    I placed an order with Ruby Ribbon on 3/9/25. Order # ******* On their website where I placed the order was a code womensday25 to receive 20% off your entire order. The code applied then once I entered my payment information and hit submit the price went back to full price. I immediately emailed to have the order canceled. I stated that the code did not apply once I hit submit it was applied until I paid. I received a response to return the order it could not be canceled. I received the order and will now have to pay return shipping. I went to the website to request the return and now the website tells me my order number and email do not match. I looked for a phone number to speak to someone rather than email. They do not speak to anyone on the phone. I did go on chat and requested that I get a phone call. After again explaining my situation I finally get the agent to agree to have someone call me. I get a call about 30 minutes later and the lady said she would email me a return label and waive the return shipping and she would also see if she can get the 20% off applied to my order. She would have to talk to her manager and she said she would get back to me the next day with how we would handle the situation. I have not heard back from her or anyone else at this point. I feel as though this is consumer fraud since there was a code applied but removed when I paid.

    We apologize for the issues Ms. ****** had while placing her order and applying her coupon code. This coupon code was valid, and there is no reason it shouldn't have applied. On 3/17/2025 while speaking with our member of management, Ms ****** was gracious enough to walk us through the steps she took to place the order, providing us with the type of device used and browser. This has been submitted to our e-commerce shopping cart provider for review, to ensure this issue doesn't occur again. As a fully virtual company, with no physical office, we provide our customer service via email and chat between the hours of Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm PT, however, if a customer requests to speak with someone, we will immediately schedule a call and reach out. While our customer service team did reach out to Ms. ****** in a timely fashion, we failed to follow up with the resolution in the promised timeframe due to staffing issues. On the phone call with Ms. ****** made by management, we did apologize for the delayed response and coupon issue and submitted a refund. We truly appreciate Ms. ****** as a long time customer, and will put the proper procedures in place to help avoid the issues she experienced.
