  If you dont want to get OVERCHARGED or experience EXTREMELY DELAYED delivery, avoid them at all costs!First, they have no transparency on pricing. We did a virtual inventory count initially. However, after loading, the cost ended up being $1100+ more than the original quote. One reason was the extra space they "quoted" to use. Understandably, the original estimate can't always be accurate, but the problem was the lack of clarity on how they calculated the final cubic space used. This feels like a scam.Another reason was all the fancy packaging they used. Make sure to ask about everything they use to wrap your stuff on the spot, beyond basic padding or tape. If you dont pay attention or ask explicitly, it will cost you extra $$$.Yet, the overcharge is not the worst part. The prolonged delivery and lack of communication during transit made us extremely disappointed and upset. The original delivery date was supposed to be 3 days after loading. We understood that might be too good to be true and were prepared for a longer wait. However, one week in, we had no updates at all! We had to call them to find out it hadn't even been dispatched yet, and they couldnt give us an estimated dispatch date.Later in second week, they said it would be delivered sometime in the third week. However, as I write this, it has been 27 calendar days / 20 business days (the contract mentions a maximum of 21 business days in rare cases), and we are still living in an empty house with our stuff nowhere to be found! They said they would deliver either today or tomorrow and would call us with an update. But we haven't heard anything from the driver, dispatcher, or customer service.We paid thousands of dollars hoping for a more streamlined, hassle-free moving experience. We have been very patient and accommodating throughout the whole process. We dont deserve such incompetent and unpleasant service! This experience has exhausted us and taken a serious toll on our mental well-being!

  We had an absolutely horrendous experience with Presto Logistics *** of *********, **, during our in-state home move, and we cannot stress enough how much we would advise against using their services. Initially, they quoted us $7,500 for our move. After downsizing and updating our inventory, they lowered the estimate to $7,000. However, once they had all our possessions loaded onto their trucks, we were shocked to be forced to pay $12,000. This blatant bait-and-switch tactic is completely unacceptable, but appears to be their business model. We called our company liason 3 times, but never received a return call, a request for review, or any follow-up whatsoever.Adding insult to injury, they only guaranteed the items they packed themselves. Upon arrival and unpacking, we discovered that approximately one-third of these items were either damaged or completely destroyed. The lack of care and professionalism in handling our belongings was evident, and it resulted in significant loss and frustration. Ironically, everything we packed ourselves arrived in perfect condition.Several boxes were delivered upside-down and placed in the wrong rooms, despite being clearly marked by us. Additionally, a large hand truck we owned simply vanished during the move. To top it off, they arrived to pack at 5:30 AM, despite telling us they would arrive between 6 and 8 AM. This inconsiderate and unprofessional behavior added unnecessary stress to an already difficult day. This was truly a heartbreaking situation so we want to spare others from such anguish.The combination of deceptive pricing practices, poor handling of our possessions, and the overall lack of accountability makes Presto Logistics a nightmare company we would never recommend to anyone. Save yourself the stress, financial burden, and heartache by choosing a more reliable and reputable moving service.

  I have moved 19 times in my life using professional moving companies both local and national every time. Presto Logistics was the most prepared and professional I have ever worked with. They proactively communicated about everything and carefully planned to ensure enough crew and trucks were available to make my move go smoothly. This was a full pack and unpack move of almost ***** pounds of furniture including antiques. Every member of the crew was professional, courteous, and definitely careful. Their pricing is also very reasonable. Moving is stressful and Presto Logistics made this move easy for me!

  We had a great experience with this moving company today! ***** and *** were very polite and efficient, they came on time, they were patient and careful listening to what we need during our moving process. They also had a great attitude, I feel so lucky to hire them, I would definitely recommend to all of my friends and family members if they wants to find a trust worthy moving company, cheers to the great job!

  Presto Logistics was a great experience start to finish. They provided great service and support at a very fair rate. The staff in the office put me at ease during the planning stage of the move, the movers were prompt, courteous, careful and kind, they drove my things 4 hours south and arrived the next morning on time and everything was unloaded carefully and quickly. I highly recommend them for your move near or far.

  Presto Logistics followed up on my earlier review and graciously agreed to address many of our concerns. They really came across as very ******* in trying to address customer concerns and ensure a great experience - we really appreciated it. I would recommend them for a move.

  The quoted price isn't even close. I was quoted ******* for the move and some repacking.Packing supplies at ****** ended up being 838.00.Even at that ridiculous price comes up to 10338.00.After they load and deliver the final cost was 12,513.00.You have no choice but to pay. The driver demands the money even before they unload it.

  Our first usage of this company. Very pleased with the outcome. They arrived on time, were tidy, and professional. They fulfilled their commitment. completed the task within the allotted time, packed and unpacked without any problems, and was kind and understanding of little last-minute adjustments. They are someone I would employ again.

  The worst moving company ever.....if a deal is too good to be true, then it's not a good deal....I found that out the hard way.....they scam until your things are loaded and short of unloading every **** item and starting over with another company (which wasn't a f'king option) you're stuck with this BS of a company and their illegal drug using batch of employees.
