  My appointment was at 4:30 pm on Wednesday January 26, 2022 to do the $185 partial blonde. **** first started off processing my hair without covering me with the protective gown and didnt until she realized much later (at least one hour, and she was using bleach). During the appointment I noticed it was looking more blonde and asked her about it to make sure. I asked her if we were doing the same service as a year ago, and she said yes and same color. I still noticed during the appointment it was looking much more intense so I asked her again. She said well its going to be a little more blonde but I got you its gonna look good. (This was after the hair was in foils/already covered in bleach/irreversible.) when I went under the dryer she said I decided to give you a full blonding service and not charge you for your birthday I was a little panicked and said thank you for not charging me and when we moved to the chair i told her I trust her and will see how it looks. By time she started drying it I could tell how fried and damaged my hair was and how much blonde there was when what I went in for was basically highlights. I was so shocked and trying to process the fact that I was bleach blonde and trying to not panic as it was 11 pm at night and I didnt know how we could fix this. I paid her $204 in cash (she charged me $15 more for a haircut) and $18 through Venmo. The next morning I messaged her at 8:30am until 2:35 pm telling her I was not happy with it and it needed to be fixed. She did not reply to me until I had already gone to a different stylist and paid $85 to fix it. The new stylist told me my hair was very dry, bleached all over, cut uneven, very patchy, and damaged. **** did not do the job I asked for and bleached all my hair without asking me and told me when it was too late and the bleach was already in my hair. **** not perform a service without my consent, but she damaged my hair which is irreversible and did a terrible job.
