      I have never applied for a loan through this company. I financed a vehicle through my personal bank a month ago and for the past two weeks, I have received endless phone calls from Lobel. No voicemails have been left and when I answer the phone, they say they have the wrong number. I gave them my name and they say no one is trying to reach me. How did they get my information then???

      Lobel Financial investigated the consumer's complaint.  We verified that the calls were placed to the number of record for the consumer.  However, the consumer did not apply for credit with Lobel Financial. As such, and although we were not able to ascertain the exact reason for the calls, we believe the consumer was listed as a credit reference for another consumer that did apply for credit.  We updated our records to ensure no further calls are made to this consumer.  We apologize for the inconvenience and confusion these calls may have caused.

      Today 12/18/2023 my car was repossessed without any previous attempts to collect any debts by lobel financial and I was left with no way for me to get around for work. They have also not contacted my about anything in regards to my car payments.

      The car was repossessed back in 2017 And I had major deaths in my family and was in the process of moving. First I was told I owed a remaining of $21,00.00 and now two months later I owe $24,00. I payed $500 in September and 500 this month. Is there any thing I can do to style this account fairly?!

      On 8/31/2023 I paid $1900 for down payment for a 2011 *** x3 from **************** ********************** *****, ** that was Financed through Lobel Financial Corp. PO Box **** *******, **. On 9/13/2023 I informed Advanced import that the car had valve cover leak and smoke was coming from the engine. Advanced import told me to bring the car back and they would repair the valve cover. On 9/15/2023 I returned the back to advance imports to repair the leak. On 9/23/2023 I was informed by **************** that Lobel financial corp wouldnt finance the car under my name and they would refund me my deposit. I never received my refund for my deposit from Advanced Import or Lobel Financial corporation

      Lobel Financial disagrees with the consumer's contentions.  Lobel Financial did not purchase the retail installment contract, has never held a security interest for the vehicle in question nor collected any monies from the customer.  The customer will need to direct her inquiry to the original seller, Advance Import.

      I contacted the business the month after I financed the vehicle regarding the incorrect monthly car payment. The legal contract is $452. but Lobel Financial charged me $602. Per month. After trying to resolve, Lobel continued to charge me the incorrect amount and add the incorrect amount to my credit report. Ive paid this amount every month and Lobel reported Im missing payments on documents and their portal states January 2023 and August 2023. I have proof of payments ALL my payments. Instead of correcting their mistake they repossessed my vehicle and will not help resolve the mistake. Ive called four times today and got no response or resolution.

      I have had a used vehicle with Lobel Financial for almost 5 years. They have received my information for insurance and I have maintained full coverage throughout the entire time. The never verify check that the insurance is still in force before charging an LDW fee on the policy. This has gone on for years. They add this fee onto your regular monthly payment. My monthly payment I make is about $500. I tried to make my payment this month and it was increased to $731.00. It would not allow any payment below. It would not take any form of partial payment. I talked with their representative on the phone which the company has recorded. They do not allow communications via email or give a contact number for anyone. At about 11 days past due I found a representative that was going to resolve the issue by verifying my insurance. They told me they will look into this over the next week to 2 weeks. I asked if I can just make my regular monthly payment while he resolves the issue because I don't want it to harm my credit. He said he needs to resolve it first. He told me to make sure I answer when he calls back so I can make the payment. I confirmed with their employee that while he is resolving the issue, my account would not be reported to credit reporting agencies if it made it to the 30 days past due while they are resolving the issue. He assured me that it wouldn't report to the credit agencies and I would need to make my payment once it is resolve. He did not give me any other options to pay. I received a 30 day past due on my account. I have contacted the company multiple times between then and requested to be put in contact with a supervisor. No supervisor has returned my calls. I was able to ***** the supervisor. He said they just resolved the insurance issue the day before, I said great I would like to continue resolving the issue and make my payment without it harming my credit like I agreed. ***** said they will still report it as 30 days past due.

Consumer ****************** have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report Consumer information to the best of their ability with Maximum Accuracy. I have never been late on payments for the account: ********************** Finacial ACCT NUMBER ****************: Please investigate and provide Proof with statements showing that the payments were late. If proof can't be provided I demand these payments be updated to on time as they should be as I was NEVER Late. Thanks,

      Lobel Financial maintains our position as originally stated.  We have mailed a copy of the customer's payment history reflecting the dates of all payments credited to their account. Once received, if the customer has records of any additional payments made but not credited to their Lobel Financial account, they should forward directly to us so we may further investigate.

      On 12/26/22 I financed a 2013 ***** cx-9 from Shark Auto Sales through Lobel Financial. Lobel Financial is in violation of 12 CFR ******* Notice for validations of debts and 15 USC ****e false or misleading representations of the Federal Truth in Lending Act disclorsure to my retail installment loan being PAID IN FULL by my credit transaction finance charge pursuant to 15 USC ****. The use of my social security number (credit card 15 USC **** & 15 USC **** l,m,n,o,p) at Shark Auto Sales and the loan sold to Lobel Financial on 12/26/22. Furthermore, I paid $4500.00 down payment and $281.00 for full coverage insurance per month plus a car note of $257.58/$342.00 per month. Placed Lobel Financial as lein holder of the car in violation of 15 USC **** having been given no full disclosure to my right to recission 15 USC ****. No correction of billing errors pursuant to 15 USC ***************************** letterhead violating 15 USC **** & 15 USC **** & 15 USC 15. Lobel Financial has liability for breach of fiduciary duty 29 USC **** failing to do whats required by LAW for my best interest to my benefit.

      The customer has an open account with ******************** for a 2013 ****** The contract was entered into with **************** and assigned to Lobel Financial. We do not understand the basis of the complaint or what it is about.  Additionally, we are reaching out to the consumer directly under separate cover.
