      Their website is horrible, keeps telling me i am bot, and then refuses to load everything. I am trying to sell tickets on their site for 3 days and wont let me sell them i am currently on hold with them for the last 1 hour, horrible service. Why are places still using them for tickets. This is getting very bad. they even took them self off of BBB because of their reviews.

      I can't except a simple transfer of tickets without an error. The customer Service is terrible and I have had nothing but a terrible experience with them. This company is GARBAGE.

      I apologize for the inconvenience you may have experienced. Before attempting to accept your tickets, please just sign in to your Ticketmaster account first. Please also do this via a desktop browser. Click on the 'Accept Tickets' link once more and it should be added to  your account.

      Ticketmaster is horrible customer service. ********************** Has a snag with the seller .They cant send tickets I paid for and after 4 agents and 2 hours, cant do anything about it. They will call me back in 1-2 days. Game is in 3 days.

      I apologize for the inconvenience you may have experienced. After further review, it appears you have been able to receive and access your tickets. 

      Your tickets were issued by *** Ballpark, the original ticket provider for this event.

      1. Download the *** Ballpark app.
      2. Create an account with the same email address you used to purchase your tickets on Ticketmaster.
      3. Click the Tickets icon on the bottom tab to view your tickets in your wallet. Your Phone is your ticket.

      They moved my seats to ******* I had seats in section 3 row j seat 4 apparently section 8 row g seat 18 looks like the same **** Thing lets just say Im still on hold for their supervisor to call back they have no way of transferring and no way to help you the c**** sit there trying to tell me how abusive I am when they wont listen to the problem and talk over you I called 14 times started 10 mins after the purchase because I checked and double checked before purchase and then when I reopen the app its totally f****** different.

      Hello Tani,

      Ticketmaster does not change your seat location once you add the ticket to your shopping cart. The final seat location is displayed on the final order page before the order is submitted. 

      Our Service Resolution Team has attempted to contact you over phone and have left a voicemail. Please note, we do not tolerate aggressive behavior and will disconnect if it does not subside.

      Bought tickets to pretty lights at red rocks in ****** for the 3rd of August ***** #****-0543-9201-6114-6. Purchased row 2 VIP tickets for $626.43 which you can typically get in early. The day of the event still no tickets in hand. Drove up to red rocks anyway on the phone with ticketmaster the entire way. The traffic up to redrocks is always bumper to bumper when there's a concert. Arrived at 5pm and waited in line. The line typically takes an hour or so to get in. Doors opened at 6pm but still no tickets. Ticketmaster notified me they could not get in contact with the seller. When we got to the front at 6:50 still no tickets so had to pull to the side and let everyone else in. Got on my phone and bought another two tickets for general admission just to get in. I never received the original tickets until after the event started. Ticketmaster is refusing to refund the cost of the original tickets. Please look into this and refund the cost of the tickets.

      I spent over 1400 on an event that I can no longer go to due to the health of my father. I cannot travel out of state. I had bought insurance just in case and was trying to start a claim when the insurance company continually tells me they do not have my policy. Ticketmaster is refusing to help at all and just states, "no refund." THAT'S WHY I BOUGHT THE INSURANCE! YET NO HELP ON GETTING MY POLICY INFORMATION OR SOMETHING TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY.

      Not once but twice Ticketmaster has burned me with two different events. I requested my money back on ATL Braves game that was canceled because of a rained out and was told they couldnt help me. Now a concert in ATL the headliner canceled and isnt coming.l to perform, I drove from ********* to this show.. I have spent over $220 each time on these events, for Ticketmaster to tell me they cant help me is completely ridiculous and horrible customer service. I want my money back!

      Ticketmaster sells venue or exclusive merchant-ship to some third-party. Not only do they provide better venue map, but then they sell tickets for less. You end up paying way more, then you should, and you can't even return tickets. On top of that, Ticketmaster has security breach, of which they notify you by regular mail (!) - three months later. FU Ticketmaster!!

In the case of resale tickets, listing prices are determined by the seller, which can include fans or season ticket holders. Note that for certain events, Ticketmaster may not be the primary ticket provider.

      They wouldnt let me sell my extra Rolling Stone ticket on their site for less than $200. Meanwhile,,they offered to buy it back from me on the day of the concert for less than $50. ******

      I can't figure this out. I never buy tickets or do business with Ticketmaster but somehow they have a data breach that compromised my personal information. They sent a letter that included a paragraph explaining what "I can do" to protect my information. This is crazy.
