    ***** this company if you dont want just waste 1500$ and the most important - time. This company just sending templates which you can easily do by yourself using Chat GPT, and they never available by phone after they collect the payment

    This legal firm actually has inflated their success rate. You pay $1500 when an Amazon account is terminated, but the fact that Amazon doesn't give a specific reason is the most frustrating part. So one would think this legal firm would send (and they state they will send as many letters as needed) to ascertain the reason for the termination. But they don't. They compose an appeal draft which then the client is to copy and paste, and send to Amazon through the email account that is tied to said account. And through each level for appeal (there are 3) they have the client re-send the same email until that level quits responding.I suspect this legal firm is tied to Amazon in some way what with the plethora of terminations which have occurred since *** released the bots and no longer has customer service people you can actually converse with.

    ******, this is not true. We submitted one appeal and four updated appeals for you. When that didn't work, we submitted an escalation and when that didn't work, we appealed your case to Amazon's legal department, who rejected your appeal. We understand your frustration with Amazon and their lack of concrete communication, but it is not fair for you to take it out on us.

    excellent help! our Amazon account was deactivated almost a year ago. after trying 20+ times on our own we chose this company. after 3 tries at traditional methods they sent amazon legal team and im happy to report today 9/11 we are reactivated. we could not be happier with their service! I thought it was gonna be impossible and resigned to not having Amazon.

    My Kindle Direct Publishing account was terminated in early December, and my attempts to appeal the decision were denied. I was devastated - I believed my self-publishing career was over since nobody I contacted had ever heard of anyone getting a terminated KDP account reinstated. I came across Amazon Sellers Attorney, and I wasn't too optimistic because almost all of their (raving) testimonials had to do with FBA or seller accounts. I had nothing to lose, though - the royalties that KDP was hanging onto were more than the attorney fees. After giving them all the details of my correspondence with KDP they drafted a long and detailed appeal letter that they then sent back to me to submit. KDP denied the appeal and **** and ********** tweaked it and asked me to submit it again. KDP denied that one as well, but the third appeal letter was the charm that worked! I'm so grateful I came across Amazon Sellers Attorney!
