    I find it imperative to address the egregious lack of service provided by your company. Despite remitting payment for services rendered, only partial completion of the job has been achieved. Moreover, the patio door, purportedly on back order for nearly two years, remains unfulfilled. Additionally, the installation of a front door sans a peephole viewer and the neglect of repairing the front gate stand as glaring examples of incompetence. Repeated attempts to rectify these issues through both telephonic and in-person communication have been met with nothing but empty promises. The perpetual excuse provided by the individual named *****, merely passing messages to an elusive entity named ****, is wholly unsatisfactory. It is evident that your company's actions have not only breached our contractual agreement but have also demonstrated a flagrant disregard for customer satisfaction. Therefore, if this matter remains unresolved promptly, I will have no recourse but to pursue legal action to seek appropriate restitution for the damages incurred.

    Worst experience!! Unreliable unaccountable untrustworthy poor customer service says whatever he thinks is necessary to get. Job but fails in every aspect.. No supervision on the job site for his employees. Experience was employees Were ill-equipped to do the work. Also employees didnt speak eNglish language barrier and recently out of jail/parole compromised and robbed my house.
