Made a purchase on November 18, 2022 Order #*****. I have made numerous attempts to contact the business (via emails and phone calls) in regards to finding out an update on my order. All attempts have fails / not been answered as of December 1st 2022. At this point I believe this site is a scam and should not be trusted.Initial Complaint

Purchased a key for Windows 11 Home Edition. Was told it would be delivered to my email address. Still no receipt. I'm not waiting any longer. The internet has a LOT of information about this companies business practices and I wish I had known before. They claim to be a "Gold Windows Reseller", I spoke to a rep from Windows and while they are aware of this companies shady business dealing, they are in NO WAY affiliated.Business response

After reviewing your order it looks like your License Key and download instructions were sent to you at November 8, 2022 at 10:45am just 5 minites after you submited your pourchase.
On our website and on this products detail page it states that the delivery time for this product is within 30 minutes we did deliver on this promise, unfortnetley sometimes id you can not locate the email you may need to check your Spam/Junk folders as well as Promotions if using Gmail.
We did not recive any request from you to resend this email, we did recive your refund request on November 8, 2022 at 2:29 pm and we have sense copleted your refund.

They sold me a license to QuickBooks Desktop Pro for 2021 (non-subscription) on 11/18/21 for $359.10. It seemed okay upon loading, and I converted/updated 2 older version data files into this new version. When I went to use the files, it required passwords. I did not assign passwords. I couldn't reset the passwords and there was an unknown email address that a reset code would send to. There was no way I could send them to my email address. I contacted Intuit Quickbooks for assistance. They said that the license number I was provided belongs to another company and not me. It appears that I was not sold a clean license. Now, it appears the ************************** website is not available. I have written the company, but no response. I want my money back as I cannot use the QuickBooks software that they sold me. I was forced to buy a new legitimated, fully licensed copy from a different vendor.Initial Complaint

I purchased software on 12/09/21 (QuickBooks Premiere 2020). According to their website, you are supposed to immediately be able to download the software after paying for it. I received an order confirmation email from Shop Software Keys with an invoice marked as paid on 12/09/21. However, I still have not received any information or instructions on how to access and download the software that I purchased.I have called their support # at ************** every day since 12/10/21 but no one answers and no one returns my phone calls. I have also emailed and used their ********* services on their website but again no response. I then tried calling their corporate phone number listed on the BBB at ************** but no one answers.Business response

I have looked into this purchase and unfortunately we are unable to process a refund for this purchase as the customer initiated a chargeback with their credit card company and has already received their money back. Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill products for orders that have been charged back.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. Since I couldn't get a hold of the company for several months to get my product that I paid for, I had to report the credit card charge as fraudulent to the bank. ******** issued a credit and I had to get a whole new credit card. It took Software Keys 10 months to finally respond to my complaint.At this point there is nothing that can be done by Software Keys. They should have been responsive 10 months ago. I will consider this complaint resolved.

On Friday November 26, 2021- I bought "Intuit Quickbook's Desktop for Mac 2021" Order #**** for $359.10 I received an email immediately with my confirmation and a note that said I will receive an email when my order is ready. My account was debited right away.It has been 7 days. I have called around the clock ************** and have only got music for 3 minutes before I am told to leave a message. I have emailed and left several messages begging to please call me. It is only a License # and Product # that is needed for me to continue my business on Quickbook's. I have not need able to work without it because my Quickbook's has expired. At this point I don't know what else to do. Please help!Business response
