      I placed an order way back in July- continue to ask where it was and they tell me it takes time- always changing shipping date- last email they told me they cannot get them to look on the website things that are available to ship out 2-3 days- nothing on the site at all - told them enough already and I want my money back- said they will issue me store credit- told them no, don't want anything from this store-now there is another false shipping date for 9/20- the reviews for this place are horrible and they should have been shut down a long time ago

      I ordered a pair of pants for my daughter from this company over a month ago. I cannot contact them. I can't find a phone number that works. They have a "help" icon on their website and I tried to use it, but the email is invalid. Their "support chat window" on their website is always down. I spent over $70 and have no way of contacting the company.

      I ordered a shirt for my daughter over a month ago. My card was charged. No update to this order since then, still hasnt shipped. Ive reached out multiple times via email. Nothing. I just want this order cancelled and refunded.

      This business is a scam. They takes peoples money and never fulfill your order. There is not real phone number for costumers, or a way to leave a review. They have an email system but its pointless because nobody answers.

      My young teenage daughter bought a piece of clothing from this website. They charged her and then it took months to ship out. Months. Once she got it, it did not fit and we had to return it. It was returned almost a month ago and this company does not communicate or send updates. They have the item and now instead of an exchange I just want a refund for my daughter. She works hard for the little money she gets to spend and to be taken advantage like this is terrible. They have no care at all for anyone. They think keeping her money is ok. It is not.

      I purchased a pair of pants back in March, 2024. They took months to arrive and once they did they were the wrong size. I made an exchange on my dime because they do not supply return shipping labels. I awaited my exchange in the proper size. They sent back the same wrong size. I have ordered from this website in the past and I know what I size I wear through them. However they have begun to put the wrong size labels on their pants. I told them they sent me the wrong size again and they told me to exchange them again. I asked them to send me a return label as I refuse to spend even more of my own money for their mistake. Again this is their second mistake for the same order. They refuse to give me my money back and expect me to continue paying my hard earned money to repeatedly return the same pair of pants. I find this to be unacceptable and it feels as if they have just stolen my money. The pants were around $80 and to ship them back for the first exchange cost me around $11. I want my money back. I dont trust them to send me the correct size now and Im not wasting more money on this product over the businesss mistakes.

      Emailed customer services on July 31st of ************************************************************** 2 weeks and we're still listed as preorder.I received one reply on August 1st from the company asking for my shipping details, and then absolute radio silence. I have followed up multiple times on my customer service inquiry to no avail. I have not received the product I paid for, the product I paid for has not even shipped yet, and the company will not respond to refund my money.

      Hi. I purchased a pair of jeans from Revice Denim on 4/21/24 for $79.23 (Order #******) and they still have not sent me a shipping confirmation or any indication that my order will ever be delivered. I have reached out to their customer support email about 5 times requesting an update and every time they respond to me they say something along the lines of "we are a small business, please be patient and allow two more weeks for us to fulfill your order and send them for delivery" -- the past two times I reached out they have completely ignored me. I am worried that I will never receive my order or even get a refund. This company is a complete scam. I apprecitate any help you all can provide to either get my order shipped or get Revice Denim to refund my order. Thank you!!

      I placed an order for a pair of cargos on July 1, 2024. I reached back out August 7, 2024 through there website in hopes of a refund and cancellation, I had an automated email sent saying my statement went through and to wait ***** business hours for a response and have yet to get one, I also reached back out august 11th with no response.

      Please help me find Order #****** My daughter saved her own money and couldnt wait to order her ****** Oakland pants and jorts. She placed the order on July 1, 2024 and has been waiting over a month for her pants to arrive, or even be shipped. She checks the order daily which incorrectly states that they have been delivered. Additionally, she mistakenly ordered the wrong size and was hoping to receive the pants early enough to exchange them and get a smaller size before school starts. Shed likely be graduating from high school before that happens. Can someone please help me locate and obtain the merchandise paid for on order # ******?
