    On November 11, 2024, I bought a personalized ornament from Wander prints ($15.95 USD). On December 9th, I reached out to the company asking for an ***. They responded right away that it should be deliver within 3-7 business days. On December 15, I still hadnt received it so I followed up again. This time I did not receive a response until December 30 despite sending five emails. They said there was a problem with my address and asked for confirmation of address on file (the address sent in the email by them was correct). At this point (being after Christmas), I asked for a refund instead (December 30). On January 3, they confirmed they would send me a refund and it would show up in my account within 3-5 business days. On January 11, I followed up with them letting them know I still did not have the refund showing in my account despite it being five business days. On January 16 I followed up with them again. I still have not heard back.

    I purchased a item from Wanderprint in Dec *****, I got tracking info on it and it said it arrived on Dec 31, 2024 into *****************, since then it been in a facility in ************ , they give me tracking info on it , but it never goes anywhere, one time they will give me a *** tracking info , next time it will be *** , both doesn't matter it never goes anyway, I have put in about ****************************** another tracking number that doesn't do anything , I'm not giving up, I either want the item or my money back

    I ordered a Memorial bracelet from this company. They delivered it to the wrong address after taking an entire month to get here from *****. Despite the fact they understood they sent it to the wrong address they refused to refund And then accused me of giving them the wrong address which was completely incorrect and verified by me. Then stated they would send a new one if I paid $14 more dollars.

    I placed an order for a special Christmas ornament on November 19, 2024. I tried using the tracking information and it was not updating at all for a long period of time. Ive reached out to the company several times and have been given answers such as the tracker did not properly update to my order is lost. I want my money back.

    I placed an order with this business on December 12th, 2024. I ordered two different items. At the time the order was placed, I was notified shipping would take no more than 10 business days (delivery by 12/26).The items were arriving in different shipments. When I tracked the first item, it showed it was set to deliver on 12/26/24. Never showed. The next day it said 12/27, never showed that day either. This went on for 8 days, until the tracking finally showed it was delivered, but it still never showed!The second package WAS delivered, on January 3rd, but in shambles. I ordered a glass item and it looked like it had been through WWII. The package was dirty, and torn and a mess. With the item there was an apology letter from **** for the damage of the item. The item was in a ton is pieces. While opening the item, I cut my hand and was bleeding.Due to the above two circumstances, I requested my money back for both items. The first was a Christmas gift that I had already ended up buying elsewhere since it never showed, and the second was completely useless. I reached out to Wander Prints customer service initially on 1/2/25.I was given tracking information and thats it.When I received the second item (damaged), I contacted **** and they said there was nothing they could do, and that I would have to reach out to the sender. I reached to out Wander Prints again on 1/3, when I received the second package. They said there was nothing they could do. Explained that the item I received was damaged, that **** couldnt do anything, sent them pictures of the apology letter, the warped package and the broken item. They still refused to issue a refund. It wasnt until I sent them pictures of my wounded hand that I received an email on 1/9/25 stating that they have issued a full refund, and it would take about 3-5 days to show up.Its been 10 days as of today, and I have not received any of my money back. I reached out to them twice, with ZERO response.

    I ordered 2 pairs of pajama pants. We always wear xl. We got these pants and they wouldnt even go on. I complained and they wanted it measured. I took the ruler and measured it and they said the ruler wasnt the correct ruler. It was the only ruler I had. I wrote the CEO 5 times with no response and then filed a complaint with pay pal and they ruled since the item was defective or torn up they wouldnt give me my money back. I paid $67.

    Ordered an ornament for a Christmas gift was told it would take 5-7 business days. It still has not arrived I made the order on November 24th I have emailed the company repeatedly and they have been totally dismissive.

    Made an online order on Dec. 9th with their website stating if order at that time, my purchase would be delivered by Christmas. As of this date, my purchase still has not arrived. I have requested multiple times to get a correct tracking number because the one they supplied was wrong as well as refunding my money since I have not received anything. No reply

    Order and paid for an item on December 2024. Received a message that my package was delivered on December *******. The package was not delivered to my address. I contacted Wander Prints and they claim a package was delivered and sent a photo. The photo had a package addressed to me but it was not my house in the photo

    This business takes your money and sends nothing. Contacting **************** is a joke. They send a we will get back to you email but its been weeks and no one has helped me. They say contact the shipper and the shipper says contact the merchant. This company is stealing money from customers. Not to mention the item I ordered a was gift so now I have to purchase something else. This company is a complete fraud!
