    I purchased a wig that is the one I had worn for several years but ordered from various companies (whoever had on sale at the time). When I received The wig, it appeared to be fine, but Ive never really looked them over very well because Ive never had a problem with one. Well, I always have to cut the bangs and I just do it myself, and it always turns out fine. When I cut the bangs this time, seem extremely thin and they flipped up or flipped out. I got to look at the wig to see why they were so thin and was missing a hole Line of hair. I called the company and told them that I had to cut the bangs without realizing that this was a defective wig. I ask them if I could return it and let them at least look at it before making that decision. I didnt expect a full refund because already cut the bangs but because it was defective I think they shouldve taken it back. The *** told me they wouldnt take it back and argued with me like I was nuts. I said I dont expect a refund until they look at it. Long story short she was just very rude. I had to go ahead and order another one because I cant be without a wig. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and she Connected me to I guess a supervisor # but it was a voicemail and of course I never received a return call. When I received the second wig, I Looked it over very carefully and it did not have the waves and flips like the wig I have always ordered. I had to go ahead and keep this wig because I could not wear the first one that the bangs were very thin and flipped outward. So now thats two wigs that were defective. I didnt dare call the company because I didnt wanna deal with that *** anymore. So I went ahead and ordered from another company and I received it today. The wig is perfect. Theres no bald spot on the top like the first one that I ordered from BEST WIG OUTLET and it had all the curls and waves. I believe that Best Wig Outlet is selling defective wigs to the public. Please beware..

    Hello, The order for ***** by ** was delivered on 12/10/2024. You called customer service on 2/11/2025 that was a two-month difference. All of the items are brand new and ordered from the manufacturer. If you need to trim the bangs/hair we recommend that you find a local hairstylist that can do it professionally to avoid items getting damaged. Once again all of the products are ordered from the manufacturer, and they are inspected before they are shipped out. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any damages that the customer did because the item was shipped in perfect conditions.

    ************!!!!I placed an order for a ****** ***** wig. It cost me $160.00. I ordered from this company in good faith and I should have read the reviews first. I am battling cancer presently for the second time and ordered the wig tomorrow wear for my birthday and what I received was an empty wig box.*************** delivered my package fine. It was not ripped open or tampered with. I told this to the company immediately and showed them pictures of everything I got. They even got confirmation from ***** that my package was delivered perfectly.The two women I spoke to at BestWigOutlet treated me like a criminal and left me in tears. The company told me that were going to file a claim with ***** and I would have to wait. They are committing fraud, because ***** did nothing wrong.They didnt want to believe that perhaps something happened in their warehouse/packing department. They no longer will answer my calls or get back to me. They were so rude to me. Please do not order from this company. I am beside myself and dont want this to happen to anyone else.

    Please be advised that in any case that a package is reported as not received or missing continents we do have to file a claim to the carrier. It's a procedure we must follow. All of the packages are inspected when received from the manufacturer and before they are shipped to the customer. We will l issue a refund within 3-5 business days.Thank you.

    I purchase a wig for my wife from this company on november 8 2024. When we received the product the color of it was very different from it look on thei website and retuned it inmediately, intact and without using it. We place a new order on november 21 and get an RMA for the return. When the refund takes place I notice that the charge $41.99 becuase they said that the wig don't look exactly as it was sent, without give me a photo of how it was sent. My wiffe never open the packaging and never use it. This company are scammers and check other reviews to see other custommer complaint. The reason for not make the full refund is very subjective. I call the representative to told the company my dissapoinmet and asking them to bring my full ammount of money back.

(We have photos as proof).Policy states that items cannot be tried on and returned in original conditions. ******************************************************* All shipping charges are non-refundable & are the responsibility of the customer.Depending on the conditions of the returned merchandise, a maintenance/repair fee of up to 75% (in extreme cases) of the original purchase price, may be charged.Thank you.

    I ordered a human hair hairpiece and received a wig that was not what I ordered. The hair is such poor quality. I have ordered this piece from another company in the past, but I am struggling with ********** and tried ordering from the Wig Outlet. The piece was half the price of where I normally order from. I should have known better. The hair is such bad quality. The base is such bad quality. There are 5 clips instead of the 4 clips that are in their description. I have learned that like any other store with the ending of "Outlet" this company gets rejects from the companies and sell them at a discount price. I paid over $600 for this piece - so still a lot of money. Never again!

    I recently got the Classic by HIM and I love it. I found trouble finding mens wigs, but Best Wig Outlet had a larger selection and better quality than everywhere else. It seems as if the other companies sell costume wigs compared to here. I just decided to buy Reserved as my next wig and I can't wait!

    I paid for a wig and received a used wig with matted ends. The wig didn't look like on the picture. I never tried it on, the label wasn't cut off. I sent it back in original packaging.The company refunded me $200 instead of $270 I paid, telling me the wig is messed up and worn. Which was not the case. I'm making the conclusion, they send used wigs and make money on returns. Which is a scam. I believe, government authorities need to pay a close attention to this business. Women, who buy wigs are going through hair loss and cancer treatments and make money such a shady way on them is a true crime

    Hello, all of the pieces are brand NEW and ordered from the manufacturer. As soon as the return was received, pictures were taken, item was clearly used, so our policy applied for this return that was not in original conditions.

    I returned a wig. Charged me a 15% restocking fee and an additional $20 cleaning fee. The wig was out of the box 10 minutes at most. I will not use this company again.

    Hello, all returned items MUST be sent pack in original Conditions and packing. If the item is not packed correctly, the fiber gets frizzy and tangled. When a return is received, for our records we take photos of the conditions it came in. Thank you

    The best wig outlet is horrible . They have hidden charges and will not call customers back to resolve any issues. This is a horrible company to deal with. I recommend going to wig.com instead. Rip off .

    Rip off! By the time I paid for return shipping, restocking fee, and cleaning (I only tried on the wig, tags were still on, my $154.00 sale wig cost me $73.00 to return!
