      On 10/29/23, I ordered 3 Bottles of BioComplete with order # GM18818326 after watching Dr. Gundry's video in which it states several times about the 90 day no hassle money back returns. On 1/22/24, I initiated the online return process telling them that I tried to product and did not see any positive effects and actually experienced some not pleasant ones. During the online return process it was the first time I saw mentioned that you have to return all the bottles, even empty ones, which I thought was weird but I had put the empty bottles in a recycle box in our home so I went to get them. Unfortunately the recycle box had been picked up by my kids and thrown in the main recycle bin for pick up that week, and I put that in the online return info. I received an email from customer care on 2/24/24 stating I needed to return the bottles for a full refund and "because my satisfaction is our main concern" was offered a 30% refund. This was not acceptable to me and replied to them as such and how disappointed I was that they would not honor the 100% refund after I explained why the bottles couldn't be returned. What a horrible way to treat a customer who in good faith tried your product and honestly explained the situation, and to top it off with "my (the customer) satisfaction is our ********************** main concern". Shame on them. I want a 100% refund.

      *** spent hundreds of dollars with this company and all of my Gundry MD vital reads products have arrived like concrete in a jar. It should be a powder to scoop out. It comes with a scooper which has solidified in the contents of the jar. Ive tried to contact CUSTOMER SERVICE via phone, online and chat and they are requiring money in order to communicate with the company. After all the hundred's Ive spent and you want me to pay to report a product that arrived like concrete instead of a powder. It said my money is refundable; then why even ask for my credit card just pick up the phone and replace your product. I have enclosed photographs of the product. I am requesting ALL my vital reds purchased to be replaced immediately based on the enclosed photo ASAP.

      I received an order of Gundry MD protein powder which had sugar in it ... although he (in Ads) states it is all herbal. I am exceedingly allergic to sugar and had a reaction the minute I took the first few sips. I complained, I received a refund for the order and I cancelled my subscription. I was sent a verification of that cancellation.HOWEVER, 1) I did not receive a refund for the return postage (over $40) AND today, June 13th, 2024, I received a second order of 3 containers. I spent quite awhile try to explain this on two different calls to customer service and I was assured I had been refunded... for this order of today, which of course did not happen since I had not yet made a call about it other than the current speaking ?now". After more rigamarole and repetitions the service simply disconnected. This is indeed a scam. I want a refund (it is $121.) plus postage already spent on original order and return. I am holding on to this for a chemical analysis if necessary and if I decide to **** Hoping not to be bothered but the public should know for health reasons.

       I am referring to the shipment I received on June 14th.  If Indeed that is the order to which they are referring then I shall be glad to receive the refund ... once I actually receive.  I also await a refund for the shipping costs of the initial products returned... 

      AND at least an apology for sending me an additional shipment AFTER I received an email telling me it had successfully been removed from their automatic refills.

      I was a repeat customer of ******************** for over two (2) years before this incident.On May 25, 2024, I received an email to purchase Bio Complete 3 at a large discount. The following day, I went to the website, only to find out that I could not combine the purchase of this product with any other product I wished to purchase. Purchasing just one (1) of the Bio Complete 3's would result in having to pay for shipping (which would reduce the discount to a mere $3). Since I wished to only buy one (1) of the Bio Complete 3 and one (1) other product (which would qualify for free shipping), I attempted to do this, but the website would not allow me. This is despite the website stating that there is free US Shipping for orders over $49. I tried to resolve this issue with Gundry MD through phone, chat, and email, but they ultimately only offered me a 10% discount, much less than I would have gotten if they were truthful in their advertising.While they have lost my business, I don't want people to be deceived by their false advertising and request they put in some wording to fix this issue so it does not become an issue with another customer in the future.

      I am rejecting this response because: Responsible companies honor their own advertisements. If a company advertisement does NOT state that an offer CANNOT BE COMBINED with other offers, then the responsible company will HONOR what logic prevails. In other words, an irresponsible company does NOT honor its own offers, as did Gundry.

      I will be shopping elsewhere. And, I will no longer recommend your product to others. In fact, I might go to my ******** Acct and make a posting about how little Gundry cares about TRUTH IN ADVERTISING.

The offer for Memorial Day sale does mention it was a discount on a specific product Bio Complete 3, as this was the product subscribers voted to get a discount on for this years sale.

      Watched long video of Dr ********************** regarding his product of Bioskin Youth Complex. In the video was told I could get full refund even if I used all 3 bottles I ordered. That if I still wasnt pleased with the product simple return for full refund. I received my order on March 6th 2024 and just finished the last bottle yesterday. I gave it the full try product didnt do anything my skin actually got worse. Called for refund today June 3rd and was told it was past refund. That I only had 60 days to return. Completely a different time period than dr **********************s video stated.
