet Blue has no record of a reservation. I have no idea who "They" are but guessing I am going to have a fight on my hands to get my refund. Based on the dates of the reviews don't understand why AZ AG's office as well as Texas AG's office haven't shut down Bestairfares.com owned and operated by Texas based company OGULE LLC 0900 SUGAR LAND TX. I will be submitting complaints to both offices as I believe these entities are fraudulent companies.

    TOTAL SCAM!!! They cheated my husband out of $350 and would not give it back. Then they added on the actual airfare of a $1000. They have fake names like ****** ***** when they are actually probably from ***** or somewhere. They all have heavy accents. Buyer beware!!!!!

    My elderly father (86) contacted Best Airfares to assist with flights for a Christmas family vacation. On March 28th, he agreed to flights for 14 people on DELTA (DL) from Boston to Punta Cana for $11,975.63 Shortly after, he agreed for flight for 1 person on American Airlines (AA) from Los Angelos to Punta Cana for $979.88 On June 23rd, confirmation for the AA ticket was sent however no update on the DELTA tickets. After several calls my father was assured the tickets were coming but nothing ever happened. On August 10th, 3 of the 14 DELTA tickets were issued but no more (11 remaining). They actually blamed the airlines however calls to DELTA confirmed there was no delay and that they had not heard of this agency. On September 4th, they assured the tickets would be issued but nothing happened. In October (with the trip around the corner), My father contacted them, politely thanked them for the 4 tickets that were booked and requested a refund for the flights not ticketed. They agreed but nothing had been refunded. The day before the trip (12/21) the traveler from LA tried to check in with the confirmation code that was sent June 23rd however she found out the flight had been cancelled 3 days after it was booked. NO notices, calls or emails were sent. Furious with the information about the AMERICAN AIRLINE cancellation my father contacted again but has received NO resolution. My father is still getting excuses after several emails and phone calls regarding his refund (for 12 tickets) which amounts to close to $10,000. As you look at this company, you will uncover several shell companies, booking flights under different names, empty talk, dishonesty and performing classic “bait and switch” tactics. I urge others that have had a bad experience to file a complaint with the AZ Attorney General’s (AG) office. Really only way to get momentum to bring this company to justice.     Two nights ago I Somehow ended up on their site by way of a pop-up and saw the ad for best air fare and called them. They never provided a receipt (or even a confirmation email) NOTHING for $968 purchase. I felt something was off so I called back yesterday morning. They said I would get my e-tickets in a week (after Christmas) and that I would have a receipt by night fall. I read their 1 star reviews online and confirmed I was not the ONLY one...So, I called **** to start a claim against this transaction, telling them I feel these people are attempting to steal my money. Next, I called best air fare back a third time this morning. They said their cancellation department was not in for 2 more hours (And it was already after 9am pacific). Not happy.

    They definitely are scammers. They wont own up to there responsibility. They are LIERS. They DID NOT render the service I paid them $1196.00 for. I paid them for 2 airline tickets on Delta airline for my vacation. Delta airline receptionist at the ************** said the tickets were withdrawn shortly after they were purchased through Bestairfare and I wasnt even notified. When I called to have Bestairfare assist and rectify this issue they claimed they werent aware of this. I then tried to get a new flight from them in place of the issue and they couldnt assist but told me I needed to call back later to get the same agent that helped to make the original purchase. I called back again to have them issue me a refund and was given all kinds of run arounds. They have passed the **** on every occasion and Ive check with ************** and was told I dont even have tickets with there numbers??soo again they took my money and Never render a service and do not and have not accepted the responsibility of paying me back since November 07, 2024. PLEASE beware of SCAMMERS like these people who call themselves travel agents or merchant. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

    I think this company is a complete fraud and a scam. We spent 2000 dollars for airline tickets and never got the tickets or a refund. Bestairfare will not do the honorable thing and refund all of our money. I am in touch with the State AG’s office and have sent all my documentation. To further their scam and fraud against people they show the are accredited by the BBB and in fact they are not. Beware of this bunch. Very dishonorable people. I will do my best to make sure no one ever uses the business. Scam and Fraud !
