    BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning online orders. Specifically, customer complaints allege consumers are having issues with delivery of purchased items. When consumers place an order the company will process payment immediately. After that consumers indicate they experience delays in delivery of ordered items. They will contact the company regarding this issue and company will provide extensions of when to expect the items to ship. Consumers wait but do not receive items resulting in them requesting a refund from the company. Some consumers have indicated the company will promise to provide a refund but they are also experiencing delays receiving their refunds. Other consumers have indicated they have not received a refund or response from the company.

      Transaction Date: 5/17/2024 Purchase Price: $1449.90 Products Purchased:1991-1992 Isuzu Rodeo 3" Lift Kit (Complete system includes: 2 front upper control arms, new center cross member assembly, new front stainless brake lines, 4 rear add--a--leaf springs, 2 front heavy rate torsion bars, 2 front, 2 rear bump stop extensions, 4 shocks, 4 u--bolts w/spring clamps, a pair of our longer, heavy duty shackles, and complete urethane hardware and detailed instructions.)Steering Stabilizer I purchased the products on 5/17/2024. I received an email and sales order slip at the time confirming the order. I didn't hear anything else for weeks. I called them inquiring on the status of the order. I was told by ***** the owner that they had a small supply issue but it would probably take a couple weeks to get everything in. Again I waited without any word from them. Called again was told they almost had everything and parts would be out by the end of the week. They never shipped anything.It was over 2 months of me asking by email and phone about my order and finally asking for my money back, before ***** said they were shipping stuff to me. However all I received was the steering stabilizer. I have since only received the springs, and shackles. The vast majority of my order remains unfilled despite ***** telling me last week that they had everything except the torsion bars. Again he promised to ship stuff last Friday and forward me tracking numbers. It's been a week and still nothing from him. Calmini is selling parts on their website that they don't have. There is nothing on the site stating they are on backorder and if I would have known I wouldn't have ordered. I have asked for my money back several times. And I get excuses and promises to ship stuff. After 3 months $1065 of my order remains unfilled. I want my money back. But calmini has not offered to resolve this.

      I Ordered a suspension kit an paid an initial deposit to *********************** with full traction suspension on 8/7/2023 which I have attached the initial sales order receipt. He then contacted me on 12/6/2023 saying my kit was finished and that he would s*** it out later that week but needed to the remaining $3111 owed on the suspension kit which I paid that day. I never received my suspension kit to this day. He has attempted to send me two different freight tracking numbers. One on 3/22/2024 and email from ****** off road sales, which searching for the tracking number never existed with the shipper. He later told me over ta phone call that the shipper lost or stole the suspension kit. I then received another tracking order, this time from calmini sales on 5/13/2024 with another tracking number that did not exist with the shipper. All during these months I have been calling ***** trying to talk with him always having an excuse as to why things were not moving along or that he would have my kit to me or to call him later or next week. on 5/13/2024 with no ability to get answers I proceeded to cancel my credit car transaction of the $3111 which was credited back to my account. ***** then contacted me by phone saying he would offer me a deeper discount and that he could get a suspension kit to me by next week if I kept the order with him. I declined as i had heard numerous statements from him at this point that my trust was lost. I then proceeded to cancel my debit card transaction and have ran into issues here. Since ***** " ran into issues and I've never had to do this in all the years I've been in business" we made the initial deposit of $3000 through Venmo so my bank wont refund me the money. I've tried to contact ***** again and ll he had to say was to call him later this week. I have tried to request the money on ***** from him but to no avail.       I bought a suspension system lift kit from Calmini off road back on may 2024 and paid ******* dlls. For the product. I have only received the read leaf springs and nothing else , I only got this because I been calling almost every day for the past month to get updated on the order. They collected the money already and I do t have a suspension. Every time I call , I get told That the owner will call me back but never get the call. They have provided a tracking but I hasnt been sent. Still waiting.

      On March 15, 2024 an order was place with Calmini Products for the following product NP12513 for a 3" suspension lift for a ****** Frontier. I was told that parts would not be shipped until payment has been made in full. On 05/02/24 a payment of $1052.95 was billed to ****** Off Road. I was told my lift kits would be sent out. We have made calls weekly to follow up on status of this order only to be received by a rude Secretary who rudely states that "*****" the owner is no longer available. We have received no tracking number as of date and can't get any other information from secretary.

      On February 7th 2024 I ordered a bumper for my 2016 ****** frontier from Calmini. I was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. It has been now 4 months and we have not received anything. When I reach out I get told it's been shipped but not given any tracking information. They won't answer my emails or calls at this point either and I really just want a refund and this mess to be over.

      On the date of 11/17/2023, I purchased 2 items from Calmini Products.First item - NP62756 swing away tire carrier bumper. value - $899.95 Second item - NP62407 2005 - 15 xterra winchguard bumper. value $939.95 I have currently received the second item NP62407 2005 - 15 xterra winchguard bumper incomplete. The description of the item purchased is "The bumper is fully bolt-on and comes complete with the corresponding heavy duty lower front skid plate and mounting hardware".. from their website. I did not receive the heavy duty lower skid plate and hardware. only the bumper. I have not received the first item that I purchased. I was given a time frame of around 1/17/2024 for me to receive my items "do to the holidays"I get little to no communication from "*****" the Salesman no tracking numbers. I call to check on the status of the items and all I get is "yes items are on their way, but I don't have a tracking number. I'll call you back in 10 min" and no response at all. I would like my Items or my money back for not being able to fulfill the orders.I had to pick up the second item at the ***** hub in *************, My place of residence is in **********, I had to take time off of work to pick it up the second incomplete item. On the invoice the delivery location is my home address. "items had to be picked up". So now ***** lets me know that my other item will also need to be picked up at the ***** hub in **************First item - NP62756 swing away tire carrier bumper. value - $899.95 still pending and missing skid plate and hardware parts of the second item. pending response.

      Order parts in November of 2023. I was told not all parts (springs) were in stock. It would be about a month. I checked back after six weeks no springs. I checked back at two months and was told items would ship. At three months I box arrived with an incomplete gear kit. I called again and was told items are shipping tonight. Again incomplete parts. I have called and emailed numerous times and have gotten numerous excuses . I have been told parts are at powder coating , Im building you a custom kit etc. *************** is not a truthful individual and this business is a scam. My purchase was billed to ****** Off Road. I purchased from Calmini.

      12/13/2023 I bought a lift from CALMINI Products **** **** but it was billed under ****** off-road and Im starting to think it was billed like this due to complaints I was told my lift kits ( 2 lift kits that are for the same vehicle) would be a couple months out and I was in no hurry so that wasnt a problem. as the months went on I started to ask questions so I started calling you at first it was I was waiting on a part and it would be a couple more months then it was give me 30 days Im having trouble finding employees to weld parts together after multiple calls and multiple, it will be one more month or two more months it went into not returning my calls not being in at the office only the owner can do a refund at this point I would just like a refund of my money as its been over a year and Im concerned that if I do get the product, it will not be the whole product and I will be lingered on for more as Im starting to read the reviews of this company and that seems to trend where he will send part of the lift kit and people wait for months on end for the rest. If there was any warranty issue Im scared that it wouldnt be able to be handled. I would just like the refund and wipe my hands of this company, please help me.

      Six months later and I still only have a part of my suspension kit
