We found Reborn through *********** as they now have a partnership with that company. Set up an appointment to mee their sales, rep ******* and she was very clear about the process and the product. She also helped us to get a very reasonable financing deal. We then got a phone call within 24 hours from the Project Manager to set up the installation date and a follow-up call from the crew leader a week later to make sure we were still a "go" for the chosen date. We also got access to the project management website they use to post all our agreements, the job descriptions, and the financing paperwork. New Walk-In Shower install was completed on time, within one day as quoted, and they thoroughly cleaned up everything afterward. Our installers **** and Treyvon were very pleasant and respectful of the property and they both did an awesome job! The installers also posted numerous before and after photos to the project website that were taken while the work was in progress so we could see exactly what was done and how they did it. We are very satisfied with the work and I will definitely look to this company first when I'm ready to renovate our master bath in the future.

I chose to go through ****** assuming to get best quality products and customer service for the project. Though the price is atleast 30-40% expensive than other contractors quoted I went with *******reborn for peace of mind and quality as it was assured. But am totally wrong on this. Below are the concerns throughout the project. - Consulting issues. There was too much marketing pitch for this showing slide shows and explaining about quality products and quality work. Appointment was at Jan8 2pm, Consultant came in 2.30pm and left 6pm. - *roject scheduling issues. Though the amount was paid upfront there was no communication on what would be the estimate start date. Later we got a call that the early start date was after 2months. - Job issues. Job wasn't done the professional way. The * trap pipe after the bathroom installation came below the ceiling and I had to use plumber and pay considerable amount to fix the ptrap to proceed with the ceiling repair. *************** issues. I reported the * trap issue to customer care number, they created case and no body contacted about the concern even after 5+ days. I sent an email to project coordinator, he included project manager but no response after that.- I reported complaint on their feedback form on 04/02/2025 which promised a reply within 24hrs from leadership team, 5+days no response again. - City inspection scheduling issues. They scheduled city inspection, inspector checked and asked that bathroom shower enclosure and door has to be completed before inspection. This was never mentioned to me. I know projects can fail in few areas but this is the first time am seeing it has failed in every area as noted above. Am wondering how this company got the BBB torch award for ethics for 2 years. Excellent work, on time and with great attention to detail. **** and ******* were so kind and professional. We used the ****** bathroom remodel and Reborn was the co tractor doing the work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.Reborn Cabinets LLC

The bathroom was completed on March 21, 2023, Around March of 2024, I called because of the mold around the floor of the bathroom, they replaced the caulking but still I insisted treatment instead of just band aid of recalking. They caulked it again, although still I insisted replacement. I called again in April, June and July 2024, not happy with the re caulked, the warranty department said call them when black mold showed again and they will replaced and treat the bathroom black mold. Now, this March 2025, I called although the black mold showed in January 2025. Now, the warranty department is saying it is out of warranty. I have to pay whoever is going to re caulked. Before I hired them, they are more expensive than other companies, but because they are under ******, a reputable company I got them anyway. I spent a lot, but not happy with the outcome. I need your resolution on this please. I paid more than other companies and yet they don't honor their work. I really appreciate if you can help me on this. Thank you.Reborn Cabinets LLC

In 2022, my husband and I had new countertops installed by Reborn. We are very happy with the product. What we are not happy with is that since December 2024, I have received 33 CALLS from Reborn asking if I would like to upgrade something else in my kitchen. Because my number is blocked, it goes directly to voicemail, where each time a message is left. I informed the representative in December that at this time, we are not looking to do any work and to remove me from your database. If we need something, we will contact you. I informed the company three other times to remove me from the database with the latest being on Tuesday, February 18, 2025. I actually called a number which I thought was a corporate number, but it was nothing but a call center number. I was assured that I would be removed (once again) from the database. Well, today, Sunday, February 23, 2025, I received a call at 10:23 a.m., 12:15 p.m., 2:35 p.m., and 4:46 p.m. This is borderline HARASSMENT, and if I continue to be harassed by the employees of Reborn, I will have no other recourse than to pursue another direction. I WILL NEVER AGAIN PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM REBORN.Reborn Cabinets LLC

I got an in home consultation through ****** for a quote and measurements as promised. I expected the process to be easy. But instead the sales person who came to my house was a jerk who had a fragile ego. He spent 30 minutes telling me how great his company is. I passive aggressively tried to upsell me on more remodel work. He didn't even show me the product options and when I asked him about wood, he seem surprised. Their options are limited and when I told him that, he seemed insulted. Because I only wanted cabinet refacing and none of the upsell, he told me to go to a local boutique shop since I was so picky. I tried asking more information about the product and he seemed annoyed especially when I asked him to leave a brochure which he did not have. It seems that this company's sales technique is to hard sell you on the first visit. If they do not see a project of great value to them, they will redirect you to another company. He again told me to go to another company. At this point, I got really annoyed with him and told him that he was suppose to do measurements and to leave a quote. He was very reluctant to do so and gave me a ballpark which was BS because the cost can easily increase with "upsell" options which seemed to be a hidden cost after you sign up. When I tried to talk to him about this, he got annoyed and walked out on **** was disgusted that I let this person into my house. Be careful working with this company. They are not honest in the sales process and seems to be looking for uninformed people who will not ask any questions. Their options are severely limited to very basic designs. Their wood options are ridiculously overpriced too and they upsell you on parts that should be standard. I am surprised ****** is working with such a dishonest company with these types of sales people.Reborn Cabinets LLC

The crew were over the top however the way Reborn handled the path from the start was very sad.First off after the signing of the contract I was told I would get a call within 5 to 7 days for a install date,when they gave me the date it was 3 months down the road and my 3 day recision time was up so now they were holding my 40% down paymentReborn Cabinets LLC
