            #******Nov 13, 2022paidfulfilled$ ****** I am a long term customer, and they wont do anything to help I am a long term customer. Package did not arrive.I understand with all the postal strikes that this is a very difficult time for businesses. However the customer service for this company is indifferent and practically non-existant. They just dont care once theyve got your money. They told me to contact 'my local post office' which is hilarious. Ive lost a huge amount of money ( 300 pounds) and they dont even want to try to help. I will never use this company again and tell me friends to do the same. *** tried to contact **** off my my own back and you have to speak the tracking number and the computer continues to get my tracking number wrong. All in all , I am the customer and I feel like I have been made to be in the wrong. *************, SHOCKING customer service , once they have your money they wont care in the slightest. Never ever again

            ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I'm ashamed I own so many things by them and will be trashing them, I'm not representing these jerks. I ordered a purse online that was a crossbody which converted into a handbag. You would think that both straps were removable or at least you could tuck the other in, but no. The small strap is bulky and can't be tucked in or removed. I've never come across this on these kind of bags. I wanted to return it but the shipping is $12 ( I already paid for shipping to receive it) and I would be losing out on money. It took over a week for them to respond to me and they wont send me a shipping label because "the item wasn't damaged or defective." well its defective to me because the strap looks really dumb and it bulky when using as a crossbody. I cant even use it now because the name of this company has left such a bad taste in my mouth, there's no way in h*** I would wear there stuff after now.
