      Me: former Vice President, at large *********. Specialized in international transactions, including foreign exchange, international payments, etc.XE.com: USELESS. Was unable to easily solve a problem, in which they were possibly part of the problem. **************** agent spoke UTTER NONSENSE.INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

      I just searched for an app that I could send money internationally. After that my ****** bar only shows results in Euros. No matter how many times I switched to Brazilian Real, next time i search again...again that *...*still showing in my ****** search. That's annoying. That's not fair. Now I don't know how can I repair the damage I made for just being searching for an app. I wish many many people should know about that and not make a mistake like I did.NEVER EVER DOWNLOAD THIS APP.Oh by the way, I not even downloaded this garbage.

      HORRIBLE!!!! It has been 16 days and the money I sent still has not reached its intended destination!! SIXTEEN DAYS!!! (and counting). And what makes it worse, is that I sent this to a friend in great need.

      SCAM!!!! Its says my money will deliver in minutes. But then it hold for a week. Same scenarios with other people here. I should have check first before this XE app. Never again use this app!

      Scam!! Shame on you people you let such an app to exist. Every transaction you make any where you are giving a slip .. proof of payment.. except when you deal with drug dealers ,scammers and xe.com.

      They find a way to hold your money for a week. This comp does this so that they can hold the money and make interest off of haled for no reason

      XE is a scam. They linked to my business bank account and after collecting very sensitive information and faking a transfer process, they indicated that my account was not valid. After a week or so they asked for an business invoice to validate my account. I sent one and they still did nothing and did not respond. After another week or so I contacted them and they said they have denied my account. I have run my business for years and have no problem with other transfer services. It was ****** dishonest for them to take all of my private information and connect to my bank account before denying my business. STAY AWAY FROM XE!!!

      Stay Away from XE! This company is AWFUL. I would select ZERO stars, except that is not an option. I feel like I might be scammed. On this, my THIRD transaction, they requested "more information" which I already provided...On the same day I expected the $250,000 USD transaction to be completed, they CANCELED the transaction. No call, no warning, just an email. I have already made two calls to the company with NO response. How long before I receive my money back? How much? This is ridiculous! Do Not do business with these people.

      !!! Stay Away !!!My recent experience with a money transfer service that has been highly disappointing and misleading. I transferred money using a debit card, expecting an expedited process as advertised. However, the service charged me approximately $4.50 per $1000 for using a debit card, and the exchange rate was lower than that for an ACH transfer. Despite these higher costs, the transaction was not processed immediately. Instead, I found out that my money would only be transferred after two days, contradicting the service's claims of quick transfers. This misinformation misleads customers and wastes both time and money. Had I known this, I would have opted for an ACH transfer, which offers a better rate and no transaction fees. Upon contacting customer service, I learned that cancellations are not straightforward. They require sending an email to another department, with no option for customers to cancel transactions themselves. This lack of control and transparency is frustrating. There are many other services that offer better rates, lower fees, and more reliable customer support. I urge you not to be swayed by their $20 gift card incentive as it does not compensate for the poor service and the uncertainty surrounding transactions.

      I think this is a scam. I sent the money almost a month ago, the recipient never received the money (I never had any problem sending money with other currency exchange before). I asked them to provide proof that the money was delivered, they couldn't give me any document/proof that the money was actually delivered. I asked for a refund and they started to ask for more sensitive information. The recipient never received the money and I never received a refund. After several follow *** it became clear to me that my money is lost.
