            My wife and I purchased a home and we purchased flooring from this company and paid them to install it around January 2022. Within a day of seeing the floor there were some areas in which it was clearly evident that the floor was not leveled. At first it was just a few spots so it wasnt as big of an issue. As time has passed the problem has gotten worse in the original areas and the issue is now present in many areas. In some areas the planks sink in more than a quarter of an inch. Some planks have cracked and the problem is so bad that we are considering replacing the floor. The company should have applied cement to level the floor or should have called us so we could have someone come in and address those spots. I think the all of the issues were not as evident at first because the vinyl planks were brand new. We had the person that installed the floors come a few months later and he too was shocked at how bad the floor was, and that was before it went from bad to really bad. I just want the company to come and do some touch *** to address the issue. The floor was installed in 4 bedrooms, the dining room, living room and the hallway.
