      I bought a Prcom heater, and tried to register it for the warranty. I could not. I have tried contacting Procom on the phone, and through their website. No response. It is my opinion that no one should buy anything Procom makes. If you do, you better hope it works, because if it does not, you have lost your money. So far the heater I bought works so I am one of the lucky ones, but I will never ever buy another Procom product.Buy at your on risk!

      I purchased a ventless fireplace from ********** which was ProCom brand. I was exceptionally happy with the quality of the fireplace and even happier with customer service response time and willingness to help. I do not understand all the negative reviews.

      i hate this company . i have had 2 of there stoves. i have one now i need to talk to one of there texchnans they use what sounds like a young girl that answers phone recorded line she will not let you talk to a person they say you can send email i did and they will not answer. its why i hate them smells like fraud or wise a**

      Initial product provided adequate performance. Pilot light is always difficult to relight as many steps are required. **************** for replacement parts is HORRIBLE. Neither calls or emails are answered. Will never use this company's product again.

      Very disappointed with the customer service needed a replacement piezo ignitor the web site was awful trying to pick the right ignitor, and there is no way you can talk to a person to ask questions and confirm the part. Long story short I ordered the wrong one mine had only 1 wire new one had 2 sent pictures gave fireplace model number returned the incorrect one only to have them send the exact same ignitor with 2 slots again, they blamed an employee then told me to send it back as a return and pay a 15% restock fee and reorder the correct one ( which they emailed me the item number after the 2nd incorrect ignitor was sent) very unhappy with the way they handle things and how much time I have wasted trying to get this sorted.

      No ***************** unreliable products. Wish I would have looked at BBB before purchasing with this company.I purchased my ****** BTU gas fireplace on November 1st 2021 and it was installed by November 11th. I was reaching out to customer service for a faulty heat regulator by November 28th. I have been in back and forth email communication with this company since. They have told me twice that I should receive a new receiver remote in the mail, and I have yet to get one (its now February). I would not recommend this company to anyone. BEWARE AND AVOID!

      ProCom Heating refused to honor a one-year warranty for a propane heater mentioned on the back of the owner's manual. They claimed it was not an authorized vendor where the heater was purchased (it was purchased on Houzz.com). My elderly mother purchased the heater and has been stressed about the matter for a while now. Companies are being very unethical about their warranties and should be chastened for their behavior,

      Do not spend a dime of your money with this company. No customer service. I have been trying to return a remote for fireplace for 2 weeks and they only communicate by email. That is email every couple of days and just keep prolonging the return. It is very, very inconvenient and very frustrating. Go somewhere else!!
