I requested a return exchange. But I had no way of printing a return label I emailed the 4 time to get them to mail me one. So.the stoled my gift card of $100 I gat for my birthday. I am.not very happy with the customer service. I want my exchange. Plus the cami I got did not show a bra inside the cami that hurts while trying it out. I want my cami that I want. They cancelled the whole thing because I could not print the label. I have all the emailsBusiness response

The customer requested an exchange of an item. We have no way of mailing a return label, they are generated through our return center, but she did manage to get it printed and returned the item for an exchange. We completed her exchange for her on 7/18/22.
The original order was placed with a Ruby Ribbon E Gift card and was an exchange, not a refund so I am not sure why she is stating we "stole" the gift card from her, she used in in the original purchase.
I have replied to an email she sent us yesterday asking for more information on her questions and complaints
