      I sign up *********** upnest for finding client on March 19. I told them I try it out for one month to see if I like it. I paid $175. 1 out of 3 were real. But two of them were fake. How I know, well I look it up and see if it match to the info in *********** Upnest. It was very inaccurate. Plus I check my subscription and billing info, which it was 12 month. I did not sign up for. As of right now, four day away from to pay my subscription. I call them to cancel my subscription. I was told to pay $800 to close it or reduce it to 6 month contract. I told them, is there other way to do it. They say no. I was told to edit my profile. I was very upset. I have no choice, so I choose 6 month. I definitely love to terminate the contract and never to do business with them again.

      I purchased seller leads from UpNest for 6mths. After the first month or so, I noticed that the leads had incorrect numbers or they were canceled because the supposed seller really wasnt the seller. The contract signed states that a written notification to terminate can be requested but I was told I had to complete the 6 ****. Just last month I called again, because a lot of the leads being sent dont have names or anyway to contact ******** was offered a discount on my monthly rate. Im very dissatisfied with UpNest/*********** & just want my money back. I am formally for the 3rd time requesting a refund of all monthly fees charged from November 2024 to April 2025 & my account officially closed & no more leads sent. Thank you

      Was not told at the time of purchase that I would be competing against other agents for referrals. Fee was monthly, I paid in full for the year and after signing the agreement and given the UpNest Agent Dashboard is when I found out I was competing with other agents by the sellers and buyers who would choose what agent they wanted to work with. Not one single referral has led to a in person meeting or phone call and the one referral who they said had "Accepted Me" yelled and asked that I quit contacting her, even though UpNest said she chose me. I've checked the auditor site on a few referrals and the contact person is not who owns the property. I paid starting in November 2024 and would like a full refund from April 2025 through November 2025

      I signed up for Upnest to generate buyer and seller leads but quickly discovered the company is a scam. The leads they provided were highly inaccurate, with many having disconnected numbers, individuals claiming they never requested contact, or others who had no interest in real estate. These leads are recycled and sent to multiple agents, making them non-exclusive and unreliable.Within days of signing up, I noticed no activity from the company and requested a refund on 9/11/2024. Despite my early cancellation request, Upnest refused to terminate my contract or return my money. Since signing up, I have not received a single credible lead, and the service has been a complete waste of money.I strongly advise others to avoid Upnest and seek more reputable companies for lead generation. I continue to request a refund as the service provided is unacceptable and I will not stop until I get my money back. It's a shame these companies are allowed to do this to people.

      ************* of a company. They sign you up, charge you $175/mo., put your face as a featured agent for a couple of weeks, and then never again, even though you're paying for it. The leads you receive all state that they never signed up and to stop calling them, even though they're supposed to be pre-qualified leads who have "spoken" to someone at UpNest. I've been trying to cancel for months and they hold you *********** away as fast as you can!

      I signed up with *********** Upnest two days ago. I got my first lead and it was fake...name was "**** *****" and the number was fake it was a survey line. Then I looked up the guy and called him....guess what? He was a REALTOR and he did not go onto their website and pick me. Please stop them from taking people money. *********** Upnest

      Signed up with them for lead service, they promised me at least 2 leads a month. 3 months later only received 2 leads, one was out of my area, the other was fake made up lead with fake email address and phone number. They keep charging my credit card and do not return emails or phone calls. No way to cancel my recurring charge online. Have to call credit card company and cancel card.

      Upnest charges Realtors a fee for clients info in listing or purchasing a home. In October of 2023 they sent a lead over that I did not accept (their system "auto" accepts them). This was someone just looking online for the value of their home as many do on the realtor.com site and entered their info to see the "value" that Realtor.com came up with. This info was sent to me and honestly I didn't even see the lead as many are not real. Turns out this client was the relative of a realtor in my office who was getting ready to list her home. She listed it and sold the home. Now I'm turned over to collections for a fee of a client that has never met me or talked to me because Upnest feels it was my listing. I've contacted and the broker of my office has contacted Upnest several times, emailed several times, and updated the system several times being assured everything was fixed on their end. I've included the *** sheet verifying this info at the bottom of the sheet. This is the State *** so can not be altered in any way. I want the collection notice removed and the referral fee owed from me dropped. Thanks for your time.

      I sent an email to ********************************** requesting to cancel my account on April 22. I didnt get a response so I emailed them again on April 24. Still no response so I emailed them a third time on May 7. I then got a call from a representative who told me he was escalating the issue to cancel my account. Still no updates and today I was charged AGAIN and sent a 4th follow up email.
