    ************!!!!I placed an order for a ****** ***** wig. It cost me $160.00. I ordered from this company in good faith and I should have read the reviews first. I am battling cancer presently for the second time and ordered the wig tomorrow wear for my birthday and what I received was an empty wig box.*************** delivered my package fine. It was not ripped open or tampered with. I told this to the company immediately and showed them pictures of everything I got. They even got confirmation from ***** that my package was delivered perfectly.The two women I spoke to at BestWigOutlet treated me like a criminal and left me in tears. The company told me that were going to file a claim with ***** and I would have to wait. They are committing fraud, because ***** did nothing wrong.They didnt want to believe that perhaps something happened in their warehouse/packing department. They no longer will answer my calls or get back to me. They were so rude to me. Please do not order from this company. I am beside myself and dont want this to happen to anyone else.

    Please be advised that in any case that a package is reported as not received or missing continents we do have to file a claim to the carrier. It's a procedure we must follow. All of the packages are inspected when received from the manufacturer and before they are shipped to the customer. 

    We will l issue a refund within 3-5 business days from today (1/30/2025)

    I received a defective wig from this company. I returned the wig, it took one month to process the return and they claimed the wig was not defective and even sent me a photo of the returned wig vs a new wig and clearly the wig I received was used, and tattered.After waiting one month, I received a refund of ****** for a wig that I paid ****** for.This place is such a ripoff and apparently Im not the only one that feels that way! They have a 1.5 star rating on your site with multiple complaints regarding similar issues.They need to investigated immediately for fraudulent activity.

    Customer returned the item and stated that it was defective. We issued the return number and informed the customer that it was going back to the manufacturer for inspection. The manufacturer completed the inspection on the item and found no defect on it. Since the item was not defective our standard policy applies. Refund was issued 11/03/2023. 

    All of the items are brand new and ordered from the manufacturer. Before manufacturer ships the items, they are inspected to make sure everything is in new and perfect conditions.

    In my shopping cart, it states all shipping over $150 is free. However, I'm being charged for shipping. It's very misleading as it does not say "Free Shipping is only offered for US continental only" on the website, as the customer assistance chat tells me. It's false advertising. I want credit for shipping, which would cost me 60$+ to ship to me. I did not place an order yet as I don't want to be charged for shipping, especially when it states clearly on your website that shipping over $150 is free. It doesn't specify that it's only for US continental. I wanted to order 4 more wigs, for a total of 5 wigs, but refuse to be charged for shipping, when it's advertised as being free for over 150$ orders. It should be clearly stated in the Shipping information page and it is not. The customer assistance copy-pasted a link to their "Special promotions" page, where it is the only area in all of the website that's mentions "Free ground shipping on any order over 150$ (continental us only)". But this is for a specific discount code: *********, of which I would not have used. The discount codes I wanted to use were different (ex.:***********).

    Hello, our company does not offer free shipping for International Orders, client is not reviewing the restrictions. If the order is placed shipping charges will be reduced to $12.99 that is the best offer that we will honor! As mentioned earlier we do not offer free shipping to states/Countries outside the US.
