      I have the same issues as ****** *., which seem to be common with *********. We ordered over 900s sq fl of tile. It was delivered but 8 pieces were broken. Some were completely broken, rendering them useless for our renovation. They were delivered broken but ********* refuses to refund or replace them. Next time well have to go with a local company with good customer service.***** L.B.

      Bought a bunch of tile and slabs at Bedrosians in **************, and spent over $18K. I wrote another check to them for $1350 and it did not clear my account even though all the other checks totaling $18K had cleared. So, I get a vm from the Manager "*******" telling me as a result of a bad check I need to come in personally and pay cash PLUS $35.00 fee (no cashiers check) before a deadline or they will send the slab back. So, I call and explain that had they just resubmitted the check (as some vendors do) it would have cleared. The response and attitude was beyond rude and not professional, like MAYBE there was a mix up, the attitude was accusatory like I deliberately tried to rip them off.I informed ******* that I will never shop at Bedrosians again.

      I was going to put through a huge order with Bedrosians Tile and Stone, but will no longer do so based on the terrible customer service I have received from *********************. We are doing a full house renovation and I had selected 5 tiles to receive samples after seeing that it was free shipping (I have timestamped screenshots of the false advertising). When I went to pay for my first order of samples, it triggered a $15 shipping fee, which I ultimately paid because of the interest of time (knowing this was wrong). I then received only 3 samples. I contacted *********************. Not only did he not help me after I told him the code isn't working properly for new customers, but he told me to email him my selections. I did so, then he came back and said, sorry, this isn't your first order. Not only did he not listen to my concerns nor did he address the issue, but he continued to basically indicate "too bad." I won't be making my purchase with Bedrosians Tile and Stone and I will be leaving a negative review.

      Ordered tiles from Bedrosians back in September 2023. Was given 3 different shipping dates as items were back ordered. It is now January and I haven't received my order.

      I ordered title in good faith. And to be honest I didnt read their policy. Its just title. And seriously who ever reads the long drawn out wording Anyways. We had the title shipped to our house. 13 broken pieces. I called to have them replaced. But the problem is that it has to be within 5 days of receiving them. And you have to take pictures of the broken pieces. When I called the lady I spoke to admittedly told me that broken pieces was a common thing. When I called to speak to a manager I was left on hold. And was never connected to a manager. I was told that Tuesdays managers are busy meeting with vendors. Great customer service. Putting vendors in front of customers. I would like my thirteen broken titles replaced. Is this asking to much. If this was Amazon. Wouldnt have been a problem. Thats why their number one. They put their customers first

      I'm so sorry to read about your frustration. When there is any issue (in this case broken tile) we need to hear from you within 5 days so we can file a damaged product claim with the shipping company. 

      Nevertheless, it is also my understanding that replacement tiles have been sent to you at no charge.

      Horrible service and inconsistent product. Buyer beware. Even if one orders the same SKU of tile, the sizing may vary from box to box or lot to lot. 100% understand tile is nominal in size, however - size should not vary when purchasing a singular SKU. They will weasel their way out of any issue and claim to have no control of this issue. They even altered their website description and product details after our complaint. Probably the worst tile vendor weve ever dealt with. Trust me, purchase from some place else.

      I'm so sorry to read of your dissatisfaction with Bedrosians. please allow me to clarify statements made in your e-mail.

      SKU (stock keeping unit) is merely for identifying the product (Series name, color and nominal size); it is not meant to identify individual size variations within the products' inventory. 

      Size variation within the product is identified by dyelots (usually using an alpha numeric identification). if you are mixing colors and sizing is critical or you are adding on to a previous order, it is vital to communicate that information to the Bedrosians associate processing your order because we have several different dyelots within each SKU. 

      Again, I am sorry for your unsatisfactory experience, but I hope, in the future, you will give us another opportunity to provide a much better outcome with your order.

      I bought tile for a bathroom remodel. The tile was backordered without telling me. When I followed up, they reordered twice. It was a month before I received my tile. **************** is the worst I have ever encountered. They just don't seem to care about their customers at all.I will not be buying from them again.

      I was altogether disappointed with both quality and service from Bedrosians. First Issue - The shipping setup was unacceptable. Bedrosians does not set up shipping with notifications or signatures required. This means that tile will show up with no notification. I had to unload ****lbs of tile by myself in a snow storm with 30 minutes notification. I also ordered tile from both Build.com and Zia Tile and they both set up their shippers correctly. Second Issue - they sent the incorrect tile and did not replace the tile or refund my money. It was over 5 days when I realized that I received the incorrect product, so I was told it was my problem (even though my receipt and the packing label showed it was their mistake). Third issue - entire boxes of tile were damaged. Cracked down the middle and unusable. Again - over 5 days so it's my issue. It's also unfortunate that Bedrosians does not have a place to leave a review on their website, so the consumer goes largely uninformed until they are left with the cost impacts to deal with on their own. If I had read the ******** reviews prior to placing my order, I would have most likely purchased elsewhere. Buyer Beware!

      Pricing was good on sale but their customer service is horrendous. They leave the tiles in the street or "curb-side" and charge you extra on their website if you don't have your own forklift -- which, even if you did, the trucking company would never let you on their truck to unload the materials -- so it's a forced charge. When you call to ask about it, their customer service agent is combative and will only transfer you to the shipping company. I asked to speak to a manager and she refused. Such an awful experience! Also, several tiles came broken but that was the shipping company's fault.
