    Bought item for mother's day. Did not look like what I ordered. I reached out to the seller 4 times prior to item being shipped for correction prior to it being sent to me, but could not reach anyone. No answers for emails to customer support or for help tickets placed on their website. The company states there is a 30 day money back guarantee, but when I asked for a refund and to send the item back, they refused. The item isn't what I ordered. It was supposed to say "Amma's Garden" but says "Amma's garden Garden" which doesn't make any sense. I am very upset with how poor of customer service they have and the lack of communication with their clients. I am submitting this claim for assistance in getting a full refund. Any help is truly appreciated.

    I placed an order on 3/16/2025. It was split into three shipments. I have only received two of the three. Tracking has stalled. When I reached out to them they gave me another tracking number that also shows no movement of my order. They said to contact the carrier and the carrier said to contact the seller. The company has stopped responding to my requests to locate or send a replacement. I want my item delivered or refunded.

    I ordered two led photo candles a month ago I received both one was defective dates were missing on one of the candles I have sent several messages with the attachment to prove no response its been 2 weeks I asked for a replacement Date should be *********.

    Ordered a $50 hoodie from this business and they made it incorrectly. I asked for a resolution as the *************** confirms it was ordered correctly. ***************** which seems like AI, just kept resending the order confirmation saying it was made correctly. They offered to make a new one for $47 but I already paid for one to be made properly.

    I ordered a custom tree ornament the December 2, 2024. The website said to place now in order to receive by Christmas. I didnt receive tge ornament until after Christmas, which was too late to give it to my out of town guests. I had to buy a different gift or them, and purchasing this was a waste of money. I want a full refund, but after several emails the company refused. I asked for an escalation and nobody has returned my email. Do not do business with this company.

    As soon as my tumbler arrived, I reached out to customer service with photos because the print was so bad. There was a line going down my sons face, the print was extremely faded, and not at all like what I ordered. I wasnt rude, but requested a reprint (per the refund policy posted very clearly on their website) and I offered to ship the misprinted one back. I have gotten 1 email back from ***** to the 5-6 emails Ive sent that sent me a tracking number saying heres proof your order arrived. lol What?? Clearly it arrived. Ive been emailing for MONTHS opening 2 different help tickets and have been completely ignored. I just want refunded on my order.

    I ordered an item in November 2024 intended as a Christmas gift. After the item shipped, tracking stalled. The company kept asking me to wait until they investigated. For some reason there are 2 different order numbers? On Jan 14 I was informed that the shipment was lost. I requested a refund, which I just requested again. As of today 2/24/25, i am still waiting for reimbursement.

    Order placed December 20, 2024 for a gift on February 1, 2025. Item has not been delivered. I have submitted multiple tickets because there is no phone number for customer service and tracking has not changed always says China Post? The response from the business is always the same that it is on its way in 3-7 business days. I have repeatedly asked for a refund only to get that response. I work 2 jobs and $33.20 may not seem like a lot of money but it is. I ordered a product with plenty of time to have it before it was needed. I only want a refund for a product I never received. Thank you
