    I purchased a Cosori Air Fryer from Amazon in March 2022. Feb 2023 was notified of a recall on the product and submitted my information to receive a replacement air fryer. Feb 27, 2023 rec'd email confirmation of my submission and given reg # ******************. Email said Cosori will review registration within 5 days & send email confirmation. Mar 2, 2023 rec'd email that registration approved. Noted replacement product will arrive in 2-3 wks. Noted certain products have a ship time of 8wks. Mar 4, 2023 Rec'd email with subject line "Please verify your address" There was no where to verify anything so I replied asking for instruction. Mar 5, 2023 rec'd email "after full approval email will be sent with tracking #. Please allow 3-8 wks for processing & shipping. I followed up with a phone call to Cosori and verifed with agent they have my correct address. Apr 4, 2023 rec'd email saying my white air fryer in high demand and has limited quantity. 2-4 mths wait time OR I can change my request to a black air fryer which is in stock and ready to ship and will ship in 2-4 wks. I changed my preference to a black air fryer. Apr 210 2023 rec'd email saying tracking # will be avail soon. May 1, 2023 rec'd tracking #. Email said may take 7 days for system to show updated progress. May 16, 2023 I emailed them to say its been 2 weeks and no update when I click on tracking number. Cosori responded by email same day saying my package is ready to ship. If I don't receive it within 15 days to contact them. May 23, 2023 I called Cosori. Now being told there are more delays and I won't get my air fryer until June or July. I contact Health Canada, who advertised the recall originally. I have submitted an incident report with them.

    This company owns Cosori. Recently they had a recall on one of their air fryer models, which I own. They said to cut the cord, take pictures, and submit them to their recall registration website. I did all of this on March 8, 2023. On March 20th I checked the status of my recall registration for exchange and it was STILL under review. I promptly called the customer service line and was told that they are moving as fast as possible blah blah. I told them I want a refund bc it was taking too long. The representative gave me an email to submit my request for refund. I did just that shortly after the call. On March 29th, I received a reply back via email. It reads Hello, Thank you for reaching out! We do not offer a refund for the recall, only a replacement unit.Thank you for your understanding in advance! They didnt even give me a status update! Also, the representative told me that I would be able to get a refund, come to find out they just steal your money and take forever to process claims. At this time my registration for an exchange unit was STILL under review. I replied back letting them know that I dont understand, and I want a refund. I also let them know how unprofessional their response was. They didnt even look at my account before replying. I didnt receive a response after my email on March 29th. I followed up with them on April 2nd letting them know that I submitted my request for exchange on March 8th and that it was STILL Under Review. I let them know how dissatisfied I was with their responses and that I still want my refund. It wasnt until April 6th that I finally received a status update. I was told via email that the color which I originally ordered was out of stock and that they could send me a black one, which matches NOTHING in my kitchen. They said they cant give me a refund but they can offer store credit. After this experience I want nothing to do with them. I WANT MY MONEY BACK SCAMMERS!
