  ************************** submitted a proposal to their client on my behalf on June 24th. At that time the customer received my information but did not want to interview me. I do not receive the clients info until I have been selected for an interview. A 2nd company referral company sent me the clients contact information on July 8th and the customer was called at that time. The customer needed to rent a dumpster and clean out the property prior to listing.On Aug 21st the customer clicked to "interview me" on the ************************** website which triggered them to give me the customers information. I had already spoke to ******* and had a plan in place to list his property. The company who who provided the client information on July the 8th has been paid for the *********************************** did not supply any information until August 21st is demanding payment and turning me into collections. Even after documentation has been supplied date stamping their interview on Aug 21st vs the July 8th interview with a different company

  Upnest is a predatory company as well as *********** that runs it. You are paying for nothing. When signing up, I was not told it was going to be 12 month commitment, I only found out after I researched the company and from other reviews. I never even got the service as I cancelled within their 3 day cancellation window and they did not honor my request for refund even tho I requested within the first day I signed up, within their 3 day cancellation window. This is not always the case. Additionally, I reached out to customer service several times to no avail. I had same experience as client below, I was transferred to two managers who simply would not respond. I would call, leave a voicemail, and they would call back at odd hours. When I'd return their phone call, then they wouldn't answer. It wasn't until I'd email requesting a phone call would they say they've called me several times and IM the one they can't get ahold of. I've requested cancellation several times and they will not allow me to cancel, I had to ask my credit card company to stop them from charging my card. Upnest is through *********** and it sucks! They call you repeatedly to resolve the issue with you and you ask for cancellation, they say ok and direct you to someone else who you say cancellation again and they say they will cancel, but then it never happens and you still get charged even when you get confirmation from them that its been canceled. I want my $525 back for $175 every month they charged me(July, August, September). And I want them to stop charging my card and stop calling me at odd hours as well. I absolutely ?? cannot believe they do this to their clients and continue to do so even after weve asked to cancel and have cancelled. One of the worst programs out there for realtors. Literally I would give 0 stars if I could.

  Upnest does not give what it promises. You are paying for nothing. When signing up, I was told I'd receive seller name along with seller contact info. This is not always the case. On the off chance, I was provided seller contact info then they were either not looking to sell their homes and were surprised I had their information OR never called back/answered/responded. Additionally, I reached out to customer service several times to no avail. I was transferred to two managers who simply would not respond. I have received no solutions or help. UpNest is a money pit and worst of all, a scam.

  Up est does not get buyers/sellers. Ive bent assigned to scammers, other real estate agents properties, names that do not own the provided property, I could go on. Mostly no intent customers. Do not fall for this service.

  UPNEST and Realtor.*** are criminal. I called to cancel. I spoke to a manager who promised to cancel my account because I was not receiving any of the promised services such as qualified leads. I was told back in December that my account was cancelled. It is ***** and I still get billed and I still do not receive the services promised. I have called several times since and every time I am told I can't cancel my subscription even though I don't get qualified leads, which is what I paid to get. These companies are scams.

  This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have called to get resolution for my issues several tiimes. It goes into voicemail managed by and AI and I never get a call back. Here are the issues with the company:1. It claims to give leads for qualified buyers and sellers. Anything but. I have not received one lead where a prospect was even remotely interested in buying or selling a home, let alone qualified.2. Witholding information: *********** does not provide information to contact the buyer or seller. I have gotten "Leads" where it is a name only without a phone number, email, or address.3. *********** claims to support realtors, but in fact is trying to push discount and cut-rate no support practices instead of supporting agents that provide full service support to their clients. Its model is similar to ******** Airlines, promise discounted rates and then nickle and dime clients for every little service. Good agents will stay far away from this type of model, but it ***** people in by the promise of a discounted fee. I think this borders on unethical.4. In a business where time is critical, the company refuses to text when a lead comes in, instead only emailing. Not that it mattered, like I said, I only receive about 2 "leads" a month and they are not qualified and they don't have contact information. One lead I did actually receive an address so went to door knock only to find out that no such peson lived at that address and they had no intention to sell their home.5. If I could have given this company 0 stars, I would have. I am stuck in a year long contract without any ability to get out of it or get resolution for any of these issues. STAY AWAY FROM UPNEST!

  We recently sold our house in ******, **. We are lucky and grateful to have *************************** as our realtor. We met ***** through UpNest. She was one of the agents shortlisted for ** when we asked for agent referrals. We chose her over 10 other agents and we couldnt be happier with our choice. She is very knowledgeable and guided ** through the selling process every step of the way. Shes firm but not pushy. She explained to us comparatives so we can come up with the right asking price and proper timing. Shes very hands on in getting our house ready for selling - from landscaping, staging, and at one point she was wiping our stairs and walls! Its obvious that she knows and loves what shes doing. She does it with her personal touches that just made ** confident and less stressed as we thought we would.We recommend ***** to friends, family, anyone in a heart beat!
