      I purchased Airpods from this company on 11/28/22 on order number ***** for $129.99, less a cyber Monday discount, total $89.49 shipped. They shipped them to me on 12/21/2022 via tracking number **********************. I received them, but they did not work properly out of the box. I tried to update the firmware, but it would not update. I took them to the Apple Store at the *************** in ******. The tech informed me that the serial number on the box was different than the serial number that was actually on the case of the Airpods. When he put in the serial number that was on the case, it showed a bunch of cases where someone else had brought in Airpods that they were having problems with that had the same serial number. The Airpods move around inside the case when the case is closed. They will not update firmware (they had 4B66 on them). When you put actual real Apple Airpods in the case, you can't reset them using the button on the case. They also have terrible sound compared to my real Airpods. The serial number on the box is ********** The serial number inside the case is ********* I have tried to contact Shop Software Keys several times via email and their phone number. I have left several voice messages. They have never emailed me back or returned my phone calls.

      On January 6th, 2023 I purchased ********* Windows 10 Home 32/64 bit *** Box Pack for $79.99 (Order Number *****) I received the *** and product activation code - however, when the computer repair company try to load it on my laptop that was being built, it did not work. I've tried to reach Shop Software Keys several times (for a RA - return authorization number and refund with no acknowledgement.

      On January 3rd I placed an order for ********* 10 Home for $72.99, including $5 shipping. The product arrived to me in only a thumb drive form. When I ordered, it stated box pack, so I decided to return the item. I tried multiple times to contact the company. Calls, emails, and chats have gone unanswered. One time I got someone to respond to a chat and they told me to mail the thumb drive back. I did so and they received it 2 weeks ago. I have not been refunded. I have yet again been unable to reach anyone at all. No answer to multiple calls, emails, and chat requests. I want a refund for the product they state is refundable.

      I purchased a license for Intuit Quickbooks Desktop Premier - 2020 from ShopSoftwareKeys.com on November 29, 2021. The restrictions given with the license were:This license will NOT work on: -MacOS -Windows 8 or older I downloaded the software about two weeks ago, but when I tried to use the license to activate the **********************, I got an error stating that the product number was wrong. I called Intuit, and they told me that the software was already registered to another Intuit account, so I would have to find the original owner to get the correct product number. I emailed ********************************** on February 1st, 2023, but they never responded. I contacted ShopSoftwareKeys.com on February 8th, 2023 via their website chat, but they said since I had not activated the software within one year of purchase, they could not help me. I told them that Intuit said that the license was already registered to another account so they had sold me something that had already been used, but they still refused to help me. I spoke with Intuit who told me that the license and product numbers do not expire after one year, so either they had sold me a license that had already been used or they gave me the wrong product number for that product key. I want my money back since they sold me an invalid license for the product. Their Policies on their website state that there is a 30 day limit to return new, unopened items, however, there is no time limit listed for defective products: **************************************************'m including a screen shot in case they change it before you look at it.

      The date of transaction was Nov 28, 2022 cyber Monday. Order #***** for 3rd generation air pods. I Received the product and I gave it as a Christmas present and two weeks later they no longer work. I have reached out to this company by emails and phone calls that are provided on the web site. To this day Jan. 25th 2023 I have not got the first response from them. I learned through Apple they are fake and have a serial number that other kinds of iPods have. I feel scammed and I would like my money back and to have this complaint filed against them. The total sale was ******.

      I was led to believe that I was purchasing a brand new version of Windows 10 Home on USB drive. The advertised product even featured the Windows 10 box. I received a makeshift jump drive and a piece of paper with the product key on it. The jump drive would not even load Windows and the computer indicated the file was corrupt.

      Ordered AirPod *** headphones and they are fake. They do not work at all and the charging/power light is not the correct colors per the Apple brand headphones.

      I bought an Airpod 3 with a lighting case from their net on Nov 25, 2022. It cost me $90.99 after the discount. I received the package on Dec 20. After I opened it, I found that it was a knockoff. So I emailed them immediately, but no one replied.Here is the detail:First, I can't tear off the seal smoothly like other apple products. Second, it says it's an Airpods 3 with a mag-safe case, but the one I bought is with a Lightning charging case. Third, the case is out of battery, but Apple does not sell such products with dead batteries. Fourth, the sound is very unclear. The Airpod2 I got is much better than it. The most important thing is I checked the serial number online, showing the case is from an Airpods pro 2. One last thing, the serial number on each ear needs to be the same as the number on the phone, but they are not.I don't care about the money.       We purchased in good faith ***** Acrobat Pro 2020 Desktop license keys - we keep getting a message that the keys are no good (expired or illegally sold). I had contacted them immediately upon downloading and they did get back to me asking for information which was sent to them as soon as we received that request. Since then I have left numerous messages and numerous emails but to no avail. I can not get anyone to call me back. They *********** not respond, so they have our money and the product. I want our company's money reimbursed in the amount of $214.40 The subtotal was $329.99 I had a coupon code for $115.50 off leaving the $214.40 balance. I have not received my AMEX bill yet to make sure what exactly was taken.

      I made a purchase on line and all I received was an email saying it was received. Nothing about how long will it take to be delivered, no tracking number , nothing! I called them at least ten times and at different hours and I hear nothing from them. When I call I hear music for about five to ten minutes then a recording ask you to leave a message. The problem is no one responds to the message. My order number is#***** I have left my phone number and no one returns my calls. I need to know if my order will be delivered before Christmas as its a Christmas gift . I am extremely unsatisfied with their customer service please help! When will my order be delivered. They did promise to have anything ordered on cyber Monday to be delivered by Christmas but Im not getting a response from anyone
