    I had purchase 3 tickets to ****** from *** on 12/17/2024 for the dates 05/23/2025-05/26/2025 the flight was supposed to be with *************** in economy seats. I paid $805.00 for the three tickets I received an email that day saying the tickets were "pending". I called them on 04/03/2025 asking them where my tickets were because I have not gotten an email since then. They told me that *************** had cancelled my tickets but that if I paid $1200.00 more they can guarantee me a different flight. I said no and called *************** they had no idea what I was talking about because I wasn't even in their system. So I called back to bestairfare and the person that answered didn't know my tickets were "cancelled" because I started the phone call with me just wanting to check my ticket information. Then I told them that I was informed that my tickets were cancelled when I called earlier. The caller then scrambled and said "yes I see they are cancelled" and tried to offer me another plane ticket. I told them I wanted a refund on 04/04/2025 and they said the refund would get to me on 04/07/2025. I have yet to receive anything and I called them again on 04/07/2025 asking for a receipt that they are sending me my refund but they didn't send it and just say its on the way. I called my bank but they say they can't get me a refund or dispute because it is passed 60 days of the transaction. This is a scam!!

    I booked a flight on 1/16/25 for a 2/27/25 departure date, paid for the tickets via credit card. The first attachment shows the confirmation of the booking and charge to my credit card. On 2/21/25 I contacted Hot Flight Deals Services as that is how they list themselves, see signature line on both attachments. I was informed my booking had been cancelled by the airlines due to overbooking (supposedly). I was informed the refund process had been initiated and that it would take ***** days to receive my refund. To date it has been over a month, or if you wish to count business days 27 days and still no refund. When I contacted **** *****, representative I dealt with (name and phone number at bottom of each page attached), she now tells me it could take some time but cannot give me an answer to how much time. By the way the flight was still available through the airline, as I not only looked at booking it via the airline's online web page, but i confirmed the availability by contacting the airline. I question whether the booking by Hot Flight ever was made.I want my refund that is owed me. Thank you,****** *******

    The only resolution is for the business to refund my money ASAP. 

    the booking was canceled and I was told a refund would be issued to my credit card. Its been 45 days and I still have not received my refund.

    Went with a 3rd party to get flight tickets on January 27, 2025. Faresoflight told me I would get my itinerary within 24 hours from the airline. That never happened. I called and they said it will be 3 days before I can get my tickets because the airline was taking longer than expected. On March 11, 2025 I called and canceled and they told me my money would be refunded. I have called several times they keep saying check with my bank or it will be 10 more days. Long story short, I never got my refund.

    Sold me a airline ticket and never gave me a flight code called several times and they kept telling me I would receive one but never did then after going online for reviews I've noticed nobody got their money back or a ticket. This place needs to be shut down. Why is it still up running? I want my money back!!! Booking number they gave me FOF2269AS63 $132.99

    On Jan 31, 2025 I purchased 14 tickets from LAX to Cancun through Hot Flight Deals Agent name was Alma Solaris. I canceled the tickets within the same day when I had some concerns with the low pricing so I called back with questions. I then informed them of canceling my reservation. I followed up with an email to agent that helped me with the reservation. I was informed the process would take 10 working days. I filed a dispute with the bank and a temporary credit was issued until it is resolved. On 3/19/25 this still has not been resolved and the agent saying I need to remove the dispute. The bank is advising me not to do this.

    We are currently approaching our vacation date, we had planned to fly down to Florida. The family purchased a lot of tickets so that we could fly down there. But they would never confirm our tickets even though we had already paid for them. Now we are having to wait for a refund from them, lose an 8 hour work day because now we have to make a 15 hour drive to our destination, and have the first part of our vacation ruined because they don't know how to operate a business. This business should not exist, I have never had a travel business that orders tickets to not give them to me within the first few days of purchasing them from them. It's ridiculous that a business like this is even allowed to continue to operate. All they seem to be doing is scamming you out of a 3-month loan to them while your vacation is ruined. They have cost just me myself more money in lost wages having to leave a day early then all of our tickets cost combined.

    On 12/27/24 I purchased 8 round trip airline tickets from bestairfares.com It was on American Airlines I never received any emails or tickets. I called American Airlines and they had no record of my flight Then I tried for 3 weeks to reach best air fares and finally got a person who said the airline cancelled my flight without notification They kept telling me to look for info on the email they never sent me. I’m so frustrated and I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. thank you

    On 2/13/2025 I purchased 2 airline tickets from Boston to punta Cana flying on Delta Airlines. I received and email from hot flight deals with trip confirmation A95K11. I had booked economy tickets. I then received a call from Robbin Smith saying there are no economy seats left but I can be put in the main cabin for over $200 more per ticket. I accept. I’m told I will have 2 separate charges. One from delta& best airfare, cheap flying fares, I’m told in 5-10 business days I will receive confirmation from delta airlines. 10 days later I receive confirmation from delta. The flight dates are wrong! I immediately call delta airlines to tell them the dates are not what I selected on the hot flight deal’s website. She tells me they were booked on the delta website and that there are multiple “notes” attached to this reservation. I ask what the “notes “ are and for them to email me the information. She would not email it to me but did say there was a call trying to change flights because the husband was hospitalized! I am furious. I tell her that was not me ! She will change my flight to the correct dates for $847 per ticket. I now ask her to cancel. I call my credit card and ask what charges I have . The delta charges are there . I tell the credit card company I have been scammed and ask for new credit cards and would like to dispute the charges. On February 25 , two days after I cancelled the delta flight I received a voicemail from Robbin asking me to call him as soon as possible. He says he has almost finalized my reservation with delta airlines but there is a problem. I email him back asking what wrong with my reservation, those are not the dates I requested. He responded back saying the reservation is almost finalized. I have booked tickets through Expedia. I’m traveling in 10 days, I can’t wait for things be finalized. I’ve spent money on an all inclusive destination. I need to know I have flights to get there.

    1/10/25 I went on line and order flight tickets for 3 passengers from St Louis Mo to Brownsville TX through Bestfares.com. I pay $705.15. 1/11/25 called because I had not received a confirmation email. I was told I wouldn't receive anything until 24 hrs before my flight. 2/11/25 I received a call from bestfares that I was on stand by but they had a solution. If I agreed to upgrade to 1st class I could stay on same flights. I begrudgingly agreed and was charged an additional $501.78. Later that day I received my tickets via email and it indicated I would receive the 3 boarding passes 24 hrs before flight. I went on American Airlines site and verified I was indeed on the flights and I was. I made seating choices for more money. 2/22/25 I went back on American Airlines site to check on something and my reservation was no longer showing up. I immediately called bestfares.com to be told that American Airlines had canceled the flight. And that I would need to wait 24 hrs for a resolution. I said NO you will call me by 530pm with a resolution. 6pm no call so I called back to be told still need to wait the 24 hrs. ( I had called, before this call, American Airlines to be told that the 3rd party (Bestfares.com) had canceled the tickets.) I informed bestfares that I want the exact flights and all the upgrades. 2/23/25 No call to resolve shocker. Total scammed.

    We purchased airline tickets in Dec 2024 from bestairfares.com for travel on 4/12/25 till 4/19/25 from RDU to STT and paid 671.00. We have contacted them 4 times and have yet to receive e tickets thru email as promised.
