      They are 100% Scam running a call center from India with American name. They steal credit card and personal information and make fraudulent charges. They are using a local residential address and may be legit LLC in the US but they are scaming everyone. They run a email scam after a customer try to book a ticket then they email and change the rate by scaming customer but they will never book a flight like all other ligit online companies such Expedia or Justfly do. Their charge appears on the credit card statement as Airline name but Airline didn't have any records for it. When customer become suspicious then they stop receiving calls and emails.

      5/9/2024. Booked an airline ticket which they did not produce! When called the number given they said they could book a ticket that would sure my husband a seat to his cousin’s funeral. They booked, rebooked the ticket, added unnecessary extras. Stated they would send an email about the ticket. Never got an email with ticket information, in fact United airlines gave me the email address they instructed them to send the ticket to, which was neither mine or my husband’s. Had to book another ticket through United. The calling hours were 5/12/2024 and the burial was 5/13/2024 - still have not received said email but have incurred nearly 2,000 of charges for a ticket and extras they put my husband’s name on ,but never produced a ticket. At this point we hold the arrogant man to cancel the booking they had not produced a ticket for snd do nothing more because we would handle it from there. I want the charges reversed and these people need to be put out of business and stop scamming bereaved people. Had to cancel this credit card and advise Chase these were unauthorized

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 21722993, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.is BestTicketFares.com.  Apologies to the Business, as this was a time of stress dealing with 2 out of state graveside services of close relatives in a 5 day period.    I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

      I paid for united flight tickets. I was charged 2 times. $1400 for the tickets and $370 to bestairfares. Bestairfares returned the tickets. I talked to my bank and united they both said it was not on there end. Someone from bestair contacted me and said they would redo the transaction for united. They never did it. So i called back after 3 days and no new transaction and they said them and united were having issues and that they would find me flights with someone else. I said no i have to fly with united im flying with a group and were all flying united. I was told they were refunding my $370 that they charged me and they never refunded me my money. Its been over a week.

      I purchased airline tickets Sept 2023. Delta canceled flight. Bestairfares tells me I would be refunded. However, I have not gotten my money back. I have been trying since Nov. 2023. I call and text and email at least once a week and they keep telling me I'll be refunded. They say 2 weeks, sometimes 4 days, but nothing. I was just given a refund confirmation number ***********. Don't know if this means anything. I just want and need my money.

      We are extremely sorry for the prolonged inconvenience caused here. Firstly, the cancellation done the very first time was through the airlines, we had nothing to do with that. Secondly, there are two sets of charges being processed for refund. One from the airlines end , the other from our merchant's end only if airlines part is refunded. The refund with airlines were already initiated. Please confirm if you have received any from the airlines. If you have received airlines refund, this means we are awaiting for refund to merchant for the 2nd set of the charge. Once that is done we will refund you the remaining amount. Huge numbers of tickets were cancelled by the airlines around last year. Everyone one of our passenger is getting paid back for the cancellations. The process is quite slow but it is being done. We can assure you that you will be receiving your refund as soon as possible. We are trying with our best resources to get this done. The refund process has begun for many passengers already, so pretty much yours is also in queue and will be sorted soon. All we can request you to have patience with us as you have already which we are thankful for, your refund will be done.

      This company is a fraudulent company that is using a website online where you would normally purchase an airline ticket to somewhere wherever you're going at a discounted rate and when you purchase it, they don't tell you on the website that it does not include a purse or your luggage or a carry-on. Then a few hours later someone calls you with an accent and claims to be calling you from Miami but they're obviously calling you from a country overseas. they basically hold you hostage and tell you that you need to pay if you want to bring your luggage a lot more. So a flight that you're paying $235 for is now $500 because if you want to bring your luggage that's what you have to do. And if you want to cancel this now, they still are going to charge you for the 235 flight that you already booked. Work around here is when you pressure them and you challenge them. They start to get very angry and defensive with you on the phone and they state that they will charge your credit card and they will charge you for that. and then they also try to tell you that the flight that you booked is no longer available and you have to do a different flight which is also more money. I called them out on their fraudulent behavior. I reported them to all police authorities. They have no authorization to book or put anything on your card and what I did was I immediately called my credit card Company told them about this fraudulent company and they blocked them and they canceled my card so no charge will be done. But buyer beware. These people are not from Canada or the USA. They are obviously somewhere overseas. They are fraudulent company. They don't actually cut your tickets and they are just trying to basically steal your money and hold you hostage by threatening you and telling you that you will all get a cancellation fee and blah blah blah. They are garbage people. They are thieves and they do not belong in the United States or America

We are not from Miami, we are based out of Tucson AZ. Most importantly we do not charge the credit card or ask any cancellation fee for any such thing if your consent is not there. The most basic rule we follow is your consent on anything we agree upon. If you are not OK even with slightest detail, we do not proceed.

      We are sure this is clear case of mistaken website identity. We are BEST AIRFARES. Please check thoroughly and let us know to clarify more.

      Today I purchased two airline tickets. after purchase I was contacted by an employee to tell me I would be charged $27.00 per person for boarding pass, no seat selection, no changes to the flight and no baggage, not even a carryon. I require a carry on and was then sold options for seat selection, baggage and changes to bring the price to normal selling flights. I only wanted a carryon bag, was OK with other restrictions and the price remained high, and I was constantly being offered different flights to different destinations. they refused to give me a full refund, and I called my bank, but not yet posted and I called them back second time to same "supervisor" and finally transferred to someone who again tried to sell me options....There is no mention of these types of restrictions at purchase, this is a bait and switch system.

