      ******* *****,I was given your companies contact by ******* via a television commercial. Your company called me and an appointment was set up for March 19, 2025 @ ~2:00 ish. The meeting was informative but also high pressured. At times I had to tell the salesperson to stop with the hype and get to the facts. I did sign the contract with the full understanding I had 5 days to cancel the contract. I also knew that this was separately a CA law which I told the salesperson. Afterwards, having an uneasy feeling about your company, I researched your company on the internet. I decided to cancel the contract. I went overboard and document my cancelation. Within a 3 day period we tried to cancel via a direct call to your company. ( LOL, what a joke ) I ended up driving to your company, with a letter to be handed to your office staff. I was met with an empty office behind darkened windows. No glass cut out for mail. No phone number to call. There was a box outside for payments which I left my letter in. I further, sent a **** certified letter to your company. I also found on BBB and Yelp among many complaints, an email address of a project manager and sent her an email informing her of our cancelation of the contract. I became so concerned that I called my credit card company and disputed the charge which you are well aware of. The cc company has contacted you to no avail and needed a response from you to complete their due diligence. This was one of the many complaints on Yelp and BBB that you ignore and refuse to return calls to ************ date no response from your company. The phone number I called you with to set up the appointment has been blocked by your answering service center. It automatically disconnects. (CLEVER ? ) When I use another phone it goes thru and I was finally able to call you today 4.28.25. Specifically not answering my credit card company inquiring about my cancelling your services and releasing my deposit.

      Reborn is contracted to convert my tub bath to walking in shower. So far, they have not provide a date to start the job. They have collected almost $10,000 dollars for the job. I will request a refund, if they can not provide a definite date of finishing the job. The conversion job was contracted on April 1 this year. I am 83 years old and live on social security. Reborn has given me lots of pressure which has made my life miserable.

      I contacted Reborn, a local remodeling company, around April 18 2025 to request a quote. No money was exchanged. After discussion, the company informed me they could not perform the work I requested. I informed them that I was not interested in any further services.Following this, Reborn repeatedly called me multiple times a day over several days, attempting to solicit business, despite my clear statement that I was not interested. During the initial calls, I told them directly that I was not interested and asked them to stop contacting me. During subsequent calls, I specifically requested that they remove me from their calling list. After continued calls, I warned the business that I would file a complaint if they did not stop. Despite these requests and warnings, the company continued to call. The business made no effort to resolve the problem. Despite my repeated clear requests to stop calling, they continued the solicitation attempts. I am requesting that Reborn immediately cease all further contact with me, and that the BBB document this complaint to protect future consumers from similar harassment.

      I gave "Reborn" my number in ****** after their *** made unbelievable promises regarding refacing kitchen cabinets. After reading their negative reviews I decided against using them. The scheduler called to make an appointment and I told them I had changed my mind and wouldn't be using them due to the negative feedback. Since then, they have repeatedly shadow dialed my phone (where your phone doesn't ring but they are able to leave a message) five times as of this writing.

      The seat panel that Reborn cabinets installed in my shower was too high and is not flushed on the top of the seat panel. I called up their warranty number and they were able to come to my house and issued a job number for the warranty (DJI0050). They admitted that it is under warranty thus they issued a job number. Reborn scheduled to do the re-do but the day before the scheduled date for them to come and fix it, reborn cancelled my appointment claiming that it was not part of the warranty. I want Reborn cabinets to fix the seat panel.

      I recently contracted a bathroom remodel with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel in the summer of 2024. In September 2024, they sent Reborn Home Solutions to install a Jacuzzi bath remodel shower. ******** ******-**** from Reborn Home Solutions assessed the shower and took measurements. We signed an agreement with Reborn Home Solutions on September 8, 2024 and made a $1000 deposit for the construction of a Jacuzzi Bath Remodel shower. They did not complete the installation correctly and we have made numerous attempts to work with the contractor to get the issue corrected to no avail. They have not made the necessary corrections but continue to attempt to collect payment from us. Construction issues include: Damaged stucco walls and floorboards surrounding the shower. The shower chair is too large for the space and does not allow me to be able to safely sit and stand in the shower. This is a major safety issue, as I have ambulation problems and specially made this purchase to allow me to safely shower. The shower we purchased is specifically advertised for disabled populations, so this issue is unacceptable. An additional grab bar is also required in order to allow me to sit and stand in the shower safely. This is another safety issue. Lastly, the ceiling was never worked on and we expected that work to be included in the remodel. Since installation we have been unable to use the shower. and have made numerous attempts to get resolution to no avail. We are reaching out to BBB to report this business' unethical practices and hope that you can help us get resolution.

