      I ordered a pair of overalls (The Plunge) from Revice Denim on April 2nd, 2024. At the time I saw that the expected ship date they had on the product page was 04/30/24, so I was aware that the product was a pre-order item and was fine with waiting.However, when I checked back around May 2, 2024 to see if there was any update, there were none on the order tracking page and nothing had been sent to my email stating there was a delay. I got in contact with customer service, who told me I would have to wait another 1-2 weeks. I was understanding as I read how their process works, and decided to check back in 2 weeks. When I did (May 24, 2024), it was the same situation (no update anywhere, and the customer service representative gave me almost the exact same run of the conversation with the last one, except now the wait was 3-4 weeks). I expressed my disappointment and frustration and said I'd be checking back soon for at least an update.When I checked back again (May 30, 2024), they said the same thing as the last two times, now another 1-2 weeks, and my order still hadn't even shipped. At that point I asked for a refund, and was denied because of their 2 hour window policy. I asked for it to be escalated to a supervisor, and when I did and allowed them their response time frame (72 hours) still nothing. I understand a delay in shipping, but it has been a frequent thing where the business will announce and explain the delay. It's been 2 months now, and no word on my order.

      i ordered something from their online store in april and still haven't received it and have not gotten any updates on my order, both times i reached out to them to help they offered no solutions or followed up.

      I purchased a product from Revice on 4/27/24. It is 6/6/24 and I still do not have the product. When I purchased the product in April, there were no warnings of a pre-order delay, but about a week later, I checked on the site and noticed the item was in pre-order with a ship date of the end of May. I was told by their customer service on 6/6/24 that this order was in pre-order and it would be another 1-3 weeks. Upon further research, this is apparently a standard response.

      I ordered a pair of shorts on 5/19/24. The item has yet to ship (6/3/24). I contacted to cancel the order and they said the cannot cancel it or refund even though it has not shipped. The item isnt expected to ship for another 1-2 weeks at least which is too late for me to use the item for its intended purpose.

      I placed an order with Revice on February 2, 2024. When I placed the order it said it would ship on February 23rd, 2024. I emailed them February 3, 2024 with a question about the order, then sent two more follow *** in February. I didnt receive any shipping update or an answer to my question until March 18th (long after I needed the order anyway). I recently received an email from them asking about my order because according to them it delivered (I still dont have it). I spent a fair amount of money and Id just like a refund, Im more than happy to return the items when (and if) I receive them.

      I have purchased items online from this company but never received my complete order nor have I been successful in receiving a response. I have tried multiple times and ways to contact them but haven't received any response at all. Please help me

      i purchased a pair of pants form revice on february 5th. the tracking link that i was given is not working, and i have tried numerous times to contact the brand, but have received no response. the customer service that they have is honestly horrific. i had bought this pair of jeans in hopes that it would come in time for a concert (that was over a month later than the date i had purchased the jeans), but it does not seem as though the jeans are going to come on time. it has been over 20 days and i have not received a single notification or update regarding my order.

      Jan 9.2024......Revice Denim 114.61......I ordered jeans that in the site said would ship out Jan 31......Nothing from the company about any time frame.....I had emailed them several times per website no response...I want to cancel this order and get a refund! On the site they say report here if over 5 weeks takes you to the exact same page to contact......They don't answer because they have a no refund policy If you get your jeans .....They give credit which is not right ...if it takes forever and a day they should cancel the order.......They do not get back to me......

      I ordered from this company and they have no real way of being contacted and I have to go to redit to find out the entire company is a scam. They hide comments so well and just continuously block people.

      Purchased on 12/29/23, never recieved and followed up on multiple occasions (12 emails) and multiple messages through their instagram. On February 6th this was the only response i recieved, Hi ??We have transferred your info to one of our service reps, they will provide an update via email.We kindly request you allow ***** hrs to hear back from our customer service team. If you do not hear back, you are more than welcome to message us through our Instagram account ! and never got an email. I reached out days later and never got another response back. My order number is, #****** and at this point Im just looking to get a refund.
