    My family called this company to come out and take a second look at our system since another company came out and said it needed to be replaced. i felt pushed by the other company so i wanted to get a second opinion. Home comfort came out for free and did a diagnostic and found multiple issues. They were able to show me and my family exactly what is wrong and why it would be unsafe to use. After having them out i realized its in my best interest to replace our older system. Home comfort made it super easy to choose a package that everyone in my household could agree on. I was offered Financing and that made my life easier. Now i don't have to worry about the system and they set me up on a service plan so if i do run into any issues they will be there. i would highly recommended this company to my friends and family.

    They ruined my attic entry way, litterally just left it broken wide open thinking that was acceptable. Had to call several time for them to come repair it and even then the repair job was budget and they cut corners everywhere they could. I signed a contract with them to service my AC and furnace 6x in 3 years... 3 years have passed and they have not come or called me to service anything not even a single filter replacement. I have now called and tried to schedule these appointment and they give me the run around to avoid tuning up my AC because its not summer time. The customer service is a joke, rude, unprofessional and unreliable. I would never use this company again and never recommend it to anyone.

    We paid for upgrades for the unit and have them do my insulation. Unit is broken,bad service, failed to do thorough assessment of the attic, I trusted them to do a good job but they didn't, they say "how can I make you smile" but they make you mad.