      We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused here. We would like to tell you that the prices published on our website aur based on the availability offered by the airlines. Accordingly publish rates on the website, now these fares are bound to change depending on the seating available on that particular flights. We keep updating our website about the changes which is being done manually on daily basis. This updating of changed rates takes quite sometime. If someone books a ticket on the old price , we get a email saying the same. Hence we call the customers and tell them we do not have availability for the flights booked we can try and offer something else. If any customer agrees to that we proceed with the reservation otherwise we cancel the whole thing. There will not be any charges if the customer disagreed to the booking at all. To summarize this , we only sell what we have available and we have many customers who are happy the service we provide. We are extremely sorry if we were not able to provide what you were looking for. We will try to speed up the process the price updating. But again we would really apologize if no time was allowed for you to go through it again. We are sure will help you better if call us for any reservations directly. 

      There is no charge on your card usually if there is any, please feel free to call back to clarify the same.

      I purchased airline tickets online and received a pending confirmation. At 3 am I got an email saying my flights weren’t available and they would be replaced with a reservation at 3x the cost, with a stop added rather than non stop. I called and cancelled. I’m checking my credit card often to be sure they aren’t charging me even though they said they were cancelling it. This is obviously a scam. There were never any cheap tickets. I had to call it I would be charged almost 900 dollars for flights I did not want—non direct flights—rather than the 315 I agreed to pay. I want this bogus company to stop operating. I want a free ticket for my cancelled flights. The only way to stop these kind of people is to make them pay. If I have a charge on my card in the coming weeks, since they now have my credit card number, I’ll have to deal with a huge mess.

      2/15/2024 requested airline tickets for $522. They did not deliver. I contacted the company and they said the price was no longer available. They requoted $735.98. I ask ed if this included fees and taxes. They said yes. I said ok rebook both flights, he came back with ok the total will be $1024.98. I cancelled order and will dispute charge if shows up on credit card. They are bait and switch .

      Feb 15, 2024 I was search for an airline ticket and came across Bestairfares.com with a good price and time. I put in my credit card and information, but it sat processing for 20 min. I called the phone number and the agent said this flight and price were no longer available and offered me another flight for a much higher price. Bait and Switch. I said no I wanted the times of the first option and he offered that flight at a higher price and I said no this sounds like a scam. I received a phone call and an email, (which does not look like a legitimate company ) several hours later again saying this reservation was in process. My credit card was charged a dollar and then reimbursed a dollar two times from a theater in California as well as a charge from Cardata with a fraudulant charge of $28. With the timing, I believe its all related to this transaction. The agent said this flight was no longer available, so I would think it would be cancelled, but it is still processing 20 hours later. Something is not right.

TO PROVE THE SAME PLEASE CALL UP THE CREDIT CATRD COMPANY AND CHECK WITH THEM WHERE AR THE CHARGES COMING FROM AND ASK FOR POHONE NUMBER AND ADDRESS. THOSE INFORMATION WILL PROVE THAT IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH US AT ALL. We amy not be able to offer you what you booked but we do not charge credit card without customer agreement.

      I made a reservation for my wife to fly from Las Vegas to Florida. It was a good deal price amount of $307 total airfare. So, i used my debit card to complete the transaction early morning around 1:20am PT on 2/6/2024. However, my travel booking no. ****** went on pending status with a message that my ticket is processing and will contact or send me an e-ticket upon confirmation with the airlines. I waited for an e-amail and even chat an agent online thru their website but neither response receive from one of them. I called today around 2:00pm 855-997-6999 but immediately after she put me onhold, i was transferred to an agent recorded conversation and told me that they sent my wife an e-mail that my reservation was declined but that's not true. My wife did not receive e-mail from them regarding this matter. He added that my pending flight travel is now changed from $307 round trip to $500 just one way. So, i told him to cancel my pending travel booking as soon as possible, Now, i am worried that these agents might use my pending transaction information and still charge me because he did not send me any confirmation of cancellation.

      We are extremely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Whenever you book on our website any flight. The prices are subject to change depending on the availability of seats. Its a supply and demand rule wherein if the availability number changes (decreasing or increasing) prices changes (increasing or decreasing) respectively.Its a sure chance that this would have happend in your case. If someone books when the price has changed then you will get a call from our team about the change in the price or flights. This happens very less but is unfortunate that it changes but we do not charge your card on anything unless you authorise us to. We try to offer as best and as closest as possible to your original needs.However we offer a lot less than the market fares as in prices being offered directly by the airlines. Even for your flights you can search on the particular airline's website to know the fare. We know you will find the difference there to be a big one. Hence we offer very less expensive as compared to most of them in the market.

      Your price is so ridiculous! Your agent changed my reservation from $300 round trip to $500 one way. Of i did not , i will never receive a confirmation of my reservation for the fair amount of $300. After i made the agent cancelled my not guaranteed reservation and tried expedia, i was be able to get a flight with a good price of $380 round trip! So, it’s so untrue to hear that prices went up three times the amount of what i reserved from the first one.
