      We are unable to locate or definitively identify an account with the information provided. To further investigate this complaint, we ask that the consumer provide additional information such as the Lobel FInancial account number in question, the last four of the Social Security Number, Date of Birth or a copy of the credit report reflecting the Lobel Financial tradeline.

      On 07/27/2023, around 10:19 am, I contacted Lobel Financial Bank about a pay-out amount for my 2015, ***** Traverse. I spoke to a ***** **************** Representative, who stated that, the payout amount given today, would only be valid until tomorrow by 3 pm pacific time in the amount of $1973.47. I wrote the information down and ended the call. Later that evening, after work, my family and I were talking about the payout amount and realized that the payout amount was over $493.47. Since the bank was closed, I decided to wait until the morning to contact the bank. On 07/28/2023, around 6:30 am, since their customer service opened at 6 AM, I called. After 10 minutes, waiting, my call was answered and I spoke to a male (***), who informed me that the reason for the $493.47 is due to being late 5 times in the past five years. I told him that's impossible, I have always made my payment before the late fee due date. So I proceeded by asking to speak to a Supervisor. I was placed on hold several times and the phone hung up. I called back, spoke to another ***, who at first refused to allow me to speak with a Supervisor, then asked me for my phone number and said that a Supervisor will contact me shortly or before the end of business day, today. I explained to the *** about the payment amount, which needs to be paid by 3 pm today and I would like to get it resolved, so I can fulfill my contract. I waited on the phone call and I never received one, plus the branch does not open on Saturday. My payments are due on the 19th of every month, with a 10 days grace ****** before it becomes late, which is the 29th of each month. I have a copy of all my payments made over the past 5 years and the payments history made on the Lobel website. FYI, my account has no late fee amount on it due to late payments. My payment amount is $387.32 X 4=$1549.20 for the four remaining months.

      I am a customer of ********************. I obtained a Car loan with them two years ago. They installed a *** on my car called "Trax" to keep the cars secure from any missed payments. After 15 days of purchasing my car (2013 ******* Sonata), the *** blocked my car and I couldn't use for a few days. The same issue happened only a few days after; I could not move the car so I had to pay for a towing truck to move it to the ******* dealership. ******* ran a diagnostic and it came out to be the *** blocking the car again. I had to pay $200 for the diagnostic and #*** for the towing truck. I contacted Lobel Financial several times to reimburse me for the expenses since it was not a manufactory issue. Lobel Financial never contacted me about this. Now, 15 days ago my car locked again. I had to pay $150 approx. for the towing truck and $200 for the diagnostic again. I keep calling and they either hang up or transfer me to different people. I don't have a car since July 4th , 2023.

      I want a refund for the money I paid for the diagnostic and the towing truck. I also want them to pay for the removal of the *** that they ordered to remove yesterday.

      Im not liable for the debt with Lobel Financial because I did not sign a contract with this collection agency. They did not provide me with a original contract that I stated I needed.

      Lobel Financial disagrees with the consumer's contentions.  The original Contract was signed with ************ and assigned to Lobel Financial. Once consumer defaulted, the vehicle was sold and a balance was still due which was reported to the credit bureaus.  We have updated our records with the customer's dispute and responded to them directly under separate cover.

      Lobel financial is reporting an account with the balance of $9,451 to my account that is dating it opened on July 27Th , 2019 with false remarks on my credit report . The following account was opened without my knowledge or consent and I demand it be removed immediately since I am protected under the Fair Credit Act Section 609. I have already filed an Identity theft gov report as well as a complaint with the CFPB.Failure of removal will result in me pursing legal action

      The company lied about how far back I was on payments. They added interest rates before my payments were even due and made it seem like I was 3 months late when it was 2. I just spoke with them yesterday and its wasnt even 75 days. The last payment I mas was also on the 27th of February showing that I usually paid early and ahead of time. They refused to allow me to get a payment plan and then reported the same credit account multiple times to ruin my credit on purpose before they even got in contact with me. They are scammers. Furthermore I wasnt contacted and spoken to verbally nor is the address on my account my current address on my identification. Not to mention they lied saying that I paid no percentage of my loan when reporting delinquency even tho clearly I already paid 5 of not 6 months of my loan so the interest rates are incorrect because the balance was lower.

      I am not liable to Lobel financial. I requested the validation of debt asking for original documents with wet-ink signature, which they will not provide. I assume they don't have it for the same reason I am here its not my debt.

      I'm trying to regularize my car, registration and license plate. The *** says that ********************** has to provide them with the title, I contacted Lobel Financial and made the request, the attendant found it strange that the *** asked me for this and he said that it is the *** who asks them. I spoke to the *** again and explained it, and they said it's wrong. I don't know how to solve my problem.
