      I am a customer of ********************** and I am highly dissatisfied with their service. My order number is Order # : ORD-*********. The supplements that I bought from them ended up causing severe side effects and I have tried returning them per their return policy by calling their customer helpline but I always get put on hold or the call terminates. This is very frustrating given that I have to carve out extra time from my already busy schedule as a doctor. This is so unprofessional. I have never had such a hard time trying to return products.

      I subscribed to their MCT Wellness product to try it. I started receiving ridiculous amounts of it so I went online and cancelled the order. They continue to send it and to charge my credit card $200 every month. The subscription doesn't show in my account anymore either but it continues to order.

      I'm usually skeptical about supplements that are expensive but since this product advertised a 90 day 100% money back satisfaction guarantee, no questions, no hassles, I thought why not give it a shot. I take a lot of single dose supplements and thought if I could get rid of those and only have to take 3 capsules a day, that would be wonderful. After trying for a couple of months, I noticed that I wasn't sleeping as well and my bowel movements had become problematic. After emailing Gundry MD wanting a refund, they sent me a document to print to place inside the return box. No where did they stipulate that I needed to return empty bottles, which I no longer had anyway. Who saves empty bottles and why would I need to return them? That makes absolutely no sense at all. If I am returning the product, I'm obviously not satisfied with it, all of it, not just the bottle I had left. Does this sound like no hassles to you? Of course I found all this out after they received my return and only credited me 1/3 of what I paid. When I called to find out why, it was because I didn't return the other two empty bottles I no longer had. Can you say SCAM? I should've known better. It's so disheartening that you really can't trust much anymore because integrity and good business practice has become a thing of the past. I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to and that's how they get out of refunding customers in full. Shame on you ********************.

      On January 14, 2024, I purchased a 3-month supply of the Gundry MD MCT Wellness product after watching an extended video presentation by its founder on the benefits of this product. I was particularly motivated to make my purchase based on the founder's commitment to a "Full Hassle Free money back guarantee" "provided that you used the product for at least 90 days".On April 10th I visited the Gundy MD site to see if I might need to save and return empty bottles as is sometimes the case and saw no indication that was necessary. I also saw no indication that I had to contact **************** 90 days prior to the order date to arrange for a refund.Today I contacted Gundry's **************** department in attempt to get a refund having used the product for at least 90 days. (I had not started the product until a couple weeks after receiving it, and there were a few days where I skipped taking it because I was out of town.) I was told that my opportunity to seek a refund had passed because I had placed my order on January 14th and that I needed to request my refund by no later than April 14th. Having placed my order on January 14th, there was no way I could have used the product for at least 90 days before requesting a refund prior to April 14th, I hadn't received it for at least a week after the order date.It seems to me that early-on Gundry's provided some very misleading information in their introductory videos regarding their return policy, as has been documented in a number of other complaints.Example I purchased 3 bottles of probiotics. Their website states no questions and no hassle return after 90 days if for whatever reason no satisfactory. Nowhere does it state you need to return empty bottles.They now seem to have refined and clarified their refund policies, but these are not the policies that were in place when I purchased the product, and not the policies that I should be expected to comply with given the statements made in their videos.

      I ordered a pre/probiotic that was supposed to support healthy bowel function. Gundry MD promised a no hassle money back guarantee. I took the product for 10 days and it wrecked my bowels and 6 weeks later I'm still not back to normal. Upon requesting a refund I was told that they will not issue a shipping label.

      I ordered a three month supply of Gundry MD MCT Wellness approximately a month ago the end of March. They sent me another three month supply, and charged my credit card again, for another three month supply, the end of April; one month later. When I called to alert them of what occurred, and get the charges removed from my credit card, they informed me that I would have to pay for the shipping to return the product I never ordered and obviously didnt need to get a refund. As I was disappointed at the sneaky and unethical manor in which they were operating, I told them I wanted to utilize there no questions asked return policy for my original order, along with my additional order of Lectin Shield. The woman I spoke to then said that although they say that, she is instructed to ask questions. She then specified conditions of a return including having to return all original packaging/bottles or a refund would not be honored.

      I ordered BioComplete 3 after watching a long Instagram video where Dr. ********************** claims he lost weight using this product. I bought it for that reason. I gained 10 lbs. in 45 days. The ad claimed a money back guarantee if not satisfied so I contacted the company for a refund. I was asked to continue taking it and they would extend the money back guarantee period. I refused and they offered 30% refund if I did not return the product. I said I wanted a full refund. They then said I had to return all product including any unused and empty bottles. As I already finished one bottle I no longer had that to return so I wouldn't be refunded for that. So it is a pro-rated refund? When I questioned this I was told to look at their return policy. Nothing in their return policy states this. In addition, I have to pay for shipping to get my money back for a product that caused me to gain weight when I was trying to lose it. I am utterly disappointed and disgusted by the terrible customer service, false advertising and misleading claims and policies.

      I remain aggravated that it took having to enlist the help of the BBB to have this business live up to the promises they advertise and still believe they are misleading. I am bothered that they do not acknowledge their misleading promises and claims.

      However, provided that they do actually provide the full refund I will accept their response.

      I hesitate to close this until I see they have made true to their promise and issue the full refund.

      Date of transaction 01/23/24 for $127.94 The product MCT WELLNESS is to help improve liver health and weight loss. I saw an ad on ******** on 01/23/2024. The ad promised 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied. I called the company ************ on Tuesday, 04/23/2024 at 8:42 am EST and got a message to call during regular business hours. I didn't realize they were in **** and 2 hours behind NC. Today when I called and requested a refund and to cancel my subscription I was told that the 90 day money back guarantee expired yesterday. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that there wasn't a supervisor. After going back and forth ******* hung up on me.
