1 starDisney website *********************************************************************************** shows dates available for a single day but doesn't list the tier system on this. It makes you book your ticket and when you book it, and you try to reserve your day it shows not available for the date you have chosen it for. I believe this is bait and switch. When you have purchased the ticket, it won't let you book the date it shows on the link above. I called and spoke to the customer service, and they didn't care I asked for a refund, and they don't provide refunds. This is just highway robbery. *** **** is running a fraud. Thanks,PawanReview fromKevan W

1 starThere is so much wrong with Disneyland now. I am a pass holder and cannot wait for it to expire.I also got denied the *** pass and felt exactly like the others have explained. Harassment, demeaning experience, inappropriate judgment callsToday while I was on the carousel in Disneyland park. *******, an employee of Disney, acted like shes going to fight me in the ghetto. I was trying to take a picture of my daughter and she told me to move towards the horses. I said one sec Im taking a photo. She said YOU WANT TO GET OFF?Then walked by me when saw me looking at her name tag and pulled it out like shes literally a high school girl ready to fight. So cringe, so unprofessional, so disgusting. She was a fat, freckled light eye lady that really needs some customer service counseling. Hope you can identify *******.Review fromVanessa T

1 starWe stayed at the Disneyland hotel for 2 nights and my daughter was bitten all over her torso (18+ bites) and legs and my husband was bitten on his legs by an insect. I called the front desk to let them know as soon as we saw all the bite marks and we were told the housekeeping and horticulture staff would investigate the situation. We were never updated. I later followed up and called at 3 pm to find out what the status of the investigation was. I want to know what bit my daughter and if the hotel has bed bugs before we return home incase our belongings are infested. I spoke to ******* (supervisor) who claimed to have no information and told me she did not know who I spoke to when I called earlier that morning. I asked her to clarify her statement because i know records must be kept of who placed the order for the horticulture team to check the room. She again repeated that she had no record of the call or who I spoke to earlier in the day. I then asked her to transfer me to another supervisor because it is not possible to not have a record in the system of who placed notes of a situation that warranted a call to the horticulture team. I was transferred to a supervisor named *** who told me that ******* lied to me and she did, in fact, have the names of the employees I spoke to earlier that morning but she was not able to disclose those names to me... which is a very different situation than not knowing who I spoke to. I was blatantly lied to. *** then proceeded to tell me that I needed to contact the claims department since I am no longer a hotel guest (I checked out that morning). She asked me what I wanted to accomplish and I explained that I want to know what bit my daughter so many times. I offered to have the team look at my daughters torso when we were still physically in property and in the room but the hotel declined to look at her bite marks. I'm extremely frustrated at how this entire situation was mishandled! WHAT INSECT BIT MY CHILD 18 TIMES?Review fromRobin C

1 starI have purchased genie/lightning pass multiple times but during my visit in June of this year. It was very unsatisfying. I had multiple rides cancelled on me when book a lightning lane on me. They gave me a multiple experiences instead to use it on other rides but they told me it was limited. The outrageous thing is that the genie plus package that includes the fast lanes rides were not available in multiple experiences redeem which I found it contradicting and false advertising. How is space mountain, ******************************** and ****** rail runaway etc are unavailable for usage on the multiple redeem experiences if those rides are included in genie package. Also rides becoming unavailable due to maintenance issues. It was a horrible and waste of money to use genie plus on that day. I requested multiple times for a full refund. Disney refused and credit card won't let me win the dispute .Review fromMark V

1 starI recently tried multiple time to register for the ************************* (***) Pass at Disneyland online, and it was an incredibly frustrating experience. Despite the convenience that online registration should offer, it was anything but smooth. The process of getting the *** Pass was riddled with delays. I spent the entire day waiting to talk to a Cast Member online. The waiting times were exorbitant, and there was no clear communication or updates throughout the day. What should have been a straightforward online registration turned into an all-day ordeal. For guests with disabilities, the *** Pass is essential to enjoy the park, but the current system is inefficient and frustrating. Disneyland needs to significantly improve their online registration process to ensure timely assistance and reduce unnecessary waiting times. Until they address these issues, I can't recommend relying on the online *** Pass registration process, especially if you have limited time.Review fromGabrielle O

1 starMy childrens first experience to Disney a not so magical place anymore We got there early in the morning, waited for the security check like normal which I appreciate for the safety of everyone there. What I dont understand about the security there is that they let women dressed like prostitutes walk around there and DO NOT do anything about it. There were women with their b****** (including nipples) exposed through see through shirts as well as ***** exposed to the point where underwear cover more. So many people to the point where we were there all day and only got on 3 rides, which shows me that Disney is more concerned about money than creating that magical experience. **** DISNEY WOULD BE DISAPPOINTED AND ASHAMED!!! NOT the Disney that I grew up to love as a child **************************************************************************************************************************************** their mind that it was acceptable to be there because they were wearing a mask. The staff was telling everyone to leave no space between groups in line and insisted us to be so close that it was giving my children anxiety. We are at the carnation cafe, the staff was great but the food was terrible, both me and my oldest daughter got sick shortly after eating due to the amount of grease in our food(I had the garden salad which was more a greasy meat bowl with some lettuce). After our long and uneventful day we went to city hall to place a complaint to hopefully receive a refund of about $650 but instead were given unreasonable bribes like free ice cream and told that we could come back a different day, the only problem is we traveled from out of state 12 hours for this one day that was supposed to be the most magical as we had previously amped up our children about. My oldest daughter was crying and distraught of all of the disappointments we endured. To make it magical for our kids WE spent over $500 in gifts. SOMEONE NEEDS TO CARE TO MAKE IT MAGICAL AGAIN.Review fromSergio S

1 starDisney sold ** busted rain ponchos and made us jump through hoops just to get an exchange. I get it the sales clerk told us all sales were final no refunds but they did NOT say no exchanges. Within 2 mins I discovered one of the ponchos had a busted snap, already busted and the sales clerk gave us a hard time, the same one that literally just sold it to us. Ya call your manager, yes I want to file a complaint and NO I dont care how much time it will take. Horrible rip off of a place
