My sister-***** passed away and we need to cancel her subscription at ellen degeneres gift box from the following website. ellenshop.com. I've tried to contact the company since we do not have her sign on credentials, but no one has responded. I have been a subscriber to the Kind box for several years. I moved in June of 2022 and have spent months trying to contact someone to change my address. You cannot directly call or contact anyone, you have to send a request for them to contact you. But they don't. I am so disappointed. I loved every box I ever received. I would like to cancel my subscription immediately. It's a shame that this corporation is ruining Ellen's reputation.Business Response

I subscribed to the Ellen Be Kind Box as a gift for my wife. After a two year subscription, we decided to spend the money on something else. I tried to cancel in May, knowing my subscription was coming up in June. I have emailed the company 6 times and have received no response. The website posts "cancel anytime" but there is no option for that on the website. I would like a refund and to cancel the subscription. There is no phone number to contact anyone. I have also reported a "bug" on their website to the issue of not being able to cancel. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Business Response

Hello, On August 19, 2022 I purchased a one year subscription BeKind Box with three additional items. The box arrived on September 24, 2022 ******** ********* and ***** the extra three items from the ***** Shop. I have attempted to question where my missing items were but have received absolutely zero contact. Out of respect for the customer I find this unacceptable and requested a refund. I've been ordering ***** products the past five years and feel that the customer service has become non-existent. Isn't it considered fraud when you charge someone for a product but never intend to give it to them. I have been trying to cancel the remainder of my subscription and get a refund for the missing items. It should be easy to pull up the computer and see it was never shipped. I am extremely disappointed because I loved most of the products I received in the past but it's too difficult to remain a loyal customer when the purveyor no longer cares about the service. We had an issue with the delivery of one of the products that delayed the production and shipment of the Summer box. This order has been placed and is awaiting fulfillment at our warehouse, we apologize again there was a delay. You will see this is my 2nd complaint with The ***** ***** I worked with them after the 1st issue to close my account and cancel subscriptions. Although I have no account they have began to send me products and charge my account. I do not want their products, I have no account with them, I want a refund and I want all information they have for me deleted and removed so they stop doing this. I even have a new bank card since this with a new number and they are still somehow charging me through some apparent company named ******* Shown in shipping screenshot which is also no longer my current address. I subscribed last year to Ellen's Be Kind box for a yearly subscription. I received all 4 boxes. Just last week I received an email stating thanks for shopping at the ellen shop and was billed ******* for another years subscription that I DID not order. Immediately I replied back to the email to please cancel the order and refund my money. An automatic was sent that they would get back to me in 24-48 hours. Its now the next week and The ***** shop has not gotten back to me even after sending multiple emails and filing a complaint on their website. None of the phone numbers listed for the ********* work including the one on your website.
