    How is it you guys are located in ** and the item I ordered from you a long time ago and yet to receive is coming from *****?? Ive tracked the ** tracking number you guys provided and it was suppose to be here by Feb 3rd to 6th and now stating the 18th??? Unacceptable on every level. This was a special gift I was purchasing for my brother and needed it to be way more timely than this. I have already submitted a ti ket on your site asking for some money back if. Or a full refund as this is not a way to do business

    I ordered a blanket as a Christmas gift, it never arrived, and they will not respond to my emails. Do NOT order from this company!

    I ordered 4 personalized items from Macorner and received them in a timely fashion considering they arrived from *****. Quality was good as was the price. I was able to track shipment from each leg of the long journey to my home. Would order from them again!

    This company is a huge scam, they promise the world and never deliver. I ordered a Christmas present for a friend back in mid-November, and they kept stringing me along that the item would be here in time, today is the 30th- I just told them to forget it as I purchased another present, they said no I will give you ***** of the order and you will get it when you get it. Im not honestly believe I will ever receive anything from this company. I'm sure I'm out the money I have emailed them back and forth for 2 weeks. Whatever you do don't use these people, from what I can tell they just order cheap items from ***** and sell them to suckers me included. I should have seen the ** rating here on BBB before I ever ordered the item. Buyer beware, this company is nobody you want to deal with.

    Ordered 2 pairs of sweatpants in a size Small and Medium. The sizes were way too small seeing as they use a Chinese size chart. Emailed them and asked where I could return and get a replacement in Large size. Numerous emails back and forth with them wanting pictures of the shipping label, size tag and full picture of pants showing size with a measure which i did not send because all i wanted to do was have them both replaced in the Large size. Then they tell me to place another order and they will charge me 16 dollars and refund the remaining cost. At this point I am just gonna take the loss on this purchase. No sense in paying for a replacement and waiting another month for shipping which is how long the original took. Do not do business with this company. I asked where to send them back for a refund but they won't do that either. Steer clear of this company.

    Absolute garbage. Overpriced, super cheap. Ordered 4 memorial ornaments that look like stained glass but are actually plastic. Picture not correctly outlined in ornament, very squiggly and randomly strays from obvious outline of picture. Brought to attention of customer service and they did nothing to resolve it. *********. Threw in trash. Waste of $75 and sad to not have a nice ornament to honor my 13 year old niece that we lost 2 months ago. Despicable, predatory business practices. *****.

    Had my identity stolen two days after i bought from this company. Bought three ornaments and received one and the other two were delivered to a random address in ********. No rewponse from customer service. Out $40 for the two custom ornaments i ordered.

    I ordered 3 Jewelry Dishes and 3 Gift Boxes and only received 1 Gift Box. After contacting them several times and being treated rudely they finally told me they knew they sent the Gift Boxes!I have never been treated so poorly by a Company in my life! They are so rude I don't see how they can stay in business.
