    BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning online orders. Specifically, customer complaints allege consumers are having issues with delivery of purchased items. When consumers place an order the company will process payment immediately. After that consumers indicate they experience delays in delivery of ordered items. They will contact the company regarding this issue and company will provide extensions of when to expect the items to ship. Consumers wait but do not receive items resulting in them requesting a refund from the company. Some consumers have indicated the company will promise to provide a refund but they are also experiencing delays receiving their refunds.       I bought a suspension system lift kit from Calmini off road back on may 2024 and paid ******* dlls. For the product. I have only received the read leaf springs and nothing else , I only got this because I been calling almost every day for the past month to get updated on the order. They collected the money already and I do t have a suspension. Every time I call , I get told That the owner will call me back but never get the call. They have provided a tracking but I hasnt been sent. Still waiting.

      On March 15, 2024 an order was place with Calmini Products for the following product NP12513 for a 3" suspension lift for a ****** Frontier. I was told that parts would not be shipped until payment has been made in full. On 05/02/24 a payment of $1052.95 was billed to ****** Off Road. I was told my lift kits would be sent out. We have made calls weekly to follow up on status of this order only to be received by a rude Secretary who rudely states that "*****" the owner is no longer available. We have received no tracking number as of date and can't get any other information from secretary.

      On February 7th 2024 I ordered a bumper for my 2016 ****** frontier from Calmini. I was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. It has been now 4 months and we have not received anything. When I reach out I get told it's been shipped but not given any tracking information. They won't answer my emails or calls at this point either and I really just want a refund and this mess to be over.

      On the date of 11/17/2023, I purchased 2 items from Calmini Products.First item - NP62756 swing away tire carrier bumper. value - $899.95 Second item - NP62407 2005 - 15 xterra winchguard bumper. value $939.95 I have currently received the second item NP62407 2005 - 15 xterra winchguard bumper incomplete. The description of the item purchased is "The bumper is fully bolt-on and comes complete with the corresponding heavy duty lower front skid plate and mounting hardware".. from their website. I did not receive the heavy duty lower skid plate and hardware. only the bumper. I have not received the first item that I purchased. I was given a time frame of around 1/17/2024 for me to receive my items "do to the holidays"I get little to no communication from "*****" the Salesman no tracking numbers. I call to check on the status of the items and all I get is "yes items are on their way, but I don't have a tracking number. I'll call you back in 10 min" and no response at all. I would like my Items or my money back for not being able to fulfill the orders.I had to pick up the second item at the ***** hub in *************, My place of residence is in **********, I had to take time off of work to pick it up the second incomplete item. On the invoice the delivery location is my home address. "items had to be picked up". So now ***** lets me know that my other item will also need to be picked up at the ***** hub in **************First item - NP62756 swing away tire carrier bumper. value - $899.95 still pending and missing skid plate and hardware parts of the second item. pending response.

      Order parts in November of 2023. I was told not all parts (springs) were in stock. It would be about a month. I checked back after six weeks no springs. I checked back at two months and was told items would ship. At three months I box arrived with an incomplete gear kit. I called again and was told items are shipping tonight. Again incomplete parts. I have called and emailed numerous times and have gotten numerous excuses . I have been told parts are at powder coating , Im building you a custom kit etc. *************** is not a truthful individual and this business is a scam. My purchase was billed to ****** Off Road. I purchased from Calmini.

      12/13/2023 I bought a lift from CALMINI Products **** **** but it was billed under ****** off-road and Im starting to think it was billed like this due to complaints I was told my lift kits ( 2 lift kits that are for the same vehicle) would be a couple months out and I was in no hurry so that wasnt a problem. as the months went on I started to ask questions so I started calling you at first it was I was waiting on a part and it would be a couple more months then it was give me 30 days Im having trouble finding employees to weld parts together after multiple calls and multiple, it will be one more month or two more months it went into not returning my calls not being in at the office only the owner can do a refund at this point I would just like a refund of my money as its been over a year and Im concerned that if I do get the product, it will not be the whole product and I will be lingered on for more as Im starting to read the reviews of this company and that seems to trend where he will send part of the lift kit and people wait for months on end for the rest. If there was any warranty issue Im scared that it wouldnt be able to be handled. I would just like the refund and wipe my hands of this company, please help me.

      June 13, 2023 was the date I initially made the purchase online at Calmini. I never received a confirmation of order. Calmini did not charge my bank on that day. 2 weeks later I called to check up and was told by *********************** that they were waiting on certain parts of the order and that they would be shipped as soon as they received them. I then asked if they could just at least send some kind of a transaction confirmation. ***** said it would get to me by the end of the business day. I received nothing of the sort. I proceeded to call every 2 weeks only to be told 5 different times that the parts shipped and to be expecting them. Nothing showed. Called again and was told by reception or ***** that they were still waiting on parts which supposedly were already shipped 5 different times. All this time still no confirmations of any sort. All along I asked for tracking numbers that he said he would send. Still nothing. Finally on Sunday Sept. 10 2023 he called early and said all the parts were sitting on the table and were ready to send right after he charged my bank. He said to be watching for the multiple parts to trickle in here all week. Still nothing showed so I called again 2 weeks later and was told by both reception and ***** that they were still waiting on parts. He officially charged my bank on Sept 12 2023 through his other business( ********************). I told him I wanted a refund and he sent some misc parts that are completely useless by themselves. I proceeded to call weekly to hear the same nonsense. I gave him a break from contact for 2 months hoping this would help. Still nothing. At this point I was sick of calling, so sent an email demanding full refund or would take legal action. Using the email as some kind of record. To this day Feb 8, 2024 I have received no confirmation, no tracking and no more parts. 8 months of lies and the runaround. I'm not sure what he owes with the useless parts he did send but somewhere between $1200-$1500 to date.

      Ordered a lift kit for my 00 ****** Xterra on July 26, 2023. I paid $1424.95 for the lift kit. To this day on January 3, **** I still have not received all of my order. I have received partial amount of the order but not enough to complete the project and not what was advertised as the whole kit. I had a trip planned for this vehicle in a month from purchase and still to this day I have not received all the product. Over the months from the purchase date till now I have made a dozen or more phone call and attempts to resolve this problem. Most times I get a receptionist that answers and states he is out of the office at this time and will leave him a note to call me back. I never get a call back and have to recall to get to the owner. I have talked with ***** (the owner) and just get every excuse in the book why my parts are not coming. He constantly tells me they will be there in a week. Weeks and weeks go by with no parts. No contact and no parts are getting frustrating and need some resolution.
