      I ordered something on the 12th. On the 16th they told me it was out of stock. I asked for a return and they have issued me a store credit after several attempts to tell them that I do not want any credit.

      On March 7th 2024 I picked some jewelry I wanted from Jeulia.com and I decided I was going to make payments on it. A week later I check the status on the package and it still says the order is processing. I decided to go through more of the reviews to see if any one else had this problem and at lot of people did. I wait another 2 weeks and the order still hasnt processed, so I emailed Jeulias customer support and tried cancelling the order. Upon trying to cancel the order on 3/16/2024, the representative I was emailing informed me that there will be a 30% material fee which I didnt understand if the order hasnt even processed but I agreed anyways so that I could cancel it. On 3/21/2024 I got charged $32 from Jeulia and it still has the payment schedule even though I stated that I wanted to cancel the order, they still havent cancelled the order.

      This company continues to attempt to pushback delivery date with each and every email and now is threatening to charge me a restocking fee for something that they did not deliver when they promised and agreed to a delivery time. No longer need the product and I am not willing to Pay for something I never received. According to the reviews I am one of many so I would like something to be done about this.

      I am attempting to cancel an order which is still in process and not getting any response from the company. The phone number provided on their website just goes to a message saying the system is closed and to go to the website to message them. I have messaged them 4-5 times through the website and emailed them 6 or 7 times and have gotten ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE from them.

      I purchased a ring from Jeulia Jewlery off of their website on 6/9/2023. I received the following email: Thank you for your purchase. We've received your order#********* and are working on it now.NOTE: The jewelry you purchased may take 5 - 10 working days to be hand-crafted. You will receive a shipment notification email once the order is dispatched.The order #********* has never arrived. I emailed Jeulia Jewelry asking when my order would be shipped, and received thie following email: "We wanted to inform you that your order has been added to our priority list. We understand that receiving your order promptly and safely is essential, and that is why we are doing everything in our power to ensure it happens."We will email you the tracking number once your order ships out. This will allow you to easily monitor the delivery progress and know when to expect your package. I emailed Jeulia Jewelry a second time and they responded with an additional 10% off my order, which has still not arrived. I then emailed them a third time and Jeulie Jewelry has not responded to my correspondence. It is now 6/26/23 and still no delivery and now no response. I purchased this ring using Afterpay, which makes four equal payments to Jeulia Jewelry and two of the payments have been processed--and still no ring. Clearly, they are a fraudulent company.

      First, I ordered the ring from this website on November 2022. paid for express shipping and extra paid for exchange/return policy without problems and questions. easy returns! All together I paid $175 when I got it it was broken and came a week later as promised so I asked to return it they didnt let me do it. **** is not responding or been responding. Some very rude says they are in ***** and it will be very expensive for me and insurance but I bought doesnt count to months later, I took that again trying to get my money back. They said you can exchange no problem, so I searched for another ring and wanted to exchange. I sent my ring back to them address once I provided, when they got my ring savers emailing me saying there is the Butte open who is my payment from earlier thats why they cant send me another ring. I contacted ****** they said that company ***** got her money and there is no dispute open! so I texted back to them ,and they said the dispute is open ,and jeulia will not send me my money back. anything so I paid -now over $200 for extra fast shipping. It's what they asked.they To them My ring back plus the difference between they are lying and being very rude tome via emails. now I Am very sad. I dont know what to do .they are not responding anymore to my emails to give my money back please help. !Return tracking number *** number was ********************** Order ********* On may 22,2023 I send ring back with ***- tracking number proof they got it.

      I ordered a ring order number ********* on April 28 with free expedited shipping as it was part of their Mothers Day sale. I received a notification on May 6th that my order was shipped on May 6th via **** First Class which is 1-5 day shipping. It has been 4 days and my order still shows as Label Created. I would like to have my order by Mothers Day like I was promised.

      I purchased 2 items of jewelry (rings) on 2/20/23 in the amount of $157.50. The rings were too small, so I looked at their website for return instructions since none were included in the package. The website advertises a 30- day return/exchange policy , but does not provide a return address to ship the items back. Since I wanted to return, not exchange, I used their online submission to contact them for the return address starting on 3/10/23. Four times back and forth via email, they still will not provide me with the return address. I've even sent pictures as they've requested... twice! There is not phone number of their website to contact, so I called the number on their ******** page *************)... automated system answers and does not allow message to be left as the voicemail is full. I've tried calling the number on your BBB site *************)... no answer, just keeps ringing. This is unacceptable. Their website rate your service button doesn' work. The information should have been in the package, readily available on their website, or provided upon first contact. I just want to return this order within their policy guidelines and get my money back.

      I purchased an item and it was the wrong size. This took place 01/06/2023. I reached out via email to ********************************** to inquire how to return the items for the correct sizes. I was encouraged via the respondent, to simply place a new order while returning the previous one, to ensure receipt of the items on within my desired timeframe. During this process, I was asked rather I'd prefer store credit over my original payment refunded. I chose to have my original payment refunded. I was given a "1-3 business day" for this return by the respondent as well as via the websites return policy. It has been nearly 2 weeks. I have reached out via email regarding the status of my return, since I'd not gotten one, despite having confirmed the company's receipt of the returned item. 01/30/23, I received an email stating my refund has been issued "via store credit". I have since emailed the company and not received reply regarding my $153 refund (that does not include shipping costs).
