    I cant belive this company is getting away with this I ordered 2 blend jets for my wife and daughter then they sent out the recall so we followed the dirictions had to destroy some parts and take pictures of them destroyed then had to ship the motors back to them and I did it all that was Feb of 23 so here i am almost 2 1/2 years later after 20 emails that has got me the same BS answer. I cant understand how they can get away with this think its time to file a small claims suit .And sadly they have to get one star id give them ZERO

    This business is not responding to my request. The recall is not my fault and I was trying to be patient but to destroy my based and not replace it is a frustrating ordeal as I spent $50 on this and at this point I want my money back

    I purchased 2 BlendJets only to have both recalled. After following the procedure to submit for new parts, 2 years ago now and nothing from the company. I contacted them once a year ago and got a start about being a small company and being behind in filling recalls. Nothing for a year then I emailed a few weeks ago and absolutely no response. Do not buy from this company. There are plenty of good options out there.

    If there were zero stars i would hit that. I have a defective blendjet base and have sent numerous emails with pictures and get no response. there was a safety recall on the base and i was seeking a replacement. they let you order one on their website but do not respond to customers needing replacments

    At the start of last year blendjet had a product recall for some of the blender bases with specific serial numbers which included ******* blender was working fine so far but to be safe I thought I'd get it *********** to get the replacement I had to damage my blender by cutting up a rubber ring and send them a picture of it damaged and so I did. A few months later I exchanged emails with the customer service and they told me "they've experienced some unforeseen issues with their supply chain".Another few months later another email and "no additional information about my replacement order". Now it's been about 14 months since I had to damage my blender with no resolution in sight.

    Absolutely no response from customer service regarding my 2nd blender that will not charge. It is only 6 months new. New charger ordered to try to resolve issue but nothing works. I have emailed numerous times asking for help or a replacement. No response

    I have been waiting for a replacement part for a recalled blend jet 2 since April 2024. I even went as far as requesting a refund. All that they could tell me was that they have unforeseen circumstances and that they do not give refunds!! This is ridiculous!! They are selling newer models of the same product but can't replace the faulty one that I have already paid for!! How is this possible and how long is a reasonable wait because I really don't want a replacement at this point... I want my moneyback!!

    Filed for the recall on the base of my blendjet 2 on the day I received the notice and was confirmed with a number ( first day of recall and within minutes of receiving it ). It has now been 15 + months ( today is 4/16/2025 ). Still nothing but they are selling new ones . I don't believe it is still going on by putting people on the recall list on the back burner and getting no response/ updates or apologies from them . Why not send us new ones , we paid for them and you told us to destroy old one now we are without. Send us new ones or refund the average price of one. Had to give it one star , it worked for the 1 week I had it and to move this review.

    I has a BlendJet that was on the recall list and received a new base, but the base does not line up with my original top piece, so the blender will not work. I have contacted the company 3 times, including through the website and email and other than the automated response, I have not received any support from the company. I would never purchase another product from this company.

    The worst **************** EVER. I would go as far as stating that their customer service is NON EXISTENT. It is impossible to get a response. Good luck if something goes wrong with your blendjet because you will NOT be able to get any help. Once you but their products, you're on your own. Absolutely appalling. Stay Away from this company.
