    The reason I'm reaching out. I'm a amazon seller for a few years without any problem, a few months ago i received a email from seller support that my account is suspended because we violated amazon policies by owning more teem 1 account the we were provided a name to the account we were related as "NOT IN USE''. The steps we took to resolve the issue. at the beginning we thought this must be a error and will be fix shortly, we email back saying we do not own another amazon account we don't know who the owner of account "NOT IN USE" is but all we got back was automatic email "we don't have enough information to proof you do not own account "NOT IN USE", we called account help support asking for help as they informed use we should email bank statements, credit card statements, bills with our address and state IDs so we did email them, but all was we getting back was this automatic email saying we don't have enough information to proof you do not own account "NOT IN USE", after trying to different ways to explain that we are not related in anyway to account "NOT IN USE we lost hope. we don't think there a way to proof that you don't own something Different amazon accounts help. We tried reaching out to different amazon account help specialist but the price they were asking are very high we can afford right now to pay those large expensive, I hope everything is clear enough Please look into this issue here, thank you!

They never had any contact with us whatsoever, and never sought our help. We are not Amazon.com Inc. and this complaint should have been directed to that company. We are a company that provides help to Amazon sellers and we have no affiliation whatsoever with Amazon.
