              Got excited that the package finally made it to the **. Then was notified they attempted delivery via UniUni and couldnt (no specifics given, was never told it required a signature or anything). Told by customer service not to worry, they would reattempt delivery within ***** hours. 48 hours passed, contacted them yet again, and they started a customer ticket, noting it would be another 1-3 business days for someone to get back to me. Said that was unacceptable, and the matter was escalated. Just heard back from ****** and they said the item was returned to the warehouse and it would be several more days before it could be reprocessed and sent out again. Too late for my friends birthday. I ordered this thing nearly 3 weeks ago. Macorner and Uni Uni - you really need to do better. Never again.

              I ordered a special gift for my friend here in the ************* on August the 14th August 18th I got a shipping verification notice but now it is August the 26th and the shipper has yet to receive the package so it never have been shipped.. they supposedly are using DHL packages then it's supposed to be handed off to the United States post office for delivery but nobody has anything on it and I have the tracking number and it just says label created August 18th and I have to leave a one star rating I can't leave a zero rating I don't want to write them at all

              Avoid at all costs! I purchased items for Fathers Day, it has now been almost 20 days and the items still havent arrived! I have been in contact with the company and their customer service is absolutely terrible. There are MUCH better companies to get personalized gifts through, I would NEVER purchase from this company again and strongly advise others do not to save themselves the headache. They also do not do returns or refunds, so everything about them is horrible. BUYER BEWARE!!

              I ordered a hat for Father's *** which through tracking I found out is being shipped from *****. The company makes themselves appear to be US based, but the hat even coming from ***** should not take this long. I've emailed them twice and their reply is to keep checking tracking. I'm now going to visit my Dad and I can't even take the hat because it still hasn't arrived. It's still somewhere overseas. Be more honest about where we're ordering from.

              I made a order and I haven't received any information or any product, I made 3 emails and I didn't receive any answer, in my order appears wrong items, I haven't a clue how communicate with them because it's not a phone number to call, the items that I bought (almost 80 dollars), are for elderly family members, I need they refund my money, PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING IN THIS STORE, MACORNER IS A SCAM COMPANY!!

              Beware there is no telephone number to contact anyone when your order is wrong or missing an item. I have been going back and forth for over a month for a missing chain with order I placed. I would never order again or recommend this company to anyone. SCAMMERS *This was a special Mother's Day gift totally ruin it.

              Mother's Day totally ruined. My mom came to visit and item was purchased end of April. Here we are 5/15. My mom has come and gone. No updates on order other than label created. No response from them after 3 emails to customer service. I should have looked here before even ordering. I feel completely scammed from this company and if the item doesn't come in a week, I am disputing this charge with my bank! If I could give 0 stars I would.

              I place the order with this company Macorner 12/29/23 I received the two blankets which was nice but I order a mug and still have not received it I have gone back and forth with this company for the last month in the status of tracking it says it was shipped but not delivered when checking my blankets it says deliver on the tracking. What makes me mad about this company they do not have a customer service phone number that you can contact them directly only by a email ticket number and I think that is so wrong and very unprofessional for a company such as this to have not a contact number for customers they are ripping people off taking their money and not getting their products. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

              I ordered 5 ornaments. 3 of the same ornament for my mom and 2 Aunts and two different ones for friends. I received the two for my friends but only received 2 of the three I ordered for my mom and 2 Aunts. The 4 that I did receive were very nice and I was hopeful that their customer service would take care of this simple issue. Boy was I wrong! I reached out to customer service and it took almost a week to get back to me. Saying they could only handle my issue if I sent them pictures of the packaging and ornaments I did receive. I had already mailed off the 4 ornaments I did receive as they were Christmas gifts. Im in the process of collecting images from friends and family members of the ornaments so I can hopefully get another ornament made. Please help consumers out and look into this company!I have an email chain of my conversation with customer service if you would like it.