      In August 2024 we met with a Reborn *** to discuss a shower install program with Reborn and ******. The full amount of the installation was paid, mid ******, we were given an install date of October. October came and went, no communication, no update. I followed up with Reborn, multiple phone calls were placed, the company does not communicate at all. I finally had a call from the project manager, he blamed the city permit process, now we had a December date. December came and went, no communication. In January I was told that the permit was the problem, now we are looking at a March install at the earliest. At this point I told the project manager to cancel the install, return the almost 30K paid in advance for the project. Crickets. An account manager contacted me approximately five weeks ago, he assured me that I would be contacted within two business days regarding the refund, I have heard NOTHING in weeks. I have called Reborn twice for an update, and have been put on hold for long waits, only to be told that accounting is busy, or has left for the day. I will be sending a message to ****** regarding their partnership with a company that is shady and possibly running a fraudulent company. Next step is a lawsuit to get the funds returned.

When the rebate came, I was unable to use it towards the remaining total of the cabinets since the rebate came in the form of a ****** Cash Card (gift card). I could not convert the gift card to cash to put towards the cabinets, could only use it for ****** related purchases.       I saw an ad on a home improvement channel from *******/********* El ****** from, "********* on the Coast". The ad promised a one day shower install and no payments for one year after the day of the installation. I called the number on the tv and was connected with a salesman. The guy who showed up to my house was not from *******. The salesman assured me he was a *************** representative, showed me the Jacuzzi logo on the shower installation presentation, and assured me that there was no payment due until one year after the completion of the shower plug. The price was $18k, and if I put down $1000 deposit THAT day, the price would be secure since it was going to increase if he had to come out and measure again. I asked why would the measurements change and that I didn't need the shower install until the first week of August. (This was April 28, 2024). He also mentioned that we could get a military discount since my husband is a ************ veteran and his boss was also a veteran. I asked which branch of the armed forces his boss served and he could not answer. I put down the $1000. The next day I got a call demanding payment. I mentioned the ad and the woman said that I had to pay even tho the work had yet to start in three months. I called the company and never got a call back. I called the salesman and he said that was the finance company's doing and to ignore the calls. The week before the install, my husband had a demo crew rip apart the bathroom to ready the area. I called to confirm the install, no reply. When I got ahold of the salesman he said that the finance company was so aggressive and clients had complained, they were using another finance company and Reborn Cabinets had put me on the cancelation list. I asked to reschedule since our bathroom was now demoed. He said it would be weeks and they would call me. I never heard back. I have called numerous times, no reply. The salesman does not return calls or texts. We want our $1000 deposit back.

      I am requesting that our $1000 deposit be returned, since they did not provide the service the deposit was intended for. Reborn Cabinets says they are a *************** yet they did not honor the advertised one day installation and no payments for one year after the day of completion. We waited to be rescheduled after being put on a cancellation list, but never heard back from the project manager. Since we had the old bathroom demoed, my husband was furious about the quoted price, waiting to be rescheduled, and he installed a bathroom. I reached out to salesperson and never got a reply, so why would I trust now? The only acceptable resolution is to return the deposit.

      I used Reborn's services for a remodel one time in 2022. I do not have an issue with the completed job; however, they have continued to harass me with unsolicited phone calls to promote further sales - sometimes up to 4 times a day. I have asked them multiple times to stop and reported them to the National Do Not Call Registry; so far to no avail as they apparently do not adhere to this list and therefore simply ignore the law. The phone number they call from is a local number (/02 986 7076) which I have blocked, but they are nevertheless automatically routed to voice mail where they always leave lengthy messages which I am alerted to. I have attached a copy of their phone calls from just the last few days. As you can see, this is more than excessive and I wish them to stop immediately. The only times I have ever contacted them was to request they stop calling - the most recent times being 12/2/25 and 1/25/25 - which they have ignored.
