When the customer *********************** originally brought the vehicle in on 5.1.2024 it had 2 codes present, transmission was falling into 'N' at a stop then bangs into gear. 5.2.2024 Vehicle was put on hoist and pan was pulled. Magnet on the truck was full of metal fluid was black needs overhaul was unable to leave message as his mailbox was full.  Customer called back and declined repairs. Customer called back to check on vehicle and we explained that they declined repairs Customer approved repairs on 5.14.2024 transmission was rebuilt. 5.30.2024 When customer picked up his vehicle he gave office staff a hard time, smelled of alcohol. And refused to sign ticket, he was notified of existing codes that are motor codes that were still present in system.. ***** showed back up within a few minutes after his first departure and wanted something more to show what he paid for & was loud cussed the techs in the shop. Explained to him what was done and that he still had codes listed. He peeled out of parking lot and left.

On 7.8.2024 a gentlemen brought the truck back stating it has transmission malfunctions. Vehicle was scanned with 6 codes present. Tech noted vehicle dosent run good low on power. 7.10.24 Spoke to a lady named **** asking questions about vehicle she was very rude, I told her its in line for the next hoist to pull the pan on it that he had already scanned and test driven once pan is pulled we would call her back. I asked her what relation she was to ***** & she stated she had bought the truck from him when I tried explaining to her that the warranty is not transferable that they belong to the customer who paid for them which in this case was ***** she was not happy began yelling. I told her I would have the owner call her back. 7.12.24 Spoke to ****, she seems to think that we caused this issue when we took out the transmission to rebuild it. Even though the code was on the ticket when ***** originally picked up the vehicle and code was on his ticket. We told her we would take it to an electrical shop to be looked at.they found the problem to be with a sensor on the outside of the transmission that we would normally not cover but since this customer was adamant that we caused it we paid for the repairs out of our pock. Customer called to inform vehicle ready for pick up she sent a gentleman down to pick it up explained everything to him he was very nice. Paperwork attached. At the time she had brought the vehicle into us she also did have for sale signs in the vehicle. Pictures and invoices are attached. Please let us know if you need anything further. Thank you!

I am rejecting this response because:
I am the owner of the truck...I Never ever stated *********************** sold the truck to me.  I have always been the owner.  I didn't drop truck off just because of the bs auto shops give women.  I am 64, 4 ft 10, 99 lbs...getting in the truck has been a major issue for me so I had my bf at the time, *****, drop the truck off.  *** is nothing short of a liar and I will continue to pursue legal action against him.  I'm handicapped,  64 with MS, bring it on ***..btw, I have all legal documents showing the truck is and was mine...furthermore,  after we declined service, we called back within an hr giving the rude gal in the office permission to start rebuild.  I called a week later, nothing had been done...I am not going to let this go...furthermore,  I would like to see receipt from electric shop, as that same code came right back.  I 100% believe *** cleared codes only.

I am re-attaching the paperwork again including the receipt for the electrical work we paid for which was something outside of the transmission that had nothing to do with the internal parts of the transmission which is only what we cover. We never cover anything that is OUTSIDE of the transmission. We cannot make codes appear in a vehicle that are not there. Our policy for warranties has been the same since this business has been established.
