Barrera Roofing did an outstanding job on replacing the underlayment on our roof. The free inspection, with the photographs, enabled us to see what the condition of the roof was. Price was very competitive and the scheduled date was solid. The same team worked on the roof from start to finish. Place was left clean at the end of each days work. ******* explained some issues from previous repairs and even a major issue from the original install (the end tiles on the left side of the roof were cut, which removed the channel where the water should run down). This allowed water to run on to the underlayment and eventually affected the sheathing. The best part was that these hidden items were included in the quote and were fixed properly (actually repositioned the tiles to add another row so there was full tiles on the ends). Any broken tiles were replaced with very closely colored tiles. They went so far as to place the new tiles on a section of the roof where they could not be seen from the road, which is tough on a corner lot house. Clean up was fantastic, as I have only found two nails over the months and with some good monsoon rains. Barrera Roofing provided a great photo album of what was found and what they did to make everything right. Team did everything they said they would do, on time and for the quoted price. Cannot ask for anything more. Recommend this company to be on anybodys short list.

Barrera Roofing came highly recommended to us.....and we couldn't agree more. Each employee I met was as knowledgeable as the next. They provided a visual presentation after initial inspection of the roof prior to receiving our quote and also presented a FINAL visual presentation. They didn't miss a thing. Months prior to our scheduled work we had a small leak. Barrera came out and fixed the leak to avoid a bigger problem at no charge weeks prior to the final work. It was a relief to know there was not going to be any water damage with the upcoming monsoons. We were scheduled for a June install but they had an opening and fit us in early. Very accommodating. Our tile roof looks fantastic! The clean up was outstanding. I thought for sure I would have my work cut out for me after the job but I was wrong. The entire yard was like the landscapers had come. Great job! We also highly recommend Barrera Roofing. Exceeded our expectations.

Barrera is a very professional organization and well managed. The crew showed up on the date promised and completed the project in 4 days. They cleaned up at the end of each day. The ******* gave me a rundown of the work planned each day and the plan was for the next day. The crew was amazingly efficient and the workmanship excellent. The follow up upon completion was beyond my expectation. ******* Barrera gave us a photo presentation of the daily work with a wrap up drone with camera video.

Very satisfied with their work, especially the free inspection presentation and the presentation after the work was done. This included a great many photos of before the work was done, while the work was being done and the completed job. This included a full explanation of why and how they did what they did. They also replace all the vent caps on the roof for your hot water heater, exhaust fans, etc. and paint them to match your roof. I especially liked it was a set price and anything else they found that needed repairs or replacement during the job was on them. They added 3 vents on my one roof that were not there at no extra cost. They also offered three prices for the work to be done. It was like: good, better or best, depending on quality of materials you chose and length of their guarantee. They cleaned up my yard afterwards, including washing down my driveway. Same crew that starts the job, finishes it. They did 2 roofs on 2 different homes, in 2 weeks, back to back for me. I live in an age restricted development and I know they have done multiple roofs in it. To the best of my knowledge, everyone was very satisfied with their workmanship. I would highly recommend them to anyone that would need their services.

From start to finish, Barrera Roofing did an outstanding job in installing new underlayment for my tile roof. I was impressed with the thorough inspection and detailed quote with photos and different price points to meet my needs. The team started a week earlier than planned and provided daily updates on findings, progress, and next steps. Work was completed in a timely manner and site clean up was very good. The detailed follow up review showing before and after photos (including drone footage) exceeded my expectations.
