    I moved from ********************* on 10/31/2024. I Spoken to ***** from Positive Investment on 12/16/2024. She told me, the payment of the water/trash bill, would be taken from my security deposit. I was not notify by phone or mail. The water/trash bill, would be deducted from my security deposit. I was told, a copy of the water /trash bill would be mail to me. On 12/18/2024, I received the security deposit check and not water/trash bill or receipt. A certified letter was sent and received on 12/30/2024, regarding not receiving the water/trash bill and receipt. On 1/7/2025, I went to the Bank to cash the security deposit check. Security deposit Check, could not be cashed: reason unknown. Bank Teller said, to notify the issuer of the check. I contacted Positive Investment, no answer, message was left on voicemail. I want my security deposit, water/trash bill and a receipt for my records. I would like to resolve this matter, in a timely manner, thanks in advance,,,

    This Management is a disgrace to all property management they are racist they discriminate the disabled they dont repair they patch up I put in a work order weeks ago the maintenance never came ***** infested my toilet has not worked properly since Ive move into my unit maintenance came same issues since March the toilet flushes when it wants the vent in my bathroom is so clogged that there is no ventilation there are two inch spaces at the bottom baseboards were Roches freely travel they are very uncaring people I have been trying to reach a supervisor or someone higher main office Im only transferred to accountant who has nothing to do with the property I recently had a third surgery on my spine do to discrimination of my rights as a disabled person first to move to a lower level since *************************************************************************************** the downstairs units which 4 became available I was finally moved in 2023 only because the previous manager was replaced with new manager now that the previous manager is back Im being harrowing shes doing spiteful things trying to get me evicted because her heart was set on this unit do to overcrowding In her home a black older man was assigned to this unit and she switch him to the back upstairs he did not stay here 2 weeks because he struggled with the stairs at age 65 there is a lot of theft in this building and they dont know whos taking things and they have access to the cameras and footage. Ive had my mailbox broken into. Ive had my clothes stole out the washing machine Ive had my rugs hanging to dry taken off my my porch. I have a warrant at my address because they are sending mail to my address and this has been going on since the pandemic. I filed numerous complaints with the post office. There is a lot of people living here that are not on a lease theses which could the reasons to thefts its suspicious that the manager never knows anything or they are the thrives

    I moved into one of their properties May 1,2023. I was told the unit I toured was no longer available and given a different one. I have roaches, the pipes in my kitchen sink are leaking, pipes in my bathroom are leaking, my hot water heater burst, I cant access my ********* waited a week for a laundry key, and am unable to shower or do dishes because they are refusing to come since its Sunday. ********, the manager, is rude and instead of addressing my complaint sent my number to an automated message system. I requested the bathroom leak be fixed Thursday May 11 and kitchen Friday May 12, 2023. Its still not resolved and its Sunday, May 14, 2023.

    I have reached out to Positive Investments about a property they manage in which the family on the lease contract moved out and allowed a family member to come occupy the property and take over the lease. This is a multiple occupancy and I have expressed my concerned about people constantly coming in and out of this specific unit located at************************************** Loud noises. I came in contact at the end of November with **** who the property manager and he agreed to stop by the property when the tenants were moving out and he never did. The squatter is there still and no one from Positive Investment answers the phone or emails.

    On or about September 21, 2022, Positive Investments had escrow approval for the purchase of Gold West Apartments, part of the Gold West Property Management LLC at ******************************** Notice of sale was posted with painter's tape on doors of the ca. 30 buildings of one-story apartments some time during the hour of 11 am to 12pm on September 23, 2022. The letter of information is dated September 21, 2022. I contacted the new manager "**************" some time between 12"50 pm and 1:25 pm to verify office location, payment and receipt information. The letter claimed an office would be set up by the pool in Phase 2 of the Apartments 3 sectors. There is no office. ***** stated they were still setting up and maybe an office would be located in one of the apartments later, and that she would get back to me. The letter posted on the doors of all the tenants states a necessary payment by by the 1st of each month or a legal action would ensue. If a late payment was accepted from the 2nd to the 4th, it had to be $75 accompanied by a note of intent. On September 27 at 12:52 -12:54 pm, approximately, I contacted ***** by phone and there is still no office, no rental records, no receipts to give me if I pay today or tomorrow by money order, no time opening any office, a maybe open an office to pay rent by the 1st (a maybe), and no way to load a laundry card with credit except if I pay cash at the old owners rental office if they will do that for me. It seems to me that Positive Investments is setting a perfect default to EVICT all tenants through no fault of our own. I have lived at my address since August 1994 with no late payments, if I recall correctly. The burden of legal liability is upon the new owners of the Gold West Apartments, i.e. Positive Investments for dereliction and irresponsible business practice, and I want you to help them get their act together to have an office and place to pay in place and no penalty for me as a whistleblower.
