Fearless Septic Contracting really came through for us. They were very professional, eager to help us with putting in a septic system that was good quality work. The crew was very helpful in answering my questions. I would recommend Fearless Septic Contracting **** to anyone who is interested in needing a septic system.

Contacted this company for septic service because of sewage back up into bathroom. they asked when septic was last pumped. I told them about 20 years. they said that it had to be pumped out. i told them I had never had a problem and i thought it was just a clog in the sewer pipe somewhere. but agreed to have a pump out done. they said that if it did need to be snaked the crew would do that while they were here at no charge. When the septic tank lid was removed there was no overflowing just a couple feet of sludge in the bottom. so i really DID NOT need a pump out...!I had removed the toilet for access and the pipe was completely full of sewage so they hooked up a snake and i also provide a water hose and they worked for about 15 min and the helper said that water was flowing into septic tank. i looked at the clean out and did notice some water flowing toward the tank. they were in a hurry and loaded up their equipment. they then gave me a bill for the pump out AND charged me $75 for snaking. A few months later the clog was back and i contacted them about the clog and told them that the crew had not cleared the line very well and were in too big a hurry to leave. i received a call that basicly refused to do anything but charge me again and finally said they could possible come out and snake it again. Days went by and sewage began trying to come up in shower when i flushed the toilet so i called again and just got the run around and obfuscation about my concerns. i even spent $350 to have the hidden septic access located and dug out so they did not have to do any digging at all to access the lid. As a 83 year old senior I feel that i was lied to about necessity of pump out and ripped off for at least $400 and would never recommend this company for honesty and quality of work.

****************** called us to service his system because he was having issues. He informed us that he had not pumped his septic tank in over 20 years. I told him that recommended septic maintenance is every 3 5 years (The health department recommends that a septic should be cleaned every 3-5 years or = 25 percent of solids.) I provided ****************** information of the service we provide, an estimate, what the estimate includes, what it doesnt include, when payment is due, and how to make payment. This is what I said:If the liquid level of your tank is at **** gal, it will be $410 to pump. The service includes:- Septic pumping We pump BOTH Compartments - Cleaning filter - FREE visual inspection - Maintenance sheet so you can know how to take care of your system - 1 hour service at the site This estimate does not include additional gallons, labor, or repairs.Invoice is due at time of service. You can pay with:- Check - Cash - Zelle, vedmo, cashapp - Debit/Credit Card. However, with debit card/cc there is a 2% convenience fee that applies, if you would like to avoid this 2%. We recommend using the other sources.****************** agreed to the service and we scheduled him.On June 29th 2023, our technicians went to ***************************** property located at *****************************************************************************, with the proper equipment to service his septic system. The tank was exposed for us, and we did what we were hired to do, we pumped the septic tank. The tank was overdue for pumping being that it was more than 50 percent of solids. We spent additional labor/time pumping it due to lack of maintenance, which we didnt charge the customer for. Once the pumping was completed, we had him flush the toilet and water was coming out from the clean out. We offered to snake the line for an additional charge of 75 dollars. He agreed, we snaked him, and got him going. We had the customer flush the toilets again to make sure everything was working properly before we left, and showed the customer that the water was getting into the tank as it should. The technician charged him $410 for the pumping and $75 for snaking. He seemed very pleased with our service that he even gave our technicians a 15 dollar tip.In February ****, 8 MONTHS LATER, ****************** called and told us that he has a clog. He stated that my guys didnt snake him well because they were in a hurry. We tried to explain to ****************** that if the technicians would have not done their job well, his toilet would have not flushed well, and/or he would have had issues right after we left (even a couple of days after). We also informed him that we do not provide warranty for snaking because we cannot control what people put in their drains.I offered to help ****************** by not charging him for the service call, which normally cost 200 dollars, but I would charge him for the snaking again (75 dollars). I also offered to help him out by not charging him at all, but he would have to wait until I was in the area. ******************, stated that we shouldnt charge him anything and he wanted us to go to his home the same day.Days later, he called again stating that we took advantage of him because he didnt need to pump his tank and that we needed to make it right. I offered to give him the Pima County ****************************** number so they can explain to him how often he needs to pump his tank, and so he can verify that we DID NOT take advantage of him. ****************** refused the number and threatened us to put bad reviews in social media and call the BBB.****************** hired us to pump his tank because he was having issues and it was more than 20 years that he had not pump it. On our initial conversation, we told ****************** that we would do a FREE VISUAL INSPECTION to see what is going on. We did NOT tell ****************** that we would snake him for free, as it is considered additional service. The snaking machine and labor hours of my employees cost money. If I provide this service for free, I would have to close the doors of my company because I would be losing money. Also, 75 dollars is a fraction of what plumbers charge. Snaking at $75 is more of a courtesy service that we provide to our clients when we pump, because we dont want them to spend more money hiring a plumber after we service them (which plumbers usually charge more than $300). Since we dont make a profit from snaking and because we dont control what people put in their drains, we dont provide warranties for snaking, especially 8 months later. When we serviced ****************** we did everything that we were hired to do, even more than what we were paid for. When he called us 8 months after we provided him services, I was willing to help him out for free when we would be in the area. However, ****************** did not seem to understand, kept blaming us, and threatening us. For this reason, the deal of helping him is off.
