      On March 3rd, I placed an order for a pair of jeans. I paid $66.73. I never received a tracking number. It has been 8 weeks and I haven't heard anything about my jeans. I called to cancel my order because it was taking too long and the said flatly no. I have been trying to reach them for the past couple of days and it constantly goes to a voicemail and their mailbox is full. I don't know what to do-I'm worried that they stole my money. I want to cancel the order but I can't reach anyone.

      I ordered jeans from this company on Jan 28th they told me on feb 22 to expect them shipped in 2-3 weeks... which was over a week after when they were supposed to ship, i have been asking for updates and they wouldn't give me any after that and now the jeans are priced 40$ lower than i bought them and i still haven't got any shipping info, they blocked me from their emailing system and don't have a phone number to call. They told me they don't do refunds. I spent 70$ on these jeans and it's been 3 months. They won't respond to my Instagram message and i looked at their reviews and everything complains that they are horrible but i didn't know those because i ordered based on a tik tok someone posted.

      order # ****** placed on March 1st 2022, for $66.73, originally the product was promised to ship out by March 16th. It did not. I emailed customer service to complain on March 22, 2022 and they responded on March 23, 2022 promising the product would ship within 3 weeks. It has not shipped.

      Ordered a pair of jeans on 01/21/2022 (order # ******), paid $81.35. My first email to inquire about the delivery/shipping estimate was on 2/11/22, and the response was that the order was expected to ship in the next 2-3 weeks. After hearing nothing for over 3 weeks, I reached out on 3/10/22 to again inquire about delivery time, and requested to cancel my order if it was going to be much longer (did not expect a pair of jeans to take over 2 months to arrive). Received a generic response about how they make the jeans custom, so it can take longer. Ignored my request to cancel my order. I figured I would wait it out a little longer. Emailed again on 3/31/22, requesting to cancel my order since I still had not received any shipping update. Again, my request to cancel my order was completely ignored, and I received the same generic response, and that they are expected to arrive in the warehouse on 5/10/22. Emailed AGAIN on 4/5/22 requesting to cancel/refund my order, as I was not willing to wait over 4 months for a pair of jeans, the event that I had ordered them for in the first place had long come & gone. I was very straight-forward in this email and stated that I was very disappointed that I had been trying to cancel this order for a while, and my request kept being completely ignored and I was sent the same excuse over and over. Finally, they cancelled my order, but decided to issue me a store credit instead of a refund without asking me. I told them I was not interested in a store credit, not sure why I would ever want to order something else from them after this huge headache. They then told me they "have a policy that they cannot issue refunds, only store credit". I have NEVER heard of a business not being able to issue a refund (especially since I have never received the jeans, this isn't a return). I contacted my bank to dispute the charge, but it was past 60 days, so I was unable to do so because of the lack of action/response from the Revice team for months.

      I purchased 3 pairs of jeans from Revice Denim in December of 2021 One was wild west Encore jeans that were pre order and would ship Jan 4 2022. I received 2 pairs but not the pre ordered jeans. I still have not received them. I have reached out many times I get a different answer each time and if I respond back to an answer of what they offer they then send an email back telling me that I will just wait for a shipping and tracking information. It's like nobody's the same person or a robot I get no communication . I would like a refund or I would like my jeans. 1st they told me to pick out a different pair so I sent the information for a different pair and then they had no response. I then sent an email asking if they would please just send me my stuff or if it is eventually coming and I have had no response in 2 weeks. I am opening a case with who I paid with but it has been over 60 days so I have no idea what's going to happen please help me. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. I hope they aren't stealing from others.

      On January 5th, 2021 I have made a purchase of $104.95 to Revice denim. The website clearly states that the items should be received within 10 day but due to COVID there could be a delay of a maximum 30 days. I have reached out multiple times to the company and they let me know that "the order was shipped and is currently In transit to you" (Feb 8th, 2022 - **** from Revice). I quickly discovered that I was completely misled considering that UPS shows if the item has not been shipped yet. I have been trying to get in contact with multiple representatives and I have been ignored. I am just looking to receive a refund at this point and avoid such inconvenience occurring in the future with any other customers.

      December 22, 2021 Purchased 1 pair of jeans for $55.95 I have yet to receive the jeans, cannot cancel my order. I contacted customer support on 2/6/2022 i was told it would ship in in 2 weeks; it is now 3/23/2022. All I have received "it will ship in 2 weeks" this is a complete scam.

      I feel like I got scammed by this company because I ordered my jeans February tenth being told that they would take 2-3 weeks to ship, it is now six weeks later and I still have not received any info about my order after multiple customer service emails and receiving no response. My credit card was charged immediately after the order was placed but I still have no update on my order. just last week online under the jeans in my size it said expected 3/18/22 and now under the same size and style it says 4/8/22. They continuously are pushing back the dates for shipping and I am not sure where these made up dates are coming from but I keep expecting my jeans to ship on the dates listed and they never come. Like I said originally it was 2-3 weeks as of February 10, then just last week said expected to ship 3/18 online, now saying 4/8. This company is a scam and a lie and I just want my money back or customer service to say when the jeans will really come. Order #******.

      On December 11th 2021 I placed an order for two pairs of jeans, knowing they would ship separately. I received my first pair as expected, but my second pair was lost by UPS. This was confirmed twice by UPS. I reached out to customer service at Revice, who initially responded that they would send me another pair or refund me. I asked for them to send me another pair. They sent me a tracking number that was the same exact tracking number as my lost package, and never actually sent me a new pair. I have since emailed them over seven times, and I've emailed because that is the only option they present for customer service. Since my initial contact, they have blatantly ignored my emails. I would like a refund for $70, the amount Revice is withholding for me.

      Good afternoon, On February 10, 2022 I ordered some denim jeans from Revice denim. I had a store credit from the previous year that I dreaded using. I ordered two pair of pants two sizes up I wear a size 27 I ordered a size 29. When I got the items I tried them on and I could not get them above my thighs and they were extremely long. It was very disappointing I tried reaching out to them telling them that I wanted a full refund because the jeans were to small. They told me only store credit. Why would I continue to purchase from them knowing the quality of the material is poor. Every time you order something from them you have to add more money to your credit then you don't get any money back. Revice is ripping people off and it has stop. I had a $69 credit and I ended up spending an extra 39.95 to purchase two pair of expensive jeans that I can't fit. I would like all of the money back in cash because I cannot do anything with the jeans they do not fit me. The same thing happened last year which is why I ended up with store credit. I asked them for their return address and they told me to look for it on the website knowing that it is not posted on the site. Help, I'm frustrated at this point I just want all of my money back !!! Thank you
