This company is terrible, they dont care about residents just money. When I attempted to file a complaint with the general manager of the company about his manager in one his MANY apartment complexes, I was told that she had been there 20 years and that he was not going to do ANYTHING about it! Also said that when he is called he re-directs the calls back to her because he has all faith in her ability to manage the property efficiently. I have videos of the women being disrespectful. I have told him this many times. Also, have many text messages and maintenance requests dating back to 2020. The former maintenance man sent an apologetic text message for NOT DOING A THING while he was employed on the property! My refrigerator went out and my food spoiled twice due to the incompetence of the former maintenance worker and I have yet to hear from anyone in regards to reimbursement although I have written numerous emails.I had a fly issue that started with a sewer line clog that was no fault of me or my family. There is a lot more and if you need proof I keep it all this is just some of the things that could be handled better by this company. Hearing from the general manager has frankly, done NOTHING for me. A week before and about two weeks after the presidential election the former maintenance man knocked on my door EVERYDAY to ask me if I wanted him to wash my car because he felt like someone had vandalized it!!! There was NO vandal, I just wrote ***** with ***** on my car. That is harassment. Is there anyone else to speak with in regards to this? Or do we need to go ahead and take my many issues to court. Its really sad that not renewing my lease and not allowing me to be on a month to month until I find a place is what they are attempting to do to me. I seriously believe its because my many complaints about the management to her management but why not remedy the situation by finding new management? Im sure many people feel the same... I have written statements to prove it. Forcing my family out with no explanation Is terrible business and I really feel others need to know about it.
