  They keep endlessly canceling and rescheduling events. They don't even check if the venue is open at the time the event is supposed to take place. They don't even contact the venue to book the place. The venue owners know nothing about MyCheekyDate. They also change the venue and won't tell you about it for days until they eventually cancel it. Suspicious and efficient, isn't it? They just take your money and you get nothing for it. This is fraud. There was no event for over a month with this company, but another company had way more events and no reschedules. Stay away from these criminals.

  Do not use this company - they are not a dating service at all and will not give you back your money. They might be in their startup phase, but clearly do not have anyone to match you up with. They also do not provide updates in a timely fashion leaving you to believe they forgot about you.

  We understand you purchased our Blind-Date Matchmaking for your daughter. While this is highly unusual and concerning for potential matches - we continued forward. We found your daughter to be quite lovely and our experience as follows;7 Days after you purchased our package for your daughter - we had a match for her. We then began to make arrangements for your daughter and her match to meet. Your daughter had expressed concern that her match suggested rock-climbing - which your daughter didn't agree with. We then moved to a restaurant or cafe where your daughter might feel more comfortable. Your daughter then had reservations that her match did not go out of his way to meet her closer to where she wished. Despite these challenges - we settled on the date of January 5th 2025 on December 13th 2024. Unfortunately for weeks we did not hear back from your daughter. On January 2nd 2025 - your daughter finally responded, apologetic and elected to decline her arranged date.With respectto being in our 'start-up' phase. We are entering our 18th year across the world in over 60 cities.We would like to emphasize how incredibly unusual it is - not only for a mother to buy her daughter a matchmaking package but to be so incredibly involved. We can assure you gentlemen would consider this a major red flag. We found your daughter to be a successful and independent woman more than capable of expressing her own feelings to us.The company exchanged 20 emails with you and 23 emails with your daughter. Please for us and the sake of your daughter - have a moment to reflect on this.,

  I paid $251.59 on 12 Dec 2020 for blind date matchmaking packages, untill today (24 Nov 2024), there is no match making servie as advertise. I sent email multiple times to ******** about blind matchmaking service, she said just be patient because I'm short guy (5'4") & this packages no expired date. Why another company can provide match making in person, even Im short person? If this company not capable should give us refund not gave us too many excuses or ********. I requested refund to ********, but she ignored it. I'm willing remove this bad review & write good review after received refund! Like so many others here, I was a victim of their scam. BUYER BEWARE!

  We understand the buyer became upset because he believed he had emailed us and we ignored his requests. We have communicated extensively with the buyer through email and telephone. If he were to have difficulty reaching us - he was more than welcome to also reach out via our 866 We Speed number. We don't show any unanswered emails or phone call from the buyer. We did let the buyer know his height of 5'4 was going to present challenges and he may want to consider transferring his package to events. It is is quite common knowledge that for the majority of ladies, height is of importance. To many - extreme importance. We do not agree with this sentiment, but it remains the sentiment of most. We feel ladies miss out on some really great lads because of these preconceived notions. If the buyer fancies reaching out to chat - we would be most happy to assist in any and every way we can.

  It is unfortunate that the do not offer refunds but will continuously cancel and reschedule, to cancel their event again. 100% would NOT recommend purchasing a ticket as they are so wishy washy!!

  Pretty decent speed dating with a diverse pool of singles. Definitely beats the dating apps, I recommend MyCheekyDate!

  I have had the best experience doing business with MyCheekyDate. The company is very professional and organized. **** has been the absolute best to work with. Should anything arise or should you have any questions, his response time is very swift and helpful. He is an all around big help and incredibly kind and professional. All of the staff is very helpful and tentative to any needs. Our event coordinator *****, did a great job accommodating everyone and helping our large group rotate. It was a big group and she managed putting out all the fires that arose with ease. She was so nice and gracious the entire time. You can expect a good time and great service when using MyCheekyDate as that is all I have encountered. I strongly recommend MyCheekyDate to friends and family and truly enjoy their services.

  This organization puts on fun events with a really good caliber of singles. The communication from the organizers is excellent. Would highly recommend these speed dating events over ones other organizations put on. Their online platform to record matches after an event ensures a list of matches the same night. Which is really quick.

  This man is a thief and money grabber and these events are awful. DO NOT TRUST him. There are better events with integrity that are trustworthy. He posts events constantly, cancels them constantly, and then just keeps people's money. He also allows his friends sometimes 10 years OUTSIDE the age range promised to go for free just to fill the seats, and say he offered at least 6 people to meet. And for those of us in older age ranges, he canceled the event, not 48 hours after saying they had lots of people signed up, and then wouldn't offer the same age range again, wouldn't refund either, and then LIED to my credit card saying the service was provided. AWFUL dishonest man, and horrible events. This previous experience happened in ***********, but I also went to one of his events 5 years ago in ***, and it was a terrible experience, men outside the age range promised, horribly run, just AWFUL all around. Run, don't walk and do not trust this awful man "company."

  Sorry you're upset and to such an alarming degree; to clarify - we are a woman owned and predominately staffed women company. As stated on our website, we do routinely invite back guests that have proven lovely by fellow daters. Our Blind-Date Matchmaking guests also have the option of attending events with our compliments - at no additional charge. We are happy you elected to join us 5 years ago in *** - we're sorry that such a similar awful experience then, led you to purchase again from the same company now. We continue to wish you the best in your dating endeavors.

  Dont do it! I paid for the speed dating service and they canceled it every single week! They keep making it sound like its something they rarely do, but its not true. And this is in *********** too. I find it hard to believe people are canceling on the speed dating service as I cant seem to find an avenue other than email to let them know if Id want to cancel.

  Thanks for your review. You purchased for one of our events in March 2022. Two and a half years ago. At that time, we were and we all were, still recovering from the pandemic. At that time you had experienced two rescheduled events. Now that have recovered from the pandemic - we are not seeing the surge in reschedule requests that we once did. We are now having 2-3 events a week - every week. Most recently - we have held 9 events in the last 5 weeks.
