    Mold ,mildew && roaches all over in every corner. I need the corporate office to contact me immediately regarding this headache of an apartment for some kind of compensation.

    I absolutely want to give zero stars but it wouldnt let me post without giving a star ratingBy far the most disrespectful, unorganized, rude people I have ever spoken to. I called to get my previous lease agreements (they were the management company when I moved out) the first chick I spoke with didnt even tell me she was transferring me she just said hold on then another chick and instantly said I cant help you we dont have your file it was transferred even though I moved out under theyre management she didnt ask my name nor offer any other resource to possibly rectify the situation. Just I dont need to ask your name I was in charge of this account and I dont have anything so you had absolutely no problem taking my money every single month but cant keep a legal lease agreement or at least offer some sort of action to correct the issue. How is I live at a property for 4 yrs moved almost 3 yrs ago and you have absolutely no record of us?? And got the nerve to be disrespectful about it too. I see why you guys have the reputation you have. I would never treat anyone the way they treated that call. Pure disgust no regard for anything. Just pay and once you move out theyll lose your file and say they cant help you.

    My building was sold to Positive Investments early this year and Ive had an awful experience with them from the start. They have increased rent twice this year and they stopped allowing section 8 payments for those in need. The building has failed a State inspection twice and the Manager harasses tenants over the smallest inconveniences. In addition there are rats and roaches inside the walls and the washing/drying machines break every other day.
