      I am filing a complaint against this company for discrimination actions against me. I was working as a gig worker in the store on Saturday October 7, 2023 at approximately 5:24 - until 6:30. I asked the customer service to help me with an item and she was rude and screamed at me for asking for help. She claimed that the manager of the store had left for the day. I had to ask her twice to help me because I didn't know anything about the store. I was able to find one item in an hour time. I know that I was being discrimination against; however, I am confused as to why: because I am black, because I am not Asian, or because I didn't understand the layout of the store. This is an Asian store so most of the product is written in foreign language; Asian. She screamed at me from across the aisles that she wasn't going to help me while she pointed out where one item was located. This store is located at ********************************************.

      I was VERY DISAPPOINTED to discover their system is one frustrating odyssey, esp when something goes wrong with shipping. I tried to call their customer service to inform them that many items arrived damaged. There were no reps ***** to speak to, so I instead emailed them to report the damages. I was asked to take pics, which I promptly sent over. Never heard back, until days later, I randomly inquired if something is being done. It was then that I was told refunds may take well over 2 weeks, although there was never a follow-up from them until I had to be the one to inquire. It's now going on a month and I simply never heard back again. I inquired one last time...and I never heard back. This company is a frustrating mess. I don't understand how they can get away with this!!

      I ordered 10 bags of Millet, when I received them they were not vacuum sealed and had no expiration date. I didn't think nothing of it, I proceeded to **** the ******, and it tasted stale and super grainy. I immediately try to contact 99 Rach ***************, this was back on July 28th I haven't heard from them since. This is terrible there is not return service and you cant even get a hold of someone to help you. This is terrible service I will never shop at this site again. I don't recommend it, don't waste your money on this online store.

      99 Ranch Market supposedly provide a discount to student customers. Today I presented my ************************* student ID and tried to obtain the student discount. The female manager is totally ignorant and acted like she didn't heard of the school, which is one of the top universities in the world... Who gives this store the right to pick and choose who is a student? The store is apparently discriminating against certain schools, which is disgusting.
