    I been requesting a refund back for a dress i ordered in February.....i emailed the support team and the keep telling me 7-10 business days well its may 16 still no refund they are a scam!!!

    This site is the worst to deal with. My order took over a month to arrive and the entire order wasnt available. I only found this out when I sent multiple emails to ask about the status of my order as the tracking website was not being updated regularly. When they let me know that one of the dresses I ordered was no longer available they asked if I would like to choose a replacement order. I said no because that would take another month to arrive and the event I needed it for would have passed. Instead of just refunding my money they asked if they could refund a portion of the dress and give me store credit? This they went back and forth with me multiple times before I said please just return my money. They did but that also took 3 weeks and multiple emails as they had to nudge their payment service to effect my refund. When I did receive the rest of my order the dresses looked nothing like the website (the site which I have since found out is just stealing pictures from other more reputable sites) so I sent everything back, Loragal does not cover your return shipping and you are shipping to a warehouse in ********** instead of back to the originator over seas. Once I got over that they gave me the runaround for my refund again. the refund took over a month and multiple follow up emails from me with their standard answers being : "We will contact and urge our financial department to process your refund as soon as possible"Why you are urging your finance department to do something they are bound to do is beyond me. over 30 emails back and forth for this company with horrible shipping, return and customer service practices. Never order from this site

    This company is horrible the clothing has very cheap quality and their refund exchange policy's are not satisfactory to the customer I loss over 100 dollars trying to return their cheap dresses. My advice is to shop elsewhere isvyou do not want to be hustled

    ?? THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. I placed a order on April 4, 2025. I received the confirmation for delivery 7-14 days. Whenever j would check the tracking given by **************************, nothing would come up about my delivery. The first of May 2025, I reached out to the company. I have been fake tracking information about my purchase. I had to dispute this with my bank institution to get my money back to me. I advise DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I had to give a star just to warn others, but they don't deserve any stars.

    This company is the worse. I ordered items $89.99 worth, was a described. The cloth shredded, Horribly sewn together. They took $10.00 for warehouse fee..I had to pay $32.00 to return it. They only want to give back $79.99 which i was informed it would take 7-12 days. I am still waiting. I will never order from this company again. I feel I was scammed. Just service is horrible.

    I wish I could give a zero! Ditto to every complaint on these reviews! I wish I had checked the reviews before I ordered a dress and shoes for a competition! Had to get a back up plan. Order never came! This place needs to be taken off social media period!

    I ordered my birthday dress two months prior to my birthday. It is now 3 months past. I did recieve my items. They were trash quality and they scmed me out of a refund
