    March 2025, 2025, I ordered a *********** Denim Puff Sleeve Belted Tapered Jumpsuit. The picture of the item on the Loragal website shows clearly a deep V cut design. However, the item o received was a denim jumpsuit with a full zipper to the neck. The description nor the picture of the item purchased matched what was received. In hopes of resolving this issue, I contacted customer service April 14 after receiving the item and provided a picture of what was received as requested. April 17, 2025, Loragal replied and said I received the correct item. I informed them that I was displeased with the false advertisement. This false advertisement warrants a full refund. I purchased the item in good faith and expect businesses to have integrity in their operations. The false advertisement here and the lack of willingness to acknowledge the error and rectify the matter is extremely disappointing.

    I placed an order with this company back in February 2025 and its now April 8, ******************************************** my refund. I have emailed this company so many times.

    On January 25, 2025, I ordered three dresses from this company only to be lied to multiple times about the items being shipped and supposedly enroute for delivery. I asked for my money back but have not heard back. This company is a complete scam. I want my money back asap.

    I purchased an item on 2/20 and still ulna be not received my item. I have requested a refund several times as the product never arrived however the company has been giving me the run around.

    I purchased a dress at the end of February for an event. I waited a few weeks and it was never shipped out. The event passed so I requested a refund. I was told to wait 7 to 10 business days. I waited over 15 business days and still have not received my money.

    Ordered from the company on March 1, 2025 and the purchase went through my account on March 3, 2025. As of April 1, 2025, the full order has not been shipped. I have contacted the company via email on the site on 3/30/2025 for a refund. They asked me to share photos of things I do not have. I have not heard from them after numerous attempts to return all items

    I ordered items from Loragal online on 2/5/25, after reaching out online for tracking information it still shows items are in ***** and its been 6 weeks. After reading numerous reviews many customers have had the same issues. This company is a scam and are taking funds from many people. The number that the company has listed is a fax number. I have reached out for my refund several times and Loragal is giving me the runaround.

    I ordered 2 items from this store and I paid for express shipping to get it in time for my event. It didnt come until after the fact. I only have 30 days to return the unwanted items and I had to email the company more than 4 times to get the address to send the return back to. They still havent responded to my email and my 30 days to return the items are running out. Please help me with this matter.

    I ordered from Loragal the end of January. Package wasnt mailed until the end of February and they were mailed with counterfeit postage. I reached out to customer service and was informed that the post had not receivedmypackageyetandthat postage would be psid upon receipt. Which was a lie. My package was seized by **** for fake postage. I was offered a refund 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it. Every time I reach out to customer service they tell me another lie. Mailing through the **** with fake postage is a crime in itself. And then they robbed me as well.

    I placed my order Order No. LG00976129 on February 8, 2025. It has been almost 4 weeks with no update estimated delivery date. We were expecting to receive the dress by now for prom but we have not received the product or any type of communication from their end. I used this company before and had to have it refunded due to this very reason . I reached out to customer service and they are now saying it will be another 2-3 weeks but I have already been waiting 4 weeks. I ordered in more than enough time to receive this item and their lack of concern for sending items in a timely manner is crazy. They charge a high shipping cost but take weeks to send the product(s) ****** is at this moment I am requesting a full refund. Previously I placed an order and was told that delivery took about 4 weeks for delivery. Now I have placed another order giving their company 6 weeks for delivery and I still won't get it in time. I tried to give them a second chance but his is beyond ridiculous and I will NEVER order from them company again. I requested them to send me a full refund. Their company shouldn't be in business if it takes 6-8 weeks for a dress that's not even custom made to be delivered. It shows readily available on their website yet it takes forever to receive. I just want my products in the next week or a refund.
